Abstract
本发明公开了智能蓝牙水杯,包括杯体,其特征在于:所述杯体内壁上设置有电容式液位传感器,所述杯体上还设置有温度传感器,所述电容式液位传感器和所述温度传感器电线连接杯体外的电容数字转换芯片,所述电容数字转换芯片连接有MCU信号处理器,所述MCU信号处理器还连接蓝牙模块、显示器和按键模块,所述MCU信号处理器还连接有电源模块,所述电源模块还可为电容式液位传感器、温度传感器和模数转换器供电,所述蓝牙模块与手机APP通信连接。本发明通过高精度电容式测试水杯中水的容量,还能在杯子上显示出水温度和液体容量,通过APP查看到每一天的饮水量等,另外还可以分类存储查询喝的其他饮料如牛奶等。

技术领域
本发明涉及水杯领域,尤其是涉及智能蓝牙水杯。
背景技术
目前市场上的智能水杯只是单一的记录每天的饮水量而已,而类似其他饮料比如牛奶,豆浆这些液体就不能分开记录,就更加谈不上分别记录每种饮料的营养值了,如喝了多少的卡路里等,现在吃喝东西讲究健康理性,所以设计出一款新式的智能水杯,把这些营养成分加入到APP中,方便个人了解自己摄入的营养成分,合理的控制好自己的饮食习惯的智能水杯很有必要,。本产品是一款高科技可充电式智能蓝牙水杯,通过高精度电容式测试水杯中水的容量,还能在杯子上显示出水温度和液体容量,通过APP查看到每一天的饮水量等,另外还可以分类存储查询喝的其他饮料如牛奶等。
目前市场上的智能水杯很多都没有杯盖,即使有杯盖也只是一个普通的杯盖,而我们这个产品的杯盖重新设计带有真空的功能,这样如没有喝完的牛奶,豆浆等食物存放与杯内只要用手按压几次顶部的吸真空阀门就可以抽走杯内的空气达到真空保鲜的目的,下次使用时只要按下排气阀门就可以拿走杯盖了。
发明内容
基于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供智能蓝牙,把营养成分加入到APP中,方便个人了解自己摄入的营养成分,合理的控制好自己的饮食习惯。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
智能蓝牙水杯,包括杯体,所述杯体内壁上设置有电容式液位传感器,所述杯体上还设置有温度传感器,所述电容式液位传感器和所述温度传感器电线连接杯体外的电容数字转换芯片,所述电容数字转换芯片连接有MCU信号处理器,所述MCU信号处理器还连接蓝牙模块、显示器和按键模块,所述MCU信号处理器还连接有电源模块,所述电源模块还可为电容式液位传感器、温度传感器和模数转换器供电,所述蓝牙模块与手机APP通信连接。
进一步的,所述电容式液位传感器包括四个探头,所述电容数字转换芯片采用pcap02,所述四个探头与所述电容数字转换芯片PCAP02的四个输入端口独立连接。
进一步的,所述MCU信号处理器包括芯片SD8200。
进一步的,所述电源模块包括外置电源及与之连接的充电电路,所述充电电路包括锂电池蓄电供电端。
进一步的,所述锂电池连接有锂电池保护电路。
进一步的,所述供电模块与所述用电模块之间连接有稳压电路。
进一步的,还包括与所述杯体扣合的杯盖,所述杯盖上设置有抽真空阀门和排气阀门。
进一步的,所述杯盖内边缘还套设有防水圈。
进一步的,所述按键模块为触摸式按键。
本发明的有益效果为:通过高精度电容式测试水杯中水的容量,还能在杯子上显示出水温度和液体容量,通过APP查看到每一天的饮水量等,另外还可以分类存储查询喝的其他饮料如牛奶等,如没有喝完的牛奶,豆浆等食物存放与杯内只要用手按压几次顶部的吸真空阀门就可以抽走杯内的空气达到真空保鲜的目的,下次使用时只要按下排气阀门就可以拿走杯盖了。

如图1、 2和3所示,智能蓝牙水杯,包括杯体1,所述杯体1内壁上设置有电容式液位传感器,所述杯体1上还设置有温度传感器,所述电容式液位传感器和所述温度传感器电线连接杯体外的电容数字转换芯片,所述电容数字转换芯片连接有MCU信号处理器,所述MCU信号处理器还连接蓝牙模块、显示器和按键模块,所述MCU信号处理器还连接有电源模块,所述电源模块还可为电容式液位传感器、温度传感器和模数转换器供电,所述蓝牙模块与手机APP通信连接。
