本发明公开了一种碳晶膜加热桌垫,包括鼠标垫布层、橡胶层、第一硬质保护层、碳晶膜发热层、第二硬质保护层、保温隔热层、温度传感器、控制警报器和若干个压力传感器,其中自上向下依次设置鼠标垫布层、橡胶层、第一硬质保护层、碳晶膜发热层、第二硬质保护层、保温隔热层,第一硬质保护层和第二硬质保护层将碳晶膜发热层包裹,在橡胶层、第一硬质保护层之间设置了温度传感器和若干个压力传感器,若干个压力传感器间隔排列在靠近人体的侧边上,温度传感器和若干个压力传感器分别与控制警报器连接。本发明升温速度快,温度控制准确,加热均匀,还具有理疗保健和久坐提醒功能。

技术领域
本发明属于办公用品,具体涉及一种碳晶膜加热桌垫。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对日常生活品质的要求也变得越来越高。目前市场上的加热桌垫有电阻丝加热桌垫和电阻片加热桌垫,采用电阻丝或片加热时需要合理布设电热元件,保证电热元件绝缘,这类加热桌垫温度上升缓慢且均匀性不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳晶膜加热桌垫,解决了在寒冷秋冬季,无空调和暖气场所伏案工作台面冰冷问题,它升温速度快,温度控制准确,加热均匀,还具有理疗保健和久坐提醒功能。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种碳晶膜加热桌垫,包括鼠标垫布层、橡胶层、第一硬质保护层、碳晶膜发热层、第二硬质保护层、保温隔热层、温度传感器、控制警报器和若干个压力传感器,其中自上向下依次设置鼠标垫布层、橡胶层、第一硬质保护层、碳晶膜发热层、第二硬质保护层、保温隔热层,第一硬质保护层和第二硬质保护层将碳晶膜发热层包裹,在橡胶层、第一硬质保护层之间设置了温度传感器和若干个压力传感器,若干个压力传感器间隔排列在靠近人体的侧边上,温度传感器和若干个压力传感器分别与控制警报器连接。
所述控制警报器包括壳体、蜂鸣器、单片机、电源模块和漏电保护开关,蜂鸣器、单片机、电源模块和漏电保护开关均设置在壳体内,单片机分别与蜂鸣器、电源模块、温度传感器和若干个压力传感器连接,电源模块分别与碳晶膜发热层、蜂鸣器、温度传感器、漏电保护开关和若干个压力传感器连接,向上述部件供电,单片机根据温度传感器测得温度,控制电源模块向碳晶膜发热层加温,压力传感器的作用在于可感测用户在桌垫上的压力变化,通过蜂鸣器进行久坐提醒。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点在于:
(1)升温迅速,温度均匀:发热快。通电两三分钟即可采暖。碳晶膜加热桌垫直接对室内辐射热量,温度上升速度比传统的电阻丝加热快5倍以上。被加热的区域再将热能缓缓的向室内贴近桌面的空气传递。受“热空气轻、冷空气重”这一热工学原理的作用,紧贴地面的空气受热后迅速上升,冷空气不断补充到桌面被升温加热……如此循而往复。
(2)保健理疗:碳晶膜加热垫在制热的同时,向外辐射红外线,医学上称之为“生命光波”,可以改善人体的微循环,促进新陈代谢,有益于健康。
(3)久坐提醒:通过压力传感器对用户伏案压力进行检测,根据测到的压力变化值,判断使用者的活动,从而通过蜂鸣器对使用者进行提示。
(4)可代替鼠标垫的功能:本发明的表面使用了适用于鼠标垫的材质,在作为加热桌垫本身的作用外,还提供了鼠标垫的功能,为广大计算机使用者省却了自带鼠标垫的烦恼。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
结合图1和图2,一种碳晶膜加热桌垫,包括鼠标垫布层1、橡胶层2、第一硬质保护层3、碳晶膜发热层4、第二硬质保护层5、保温隔热层11、温度传感器6、控制警报器和若干个压力传感器7(采用8-10个),其中自上向下依次设置鼠标垫布层1、橡胶层2、第一硬质保护层3、碳晶膜发热层4、第二硬质保护层5、保温隔热层11,第一硬质保护层3和第二硬质保护层5将碳晶膜发热层4包裹,增加了耐磨性,更好保护碳晶膜发热层4。在橡胶层2、第一硬质保护层3之间设置了温度传感器6和若干个压力传感器7,若干个压力传感器7间隔排列在靠近人体的侧边上。设置橡胶层2,可以提升桌垫的使用舒适度。设置保温隔热层11,可以提高桌垫使用热效率并保护桌面。在橡胶层2的表面铺上鼠标垫布层1,可将桌垫作为鼠标垫,提高了桌垫的利用率。温度传感器6和若干个压力传感器7分别与控制警报器连接。
所述控制警报器包括壳体、蜂鸣器8、单片机9、电源模块10和漏电保护 开关12,蜂鸣器8、单片机9、电源模块10和漏电保护开关12均设置在壳体内,单片机9分别与蜂鸣器8、电源模块10、温度传感器6和若干个压力传感器7连接,电源模块10分别与碳晶膜发热层4、蜂鸣器8、温度传感器6、漏电保护开关12和若干个压力传感器7连接,向上述部件供电,单片机9根据温度传感器6测得温度,控制电源模块10向碳晶膜发热层4加温,压力传感器7的作用在于可感测用户在桌垫上的压力变化,通过蜂鸣器8进行久坐提醒。
所述第一硬质保护层3和第二硬质保护层5均采用绝缘的氟碳漆,保温隔热层11采用聚胺脂。
本发明采用平面制热技术,采暖时整个桌垫平面同步升温,升温快,在发热均匀性、耐火性、安全性、电热转换效率和红外辐射率等指标上均比普通采暖产品有大幅度的改进和提高。加温过程安静柔和,给使用者提供了较高的舒适度。碳晶膜发热层4在加热的同时向外辐射远红外线,医学上称之为“生命光波”。远红外线对于血液循环和微循环障碍引起的多种疾病均具有改善和防治作用。该产品可接正常的家用220V供电,使用方便。碳晶膜发热层4外面一层包裹着绝缘的硬质保护层保证了使用者的安全。同时,长期使用功率无衰减现象,使用寿命长。通过产品内置的压力传感器7对用户在桌垫上的活动进行监测。当压力在某个范围内波动时,可判断用户在较长一段时间内是处于工作状态中,为避免用户因长期坐着而患上颈椎之类的疾病,会通过蜂鸣器8给用户发出提醒,提示用户应当进行适当的休息活动。自动控温,通过产品中的温度传感器6对周围环境进行检测,根据环境温度的变化来控制加热温度。可作为鼠标垫使用,省去了带鼠标垫的麻烦。

1.一种碳晶膜加热桌垫,其特征在于:包括鼠标垫布层(1)、橡胶层(2)、第一硬质保护层(3)、碳晶膜发热层(4)、第二硬质保护层(5)、保温隔热层(11)、温度传感器(6)、控制警报器和若干个压力传感器(7),其中自上向下依次设置鼠标垫布层(1)、橡胶层(2)、第一硬质保护层(3)、碳晶膜发热层(4)、第二硬质保护层(5)、保温隔热层(11),第一硬质保护层(3)和第二硬质保护层(5)将碳晶膜发热层(4)包裹,在橡胶层(2)、第一硬质保护层(3)之间设置了温度传感器(6)和若干个压力传感器(7),若干个压力传感器(7)间隔排列在靠近人体的侧边上,温度传感器(6)和若干个压力传感器(7)分别与控制警报器连接。
