referring to fig. 6, the accommodating mechanism 11 is a first accommodating groove matched with the stopper 10, the first accommodating groove is a cylindrical groove, and an annular groove 211 is formed on an end surface of the second connecting portion 214 close to the first connecting portion 213.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an annular rack 212 is formed at the bottom of the annular groove 211 in a protruding manner, a plurality of tooth grooves 2121 are formed on the annular rack 212 at equal intervals, and the stop mechanism is any one of the tooth grooves 2121 of the annular rack 212. When the connecting sleeve 21 is completely screwed into the connecting member 4, one of the tooth grooves 2121 faces the first receiving groove.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the tooth groove 2121 is triangular, the extending direction of the cross section of the tooth groove 2121 is substantially the same as the extending direction of the annular groove 211, the stopper 10 is substantially cylindrical and hexahedral, and the included angle between the bottom surface and one side surface facing the annular rack 212 is the same as the angle of the tooth groove 2121, so that the stopper 10 is just engaged with the tooth groove 2121 after falling, and when the atomizing assembly 2 is screwed to connect the atomizing assembly 2 to the oil storage assembly 1, even if the stopper 10 is inserted into the tooth groove 2121, the atomizing assembly 2 can be normally rotated, thereby facilitating the use of a user.
Here, the advantage of designing the annular rack 212 is: when assembling the electronic cigarette, the user may not completely screw the connecting sleeve 21 into the connecting element 4, and therefore, it is not guaranteed that the detent mechanism is aligned with the receiving mechanism 11, and that the stop element 10 can fall into the detent mechanism. However, if the ring-shaped rack 212 is designed such that the stopper 10 is not aligned with one of the slots 2121 at the beginning, the stopper 10 is dropped into the aligned slot 2121 to be caught when it is slightly rotated so that one of the slots 2121 is aligned with the receiving mechanism 11.
Preferably, to avoid the loss of the stop member 10, the stop member 10 is elastically articulated to the bottom of the receiving means 11 by means of an elastic joint. For example the resilient connecting element is a flexible spring. Since the stopper 10 slides down when the electronic cigarette is tilted by friction, the inner wall of the housing mechanism 11 is as smooth as possible to minimize the resistance of the friction.
It should be understood that the atomizing core 22 is not limited in its construction, for example, in fig. 7, another embodiment of the atomizing core 22 is provided.
In this embodiment, the atomizing core 22 includes an atomizing base 221, an electrode assembly 222, a heating wire assembly 223, an atomizing cap 224, and a soot latch 227 made of an oil absorbing material. The atomizing base 221 has an atomizing cavity and is nested in the connecting sleeve 21, the electrode assembly 222 is nested in the atomizing base 221, the heating wire assembly 223 is accommodated in the atomizing cavity and is electrically connected with the electrode assembly 222, the atomizing cover 224 is nested at one end of the atomizing base 221 far away from the electrode assembly 222, the end of the atomizing cover 224 far away from the atomizing base 221 is connected with the vent pipe, the side wall of the atomizing cover 224 is provided with at least one first tobacco tar hole 2241, the tobacco tar latch 227 is nested between the atomizing cover 224 and the atomizing base 221, and respectively with the inner peripheral surface of atomizing lid 224 and the outer peripheral surface laminating of atomizing seat 221, the second tobacco tar hole has been seted up to atomizing seat 221 lateral wall, the tip of heating wire subassembly 223 wears to establish the second tobacco tar hole and supports with tobacco tar latch 227, tobacco tar latch 227 is used for adsorbing the tobacco tar that first tobacco tar hole 2241 derived in order to supply heating wire subassembly 223 to atomize. By providing the smoke latch 227, the probability of smoke leaking from the first smoke hole 2241 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that in the second embodiment, the stop mechanism is a second receiving groove formed on the end surface of the second connecting portion 214 and matched with the stop member 10. When the connecting sleeve 21 is completely screwed into the connecting piece 4, the second accommodating groove faces the first accommodating groove. The retainer 10 is a limiting ball, in order to completely contain the limiting ball, the first containing groove is a cylindrical groove with a U-shaped corresponding axial section, the section of the second containing groove is arc-shaped, the limiting effect can be weakened greatly when the arc-shaped arc is too small, the second containing groove can easily slide out, and therefore, the preferred section of the second containing groove is semicircular. The limiting ball has the advantage that when the limiting ball slides down due to gravity, the resistance is small, so that the effect of gravity is very good.
In the above two embodiments, the nesting connection between the atomizing assembly 2 and the oil storage assembly 1 is a selected threaded nesting connection, and can also be connected in a rotary clamping manner, referring to fig. 10, in the third embodiment, the oil storage assembly 1 is provided with a guide groove 51 and a clamping groove 52, the guide groove 51 is vertically communicated with the clamping groove 52, the atomizing assembly 2 is provided with a convex portion 53 matched with the guide groove 51 and the clamping groove 52, and the atomizing assembly 2 and the oil storage assembly 1 are nested connected in a rotary clamping manner. The guide groove 51 is a strip-shaped groove which is axially formed in the inner side wall of one end, close to the atomizing assembly, of the oil storage assembly 1, and the clamping groove 52 is an arc-shaped groove communicated with the strip-shaped groove and can be an annular groove.
Referring to fig. 11, the fourth embodiment of the present invention is mainly different from the above three embodiments in the composition of the atomizing assembly 2, and the atomizing assembly 2 in this embodiment includes an atomizing support 221b, an electrode assembly 222, and a heating wire assembly 223.
The atomizing support 221b has an atomizing chamber, the electrode assembly 222 is embedded and fixed in the atomizing support 221b, and the heating wire assembly 223 is accommodated in the atomizing chamber and electrically connected to the electrode assembly 222. The atomizing support 221b is inserted into one end of the oil storage sleeve 12 in a nested manner, one end of the atomizing support 221b, extending into the oil storage sleeve 12, is connected with the vent pipe 13 in a nested and sealed manner, one end of the atomizing support 221b, extending out of the oil storage sleeve 12, is used for being connected with the battery rod, and the stop mechanism is arranged on the end face, abutted against the oil storage sleeve 12, of the atomizing support 221 b. That is, this embodiment is equivalent to integrating the connecting sleeve 21 and the atomizing core 22 in the above embodiment. The atomizing support 221b is cylindrical, an outer flange is formed in the middle of the atomizing support 221b in a radially extending mode, the part, located on one side of the outer flange, of the atomizing support 221b is used for being connected with the oil storage assembly and enabling the oil storage assembly to be abutted against the outer flange, the part, located on the other side of the outer flange, of the atomizing support 221b is used for being connected with the battery pole, and the stopping mechanism is arranged on the annular end face, abutted against the oil storage assembly, of the outer flange.
In summary, the accommodating space is enclosed by the accommodating mechanism of the oil storage assembly and the stopping mechanism of the atomizing assembly together, the accommodating space is internally provided with the stopping piece which can longitudinally move in the accommodating space under the action of gravity, when the stopping piece falls into the stopping mechanism under the action of gravity, the stopping piece can be clamped, and the stopping piece is partially accommodated in the accommodating mechanism, so that the relative rotation movement of the oil storage assembly and the atomizing assembly is limited, and the mistaken disassembly of the atomizing assembly and the oil storage assembly is avoided. When atomization component was dismantled to needs, the position of putting that equally can be through control electron cigarette for the retainer falls into and the complete holding is in holding the mechanism because of the action of gravity, and atomization component can be rotatory relatively the oil storage component under the exogenic action this moment, and then is dismantled.

