Abstract
本发明公开了有机物分离工程器械领域的一种有机物固液畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺。包括污水收集池,固液分离设备、预曝调节池、HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备、消毒设备、输送管道和控制系统,所述的固液分离设备为两级螺旋挤压式固液分离器,污水收集池中的畜牧废水通过进料泵传输到螺旋挤压式固液分离器的进料口,经过固液分离后污水进入预曝调节池,调节池中的污水再通过管道输送到HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备和消毒设备,本发明具有固液分离效果好、运行成本低和提高畜牧废水综合利用率等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及有机物污水处理领域的一种有机物固液畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺。
背景技术
在畜牧业畜禽粪便和沼渣等有机物通过固液分可有效解决硝酸盐和磷酸盐回收利用的迫切难题,粪液再利用在生化工艺处理,在清洁和节能方面发挥了巨大优势,通过现有的HUBF厌氧高塔反应器,HFST好氧生物反应器,硝化反硝化同步反应器和除磷设备等工艺组合达到去除水中污染物的目的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效有机物固液畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺,使得脱水的有机物能够自动从畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺中排出。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺,包括污水收集池,固液分离设备、预曝调节池、HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备、消毒设备、输送管道和控制系统,固液分离设备设置在整个工艺前段,污水收集池中的畜牧废水通过输送管道传输到固液分离设备,其特征在于:所述的固液分离设备为两级螺旋挤压式固液分离器,污水收集池中设有混合搅拌器和进料泵,污水收集池中的畜牧废水通过进料泵传输到螺旋挤压式固液分离器的进料口,畜牧废水通过螺旋挤压式固液分离器进行固液分离,经过固液分离后污水进入预曝调节池,再通过管道输送到HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备和消毒设备,所述预曝调节池设有曝气搅拌系统,其目的在于搅拌污水,去除氨氮和总氮;HUBF厌氧高塔反应器设有填料,三相分离器,内循环系统和气提系统,其目的在于去除高浓度COD;HFST好氧反应器设有曝气系统,其目的在于去除COD和氨氮;硝化反硝化同步反应器,设有曝气系统和内循环系统,保证硝化和反硝化同步,其目的在于去除氨氮和总氮;除磷设备,其目的在于通过加药方式去除总磷;消毒设备,通过投加消毒剂,达到去除粪大肠菌群的目的;前段预处理设备使用进口设备,通过物理分离的方式来去除悬浮物;对上述技术方案作进一步的说明,所述的HUBF厌氧高塔反应器具有两层三相分离器,内循环和气提装置对上述技术方案作进一步的说明,所述的HFST好氧生物反应器设有曝气系统对上述技术方案作进一步的说明,所述的硝化反硝化同步反应器设有曝气系统,循环系统。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的有机物固液畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺利用螺旋挤压式固液分离器对畜牧废水进行脱水处理,畜牧废水从粪便综合利用工艺中自动排除,提高了有机物固液分离的效率:
a, 采用两级分离系统,使其固液分离效果更良好;
b, 固液分离前物料的可承载浓度更高,最高可达到15%左右;
c, 固体含固率约为30%左右,经简单的烘干后即可做为牛床垫料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的内容做进一步的说明:
如图所示为有机物固液畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺设备结构原理图。包括一级固液分离设备1、二级固液分离设备2、调节池3、HUBF厌氧高塔反应器4、HFST好氧反应器5、硝化反硝化同步反应器6、除磷设备7、消毒设备8和沼液还田管道9。
畜牧废水存放在混合搅拌池内,混合搅拌池内设有混合搅拌器,把搅拌均匀的粪水混合物输送至固液分离,混合搅拌器搅拌的畜牧废水由物料泵通过输送管道到固液分离设备,固液分离设备为螺旋挤压机,螺旋挤压机安装在固液分离支架上,固液分离设备为两级螺旋挤压式固液分离器,使其固液分离效果更良好,螺旋挤压机的废水从污水溢流管流入调节池,脱水后的固纤维物经简单的烘干后可做为牛床垫料,,废水再通过管道输送到HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备和消毒设备进行废水无公害处理,所预曝调节池设有曝气搅拌系统,其目的在于搅拌污水,去除氨氮和总氮;HUBF厌氧高塔反应器设有填料,三相分离器,内循环系统和气提系统,其目的在于去除高浓度COD;HFST好氧反应器设有曝气系统,其目的在于去除COD和氨氮;HUBF厌氧高塔反应器与HFST好氧反应器间设有沼液还田管道,沼液经管道流入田地;硝化反硝化同步反应器,设有曝气系统和内循环系统,保证硝化和反硝化同步,其目的在于去除氨氮和总氮;除磷设备,其目的在于通过加药方式去除总磷;消毒设备,通过投加消毒剂,达到去除粪大肠菌群的目的,经处理达标后水经管道排出。
Claims (4)
1.一种畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺,包括污水收集池,固液分离设备、预曝调节池、HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备、消毒设备、输送管道和控制系统,固液分离设备设置在整个工艺前段,污水收集池中的畜牧废水通过输送管道传输到固液分离设备,其特征在于:所述的固液分离设备为两级螺旋挤压式固液分离器,污水收集池中设有混合搅拌器和进料泵,污水收集池中的畜牧废水通过进料泵传输到螺旋挤压式固液分离器的进料口,畜牧废水通过螺旋挤压式固液分离器进行固液分离,经过固液分离后污水进入预曝调节池,调节池中的污水再通过管道输送到HUBF厌氧高塔反应器、HFST好氧反应器、硝化反硝化同步反应器、除磷设备和消毒设备,所述预曝调节池设有曝气搅拌系统,HUBF厌氧高塔反应器设有填料、三相分离器、内循环系统和气提系统,HFST好氧反应器设有曝气系统,硝化反硝化同步反应器设有曝气系统和内循环系统,保证硝化和反硝化同步,除磷设备通过加药方式去除总磷;消毒设备采用投加消毒剂进行消毒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺,其特征在于:所述的HUBF厌氧高塔反应器设有两层三相分离器、内循环和气提装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺,其特征在于:所述的HFST好氧生物反应器设有曝气系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的畜牧废水处理及粪便综合利用工艺,其特征在于:所述的硝化反硝化同步反应器设有曝气系统和循环系统。
