If the emulsion is doped with particle impurities, the emulsion will wear down the hydraulic equipment in the well, and bring potential safety hazard to the hydraulic support, therefore, the filter screen 33 is also arranged in the liquid preparation tank 17.
The oil inlet pipe is also provided with an oil flowmeter 34, the oil flowmeter 34 collects the flow of the emulsified oil, and an operator can conveniently overhaul the emulsified oil pump 24 when the fault occurs and can be used as a reference for filling oil into the oil storage tank 17. The above mixer 18 comprises a mixing part in the middle, and flow guiding parts respectively positioned at two sides of the mixing part, wherein the water inlet and the oil inlet are respectively positioned on the flow guiding parts, so that the mixing of the clean water and the emulsified oil is more complete.
The automatic emulsion preparation device provided by the invention realizes automatic proportioning of emulsion oil and clear water, improves the liquid supply quality of emulsion, improves the liquid preparation efficiency, can prevent harmful substances from wearing and corroding underground hydraulic equipment, avoids potential safety hazards of a hydraulic support in use, ensures the stability of the support in use, and has important practical significance for safe and efficient production of a working surface.

Claims (4)
1. An automatic emulsion dispensing apparatus, comprising: the water purifying device, the liquid preparing device and the controller;
the water purifying device comprises a flocculation pretreatment device (1), a filtering device (4), a soft water device (6), a pH adjusting device (8) and a water storage device (15); the flocculation pretreatment device (1) is provided with a mine water inlet, a flocculant tank (2) and a stirring mechanism (3) are arranged on the flocculation pretreatment device, and the flocculation pretreatment device (1), the filtering device (4), the water softening device (6), the pH adjusting device (8) and the water storage device (15) are communicated through pipelines in sequence; at least two layers of filter screens are arranged in the filter device (4), each filter screen comprises a quartz sand filter screen (41) positioned at the upper part and an active carbon filter screen (42) positioned at the lower part, and a first water purifying pump (5) is arranged on a pipeline between the filter device (4) and the flocculation pretreatment device (1); a decompression device (7) is arranged on a pipeline between the soft water device (6) and the filtering device (4); the pH adjusting device (8) is provided with an acid medicament tank (9) and an alkaline medicament tank (10), the acid medicament tank (9) and the alkaline medicament tank (10) are communicated through a discharge pipeline, a first electric control valve (11) is arranged on the discharge pipeline, the pH adjusting device (8) is provided with an interface for a pH sensor (12) to penetrate and an installation part for fixing a first circulating pump (13), and a second water purifying pump (14) is arranged on a pipeline between the pH adjusting device (8) and the water softening device (6); the water storage device (15) is provided with a purified water outlet, and a third purified water pump (16) is arranged on a pipeline between the purified water outlet and the pH adjusting device (8);
the liquid preparation device comprises a liquid preparation box (17), a mixer (18), a concentration sensor (19), a second electric control valve (20), a water flow meter (21), a high-pressure pump (22), a gear oil pump (24) and a frequency converter; the mixer (18) and the concentration sensor (19) are arranged in the liquid distribution box (17), the mixer (18) comprises a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, a mixing cavity is formed between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, the liquid inlet comprises a water inlet and an oil inlet which are positioned at two sides of the mixer, the water inlet is connected with a purified water outlet of the water storage device (15) through a water inlet pipe, the electromagnetic valve (20), the water flow meter (21) and the high-pressure pump (22) are arranged on the water inlet pipe, the oil inlet is connected with the oil storage box (23) through an oil inlet pipe, and the gear oil pump (24) is arranged on the oil inlet pipe;
the liquid dispensing device also comprises an emulsified oil drum (29) connected with the oil storage tank (23) through an oil filling pump (28);
the controller is respectively connected with the stirring mechanism (3), the pH sensor (12), the first electric control valve (11), the circulating pump (13), the concentration sensor (19), the second electric control valve (20), the water flow meter (21) and the frequency converter of the gear oil pump (23) in a communication way; the controller can control the opening of the first electric control valve (11) according to the detection signal of the pH sensor (12); or controlling the opening of the second electric control valve (20) according to the detection signals of the concentration sensor (19) and the water flow meter (21), and controlling the frequency converter to adjust the motor rotation speed of the gear oil pump (24);
be equipped with first liquid level sensor (25) in water storage device (15), be equipped with second liquid level sensor (26) in joining in marriage liquid case (17), be equipped with third liquid level sensor (27) in batch oil tank (23), first liquid level sensor (25), second liquid level sensor (26) and third liquid level sensor (27) all are connected with the controller, still be equipped with in joining in marriage liquid case (17) and be used for carrying out intensive mixing's second circulating pump (30) to the emulsion, still be equipped with in joining in marriage liquid case (17) and be used for gathering emulsion temperature's liquid temperature sensor (31), be equipped with on joining in marriage liquid case (17) and be used for adjusting emulsion temperature's temperature adjustment mechanism, be equipped with filter screen (33) in joining in marriage liquid case (17).

The automatic emulsion preparation device according to claim 1, wherein the temperature adjusting mechanism comprises a heat preservation sleeve (32), a water flow channel is formed between the heat preservation sleeve (32) and the emulsion preparation box (17), the water flow channel is connected with a cold and hot water device through a pipeline, and the cold and hot water device is controlled to work by a controller.
3. The automatic emulsion preparation device according to claim 1, wherein the oil inlet pipe is further provided with an oil flowmeter (34).
4. The automatic emulsion preparation device according to claim 1, wherein the mixer (18) comprises a mixing part positioned in the middle, and diversion parts positioned on two sides of the mixing part respectively, and the water inlet and the oil inlet are positioned on the diversion parts respectively.