Claims (18)

1. an atomizer is used for being connected with a battery rod to form an electronic cigarette and comprises an oil storage assembly (1) used for storing tobacco tar and an atomization assembly (2) used for atomizing the tobacco tar; one end of the atomization assembly (2) is nested with the oil storage assembly (1) and is detachably connected in a rotating mode, and the other end of the atomization assembly (2) is nested with the battery rod and is detachably connected in a rotating mode;
The atomizing atomizer is characterized in that an accommodating mechanism (11) is arranged at the end part, facing the atomizing assembly (2), of the oil storage assembly (1), a stopping mechanism facing the accommodating mechanism (11) is arranged at the end part, facing the oil storage assembly (1), of the atomizing assembly (2), the accommodating mechanism (11) and the stopping mechanism jointly enclose to form an accommodating space, and a stopping piece (10) capable of moving in the accommodating space along the longitudinal direction of the atomizer under the action of gravity is arranged in the accommodating space; the stop piece (10) is made of a hard material, and the end face of the oil storage assembly (1) provided with the containing mechanism (11) is abutted against the end face of the atomization assembly (2) provided with the stop mechanism;
when the stopper (10) falls into the stopper mechanism for clamping due to the action of gravity, the stopper (10) is partially accommodated in the accommodating mechanism (11) to limit the relative rotation motion of the oil storage assembly (1) and the atomization assembly (2), and when the stopper (10) falls into and is completely accommodated in the accommodating mechanism (11) due to the action of gravity, the atomization assembly (2) can rotate relative to the oil storage assembly (1) under the action of external force and can be detached.
2. the atomizer according to claim 1, wherein an annular groove (211) is formed at an end of the atomizing assembly (2) facing the oil storage assembly (1), an annular rack (212) is formed at a bottom of the annular groove (211) in a protruding manner, a plurality of tooth grooves (2121) are formed on the annular rack (212) and are arranged at equal intervals, and the stopping mechanism is any one of the tooth grooves (2121) of the annular rack (212).
3. Atomiser according to claim 2, characterised in that the gullets (2121) are triangular in cross-section.
4. Atomiser according to claim 1, characterised in that the stop element (10) is a stop ball or a stop stud made of a metallic material, and the receiving means (11) and the stop means are each a groove detent which is matched to the stop element (10).

