Claims (9)

1. A method for generating a map of predicted violations, comprising the steps of:
(A) Acquiring current position information of a vehicle;
(B) Generating a violation map according to the current position of the vehicle;
(C1) Acquiring personal violation information;
(C2) Acquiring the violation type, the violation position and the violation time by analyzing the personal violation information;
(C3) Obtaining a possible personal violation position by comparing the violation information of the current position with the personal violation information;
(C4) Generating a forecast violation map according to the personal possible violation position and the current position information;
(D1) Judging whether the current position of the vehicle is in a position range which is possible to violate regulations, if so, executing the step (D2), and if not, executing the step (D3);
(D2) Providing a solution; and
(D3) Providing at least one guide path;
step (D3) further comprises the steps of:
(D31) Acquiring destination information; and
(D321) Analyzing the location of the user for possible violations;
(D322) Analyzing personal violation information of the user; and
(D323) The guide path is generated such that the user passes the fewest possible violation locations.
2. The predicted violation map generating method of claim 1 wherein said step (B) further comprises the steps of:
(B1) Searching violation information in a preset range according to the current position of the vehicle; and
(B2) And generating a violation map according to the violation information obtained by searching.
3. The predicted violation map generating method as set forth in claim 2, wherein the preset range in the step (B1) is a preset area range.
4. The predicted violation map generating method as set forth in claim 3, wherein the preset range in step (B1) is a preset time range.
5. The predicted violation map generating method of claim 3 wherein said step (B1) further comprises the steps of:
(B11) Searching violation information in a preset area range according to the current position of the vehicle; and
(B12) And searching violation information in a preset time range according to the current position of the vehicle.
6. The predictive violation map generating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein between step (C1) and step (C2) further comprising the step (C'): and verifying the personal violation information through the information provided by the violation information assisting verifier.
7. The predictive violation map generating method of claim 6 wherein said violation information validator provides information to a third party violation information system in step (C').
8. The predictive violation map generating method of claim 6 wherein said violation information validator in step (C') provides information to the third party vehicle at the time of the violation and the location of the violation.
9. The predictive violation map generating method of claim 1 wherein step (D2) further comprises the steps of:
(D21) Acquiring the current state of the vehicle; and
(D22) And prompting the violation type according to the vehicle.