所述电容式液位传感器包括四个探头,所述电容数字转换芯片采用pcap02,所述四个探头与所述电容数字转换芯片PCAP02的四个输入端口独立连接。
所述MCU信号处理器包括芯片SD8200。
所述电源模块包括外置电源及与之连接的充电电路,所述充电电路包括锂电池蓄电供电端。
所述锂电池连接有锂电池保护电路,锂电池保护电路有助于保护锂电池。
所述供电模块与所述用电模块之间连接有稳压电路,稳压电路使输出电压更稳定。
还包括与所述杯体扣合的杯盖2,所述杯盖2上设置有抽真空阀门21和排气阀门22。
所述杯盖内边缘还套设有防水圈,防水圈起到密封的作用,使水不易漏出。
所述按键模块为触摸式按键。
本实施例的工作原理过程为:将水或其他液体倒入水杯后,水杯壁上的4个金属带检测到介质产生变化,电容量产生变动,通过电容数字转换芯片Pcap02将变化的电容量转成数字信号给MCU来计算出水的容量,同时电容数字转换芯片Pcap02带有温度检测,附在水杯边上的传感器电阻值产生变化,同时也被转换成数字信号给MCU处理,产品上的显示屏会显示当前水或其他液体的温度,同时显示当前容量,当使用者每次喝掉水杯中的水,产品会记录下来并发送给手机APP,APP端统计出每天饮用量,也可以在APP端选择杯中的液体名称,然后产品会记录下每天的饮用量和当天饮用液体的营养值。
抽真空时,将杯盖轻松放置与水杯上,在非真空状态时水杯与杯盖是可以随意分离的,因杯盖上有一个防水圈与水杯接触,所以按压几次抽真空阀门将里面的空气排走后水杯与杯盖就形成了一个密不透风的整体而起到食物和饮料保鲜的作用,下次使用时只有按下排气阀门就可以将水杯与杯盖分离了。
需要说明的是,以上所述只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.智能蓝牙水杯,包括杯体,其特征在于:所述杯体内壁上设置有电容式液位传感器,所述杯体上还设置有温度传感器,所述电容式液位传感器和所述温度传感器电线连接杯体外的电容数字转换芯片,所述电容数字转换芯片连接有MCU信号处理器,所述MCU信号处理器还连接蓝牙模块、显示器和按键模块,所述MCU信号处理器还连接有电源模块,所述电源模块还可为电容式液位传感器、温度传感器和模数转换器供电,所述蓝牙模块与手机APP通信连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述电容式液位传感器包括四个探头,所述电容数字转换芯片采用pcap02,所述四个探头与所述电容数字转换芯片PCAP02的四个输入端口独立连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述MCU信号处理器包括芯片SD8200。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述电源模块包括外置电源及与之连接的充电电路,所述充电电路包括锂电池蓄电供电端。
5.如权利要求4所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述锂电池连接有锂电池保护电路。
6.如权利要求5所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述供电模块与所述用电模块之间连接有稳压电路。
7.如权利要求1所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:还包括与所述杯体扣合的杯盖,所述杯盖上设置有抽真空阀门和排气阀门。
8.如权利要求2所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述杯盖内边缘还套设有防水圈。
9.如权利要求1所述的智能蓝牙水杯,其特征在于:所述按键模块为触摸式按键。
