Abstract
The movable foundation bolt locating rack comprises foundation bolt supporting holes (1), regular eight-prism bodies (3), fixing claws (4) and movable telescopic steel pipes (6); the foundation bolt supporting holes (1) and the fixed claws (4) are arranged at the tail ends of the movable telescopic steel pipes (6) and are arranged on the edge surface of the regular eight-prism body (3) at intervals through the movable telescopic steel pipes (6); the foundation bolt supporting hole (1) and the fixing claw (4) are perpendicular to each other and are in a cross shape by taking the gravity center of the regular eight-prism body (3) as a center point. The movable foundation bolt locating frame has the obvious technical characteristics of simple manufacture, low production and use cost, small occupied area of stock, quick locating, high locating precision and the like.

Technical Field

The technology is a movable anchor bolt locating rack, and mainly aims at the embedded locating work of anchor bolts of relevant equipment brackets in the power industry. The traditional tools such as anchor bolt positioning frames and templates have the following defects:

3. Because the targeted machining is required according to the basic size of the field device, the device cannot be pre-machined before the basic device is finished, so that the construction steps are difficult to simplify during construction, and the working efficiency is low.
4. The traditional anchor bolt positioning tool basically has no fixing structure for fixing the anchor bolt positioning tool on an equipment foundation, so that two persons are required to cooperate during construction, one person supports the positioning tool to prevent the positioning tool from displacement, and the other person slowly adjusts the position of the anchor bolt, so that the working time of the person cannot be reduced.
In order to expand the application range of the traditional foundation bolt positioning tool, the durability is improved, the cost is reduced, the construction steps are simplified, the working efficiency is improved, and the working time of personnel is reduced, so that the movable foundation bolt positioning frame is developed. Through experiments, the locating rack completely meets the working requirements.

And loosening steel pipe telescopic fixing screws on movable telescopic steel pipes supported by the other four foundation bolts, and pulling foundation bolt supporting holes at the ends of the movable telescopic steel pipes to be right above the foundation bolt embedded holes. The anchor bolt passes through the anchor bolt supporting hole of the positioning frame and then is placed into the pre-buried hole on the foundation, the anchor bolt is provided with a nut, the nut is clamped on the positioning hole, the anchor bolt is suspended in the pre-buried hole, then the position deviation of the anchor bolt is measured by the steel tape and the level bar, the position deviation of the anchor bolt is adjusted by adjusting the length and the angle of the movable telescopic steel tube, the telescopic steel tube fixing screw on the movable telescopic steel tube is screwed after the adjustment is finished, and the positioning work of the anchor bolt is completed.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. compared with the traditional foundation bolt positioning tool, the movable foundation bolt positioning frame has the characteristics of wide application range, high durability and relatively low cost, can simplify construction steps, improve working efficiency and reduce working hours of personnel.
2. When the traditional rag bolt positioning tool is used for positioning the rag bolt, the rag bolt does not have a fixed moving track, so that the moving distance and direction are inconvenient to control, and the positioning precision is low. However, the positioning frame has a fixed moving track, so that the direction of the distance when the foundation bolt moves is convenient to control, and the positioning precision is improved.
3. The locating rack is simple to manufacture, low in production and use cost, small in storage occupation and capable of being located rapidly.
4. Through practical operation experiment evaluation, the construction time of the locating frame reaches 25% of that of the traditional mode, construction operators can directly operate from more than 2 to 1, the urban pump is greatly saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

The movable foundation bolt locating rack comprises foundation bolt supporting holes (1), regular eight-prism bodies (3), fixing claws (4) and movable telescopic steel pipes (6); the foundation bolt supporting holes (1) and the fixed claws (4) are arranged at the tail ends of the movable telescopic steel pipes (6) and are arranged on the edge surface of the regular eight-prism body (3) at intervals through the movable telescopic steel pipes (6); the foundation bolt supporting hole (1) and the fixing claw (4) are perpendicular to each other and are in a cross shape by taking the gravity center of the regular eight-prism body (3) as a center point.
