Description

Electric energy meter voltage withstand test system and method with automatic test voltage switching function
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electric energy meter detection, and particularly relates to an electric energy meter voltage withstand test system and method with an automatic test voltage switching function.
Background
The alternating current withstand voltage test of the electric energy meter is a destructive test performed on the intelligent electric energy meter. Before the alternating current withstand voltage test, the outside of the tested electric energy meter must be ensured to be clean, and unnecessary wiring and the like must be removed. If the external insulation condition of the electric energy meter is found to be poor (such as moisture and local defects), a voltage withstand test is usually carried out after treatment, so that the phenomenon of undesirable insulation breakdown is avoided, the quality enhancement of the process flow is effectively guaranteed when manufacturers strictly control the quality in design and manufacture, and the voltage withstand test of the electric energy meter is effectively supervised by a metering department.
In order to test the voltage endurance of the electric energy meter, an alternating voltage testing device is needed to apply alternating voltages with different amplitudes to the electric energy meter. The existing electric energy meter pressure test usually adopts a manual calibrating device. The manual calibrating device generally needs a metering staff to install meters and wire according to test requirements, and meanwhile, the manual calibrating device is not shared with an error calibrating device in general, and the device needs to be replaced after a withstand voltage test is finished to perform function calibration such as error calibration, so that the conventional electric energy meter withstand voltage device has the following problems:
