背景技术
[0002]随着我国畜牧业迅猛发展,通过屠宰场宰杀畜禽类以供居民食用成为我国畜禽业 发展的一个重大趋势。但是,在畜牧业的发展过程中,必然会产生病死畜禽,以及在屠宰场 宰杀畜禽的过程中,产生较多的边角料,这类废弃物的归属就成为我国现阶段畜牧业和屠 宰业发展过程中面临的重大问题。
[0003]畜禽粪便、病死畜禽、屠宰场的边角料是现阶段我国使用的化石类肥料的一种替 代原料,并且畜禽粪便、病死畜禽以及屠宰场边角料具有广泛性和可再生性特点。因此,通 过技术手段处理病死畜禽以及屠宰场边角料就引起了人们的重视。
[0004] 现阶段处理畜禽粪便、病死畜禽和屠宰场边角料主要采用的方法有:深埋法、焚烧 法、堆肥法、化尸窖处理法、化制法、生物降解法等处理办法,但是通过上述方式处理畜禽粪 便、病死畜禽和屠宰场边角料的,可能出现不同程度的环境污染等有害后果:
[0005] 1、因深埋而导致污染土壤或地下水。
[0006] 2、因焚烧而导致产生的大量污染物如烟气等污染环境。
[0007] 3、因堆肥而导致病死畜禽和屠宰场边角料中存在的病原体微生物扩散,并且堆肥 法会污染翻堆设备从而感染翻堆人员,此外通过频繁翻堆会扰乱动物尸体周围菌群,干扰 阻止降解。
[0008] 4、化尸窖不能循环利用,且受到季节、区域温度的影响。
[0009] 5、生物降解需添加辅料和生物菌导致处理成本较高且处理量小。

[0012]运嘉(江苏)环保科技有限公司在实际生产过程中,对上述技术的应用做了有益的 探索和改进,并获得了 ZL2015 2004998 3.8 “制备有机肥的亚临界水反应系统”、 ZL2〇l52〇〇5〇e69.1“制备有机肥的亚临界水反应装置”、ZL20152005115.3 “采用畜禽粪便制 备有机肥的亚临界水反应装置”等三件实用新型专利。
[0013]亚临界水技术的原理是基于亚临界水的特性:水的临界点温度是374.3°C,临界压 力是22.5MPa,超过该临界点成为既不是水(液体),也不是水蒸气(气体)状态的领域,称为 超临界区,处于超临界区内的水称为超临界水;温度和压力都低于临界点或其中之一低于 临界点的领域称为亚临界区,处于亚临界区内的水称为亚临界水。
[0014]通过亚临界水来分解有机物,其工作原理在于:通常水的电容率为80左右,而亚临 界水的电容率为20-30,极性极低,使其具有同时溶解有机物、无机物的超溶解性。亚临界水 具备非常大的离子容量,使氢离子和氢氧化物离子分离的比例变大而具有强大的分解能 力,适当控制亚临界水的压力和温度,利用合适的溶解力和分解力对病害动物进行分解处 理,就可以提取其营养精华,使之再生成为优质的资源材料。

发明内容
[0017] 有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种亚临界水循环处理畜禽粪便、病 死畜禽、屠宰场边角料工艺。该工艺采用全自动化生产线对病死畜禽、屠宰场边角料进行批 量处理,其处理量大,且工艺简单。
[0018] 本发明的另一目的,是提供一种处理后的有机质含量高,而且生成的有机质容易 被土壤吸收的制备有机肥的工艺。
[0019] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种亚临界水资源循环处理畜禽粪便、病死畜禽、屠 宰场边角料工艺,包括下述步骤:
[0020] 1)处理畜禽粪便和/或病死畜禽和/或屠宰场边角料,将处理后的畜禽粪便和/或 病死畜禽和/或屠宰场边角料与稻秆混合形成混合料;
[0021] 2)将所述混合料输送至反应釜内;
[0022] 3)关闭所述反应釜,将高压蒸汽导入所述反应釜内;对所述混合料进行充分搅拌, 反应釜内的所述混合料约占所述反应釜容积的80% ;导入所述反应釜内的高压蒸汽的压力 为16_21MPa;高压蒸汽的温度为185-210°;

[0055^另外,由于固液分离装置对畜禽粪便、病死畜禽、屠宰场边角料中的水分进行了一 次分离处理,减少了其内水分含量,设置于反应釜近侧的气液分离装置,减少了高压蒸汽中 的水含量,真空装置的应用进一步降低了通过出料口的有机肥中的水分含量,达到缩短了 后期干燥的时间,缩短了生产流程,降低了生产成本。

Claims (2)
1.一种亚临界水循环处理畜禽粪便、病死畜禽、屠宰场边角料工艺,包括下述步骤: 1) 处理畜禽粪便和/或病死畜禽和/或屠宰场边角料,将处理后的畜禽粪便和/或病死 畜禽和/或屠宰场边角料与秸秆混合形成混合料; 2) 将所述混合料输送至反应爸内; 3) 关闭所述反应釜,将高压蒸汽导入所述反应釜内;对所述混合料进行充分搅拌,反应 釜内的所述混合料约占所述反应釜容积的80%;导入所述反应釜内的高压蒸汽的压力为 16-21MPa;高压蒸汽的温度为185-210% 4) 所述高压蒸汽通入时间为20-25分钟后,关闭气液分离装置;保压,保压时间为20-30 分钟;当压力减小到0_02MPa以下时,对所述反应釜减压,打开真空处理设备抽取所述反应 爸内的空气做真空处理,10-15分钟后,停止搅拌; 5) 打开出料阀,获得经保压处理的有机肥;将所述有机肥输送至堆料场; 6) 翻动所述有机肥降低温度;将翻动后的有机肥堆成条堆,间隔数小时测量一次堆内 温度并再次翻动;待堆内温度降低至60°以下时不再翻动;自然冷却,最终形成成品有机肥。
2.—种亚临界水循环处理畜禽粪便、病死畜禽、屠宰场边角料工艺,包括下述步骤: 1) 粉碎畜禽粪便和/或病死畜禽和/或屠宰场边角料后形成混合料; 2) 将所述混合料输送至反应釜内; 3) 关闭所述反应釜,将高压蒸汽导入所述反应釜内;对所述混合料进行充分搅拌,反应 釜内的所述混合料约占所述反应釜容积的8〇%;导入所述反应釜内的高压蒸汽的压力为 16-21MPa;高压蒸汽的温度为185-210。; 4) 所述高压蒸汽通入时间为20-25分钟后,关闭气液分离装置;保压,保压时间为2〇_3〇 分钟;当压力减小到0 • 02MPa以下时,对所述反应釜减压,打开真空处理设备抽取所述反应 釜内的空气做真空处理,10-15分钟后,停止搅拌; 5) 打开出料阀,一方面获得液体有机肥料和/或固体有机肥料;另一方面获得经保压处 理的有机肥;将所述有机肥输送至堆料场; 6) 翻动所述有机肥降低温度;将翻动后的有机肥堆成条堆,间隔数小时测量一次堆内 温度并再次翻动;待堆内温度降低至60°以下时不再翻动;自然冷却,最终形成成品有机肥。
