本发明公开一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,该装置的主要特征是叫水雾滴作为换热器,利用地下水实现夏季降温耦合加湿杀菌,冬季升温耦合加湿杀菌,能够随着温湿度要求不同进行行之有效的调节。

本发明涉及一种空调新风装置,涉及一种换热器界面。
背景技术
传统空调的调温调湿通过表冷段,表热段,加湿段完成,换热效率低能耗高,加温或者降温速度慢;加湿通过高压微雾加湿,加湿湿度控制不精确,加湿需要纯水,高压装置不稳定,容易堵塞或爆炸;雾化由于比表面积大,比起传统的表冷表热换热器,通过调节液体的温度,雾化微液滴可以与气体高效换能,在换能的同时实现加湿。
发明内容
本发明运用了换热器材料与界面设计技术,将水雾滴作为换热器,水雾滴表面作为换热表面,通过水雾滴雾滴巨大的比表面积,将其作为换热器表面,减少了换热器的投资,提高了换热效率;使得新风和水雾滴换热,调节温度,新风先进入折叠风琴式初中效空气过滤器,然后进到第一个装置预冷预热加湿室(夏季预冷冬季预热),[夏季:控制水温,使出口新风与水温(换热介质)的温差控制在2~5℃,湿度100%,{如果没有地下水,可以通过热管网供水,在管网和给水泵前加一个标准换热器,(冷热水换热)将温度控制在12~15℃},冬季:控制水温,使出口新风与水温(换热介质)的温差控制在2~5℃,湿度100%,湿度100%,{如果没有地下水,可以通过热管网供水,在管网和给水泵前加一个标准换热器,(冷热水换热)将温度控制在5~8℃},]通过用抽水泵抽地下水(地下水水温10℃)在加湿室中,将水雾滴雾滴作为换热器。运用雾滴形态控制技术,给定某一体积的水,其转换成为特定水雾滴小球的平铺表面积,随着小球半径的减小,加湿表面积加大,因此通过控制喷雾液滴的小球半径控制加湿面积进而控制加湿效率。加湿结束后,进入到一级仿生肺装置,吸收97%的液态水,然后进入到下一个喷雾杀菌室,风过杀菌室的作用主要是杀菌,在加湿室喷雾加湿,补充水是自来水,杀菌室内加有一个槽子,内有氢氧化钠,蒸发换热完的水和杀菌物反应,杀菌完,过二级肺仿生吸水,肺仿生将氢氧化钠固态颗粒物的回收率大于99%,吸水完的新风过换热器(标准换热器),在换热器内做到了温湿度耦合,以某温度下的饱和湿度作为基准,经过标准换热器装置的换热,湿度扩散系数随着温度的升高而增大,导热系数随着内部相对湿度和龄期的增加而增大,形成温湿度耦合,换热器的水来自于供热管网既暖气水温,过送风机,温湿度可按照预定的要求进行调节。

现结合附图1,模型和优选实例对本发明发明做进一步说明,其中附图为简化的示意图,模型的分析与计算给装置的运行过程给予了理论支持。装置运行时,将地下水水雾滴作为换热器,水雾滴表面作为换热表面,利用肺仿生装置强吸水作用的优势,同时配合杀菌液的杀菌作用,提供给室内优质的空气环境。本发明换热器材料与界面设计技术的运用,为换热效率的计算提供了重要的理论依据。
Claims (8)
1.一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:地下水作为能源之一,将水滴表面作为换热器界面,利用肺仿生装置除水,在加湿换热的基础上还可以杀菌消毒。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:一年四季都可以送无菌新风,温湿度可按照预定的要求进行调节,温湿度可自动耦合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:用喷雾当换热器表面积,既能升温又能降温。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:温湿度耦合调节,用温度耦合湿度。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:利用地下水蓄能特性,可为我国大幅度减少二氧化碳排放量,提供技术支持,大量的公共建筑,大幅度的节约电耗(制冷,供热);即使没有了地下水,我们可以用换热器调节水温。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:选用抽水泵的设计参数,综合分析,建立了一个设计模型,所得能效比高。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:冬季利用地下水作为换热器升温热源,夏季利用作为降温冷源。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种四季温湿度可调杀菌气体净化装置,其特征在于:第二段还有设计加湿室部分由杀菌作用,肺仿生将氢氧化钠固态颗粒物的回收率大于99%。