6. Atomiser according to claim 1, characterised in that the stop element (10) is resiliently articulated to the bottom of the receiving means (11) by means of a resilient connecting element.

8. the atomizer according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing assembly (2) comprises a connecting sleeve (21) and an atomizing core (22) nested and fixed in the connecting sleeve (21), the oil storage assembly (1) comprises an oil storage sleeve (12) having a smoking end (14) and an open end, and the oil storage sleeve (12) has a vent pipe (13) extending axially along the oil storage sleeve (12); the one end of adapter sleeve (21) be used for with the battery pole can be dismantled the connection the other end of adapter sleeve (21) with oil storage cover (12) open end nested connection, the one end of atomizing core (22) is inserted and is located in breather pipe (13) and with breather pipe (13) sealing connection, the other end of atomizing core (22) is inserted and is arranged in adapter sleeve (21).

The atomizer according to claim 8, wherein the connecting sleeve (21) comprises a first connecting portion (213) and a second connecting portion (214) which are coaxially connected, the first connecting portion (213) penetrates through a mounting hole which is communicated with the inside of the second connecting portion (214) and used for mounting the atomizing core (22), the first connecting portion (213) is inserted into the oil storage sleeve (12) and is connected with the oil storage sleeve (12) in a nested manner, and the second connecting portion (214) and the end of the oil storage sleeve (12) are abutted against each other.
10. the atomizer according to claim 9, wherein a connecting member (4) is further included between the oil storage sleeve (12) and the connecting sleeve (21), one end of the connecting member (4) is connected with the oil storage sleeve (12) in an interference fit manner in an inserting manner, the other end of the connecting member (4) is nested outside the first connecting portion (213) through a threaded connection, the connecting member (4) and the second connecting portion (214) are abutted against each other, the accommodating mechanism (11) is provided on an end surface of the connecting member (4) abutted against the second connecting portion (214), and the stopping mechanism is provided on an end surface of the second connecting portion (214) abutted against the connecting member (4).

Atomiser according to claim 10, characterised in that the receiving means (11) is a first receiving groove which matches the stop (10); the stopping mechanism is a second accommodating groove matched with the stopping piece (10), and the stopping piece (10) is a limiting ball or a limiting column made of a metal material; or, an annular groove (211) is formed in the end face, abutted against the connecting piece (4), of the second connecting portion (214), an annular rack (212) is formed at the bottom of the annular groove (211) in a protruding mode, a plurality of tooth grooves (2121) are formed in the annular rack (212) and are arranged at equal intervals, the stopping mechanism is any one of the tooth grooves (2121) of the annular rack (212), and the stopping piece (10) is a polyhedron made of metal materials.
12. the atomizer according to claim 11, wherein an outer circumferential wall of the first connecting portion (213) is provided with an external thread, an inner circumferential wall of the connecting member (4) extending out of the oil storage sleeve (12) is provided with an internal thread engaged with the external thread, and when the first connecting portion (213) is completely screwed into the connecting member (4), the second receiving groove or the tooth groove (2121) faces the first receiving groove.

The atomizer according to claim 8, wherein the atomizing core (22) comprises an atomizing base (221) having an atomizing chamber and nested in the connecting sleeve (21), an electrode assembly (222) nested in the atomizing base (221), a heating wire assembly (223) received in the atomizing chamber and electrically connected to the electrode assembly (222), an atomizing cover (224) sleeved on one end of the atomizing base (221) far away from the electrode assembly (222) and having at least one first oil hole (2241) formed in a side wall thereof, and an oil latch (227) nested between the atomizing cover (224) and the atomizing base (221) and made of an oil absorbing material, wherein a second oil hole is formed in the side wall of the atomizing base (221), and an end of the heating wire assembly (223) penetrates through the second oil hole and abuts against the oil latch (227), the tobacco tar latch piece (227) is used for adsorbing the tobacco tar that first tobacco tar hole (2241) was derived supplies heating wire subassembly (223) atomizing.
