本发明公开了一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,由电机、变量油泵、马达和液压驱动系统组成,电机与变量油泵联接,变量油泵高压油口A、B与马达油口A、B相连,所述液压调速系统包括变量油泵,变量油泵中的补泵口PS与过滤器连接,过滤器与限压类阀组节流孔相连,限压类阀组节流孔分别与限压类阀组和电磁换向阀的P口连通,限压阀组回油口与电磁换向阀的T口、变量油泵的先导控制口X2接油箱T。电磁换向阀的B口经过电磁换向阀节流孔分别与蓄能器、变量油泵的先导控制口X1连接,变量油泵进油口T1、出油口T2连通油箱T。本发明的有益效果是:1系统控制简单且稳定可靠;2减少了控制阀组和配套的电气控制,节约了成本,减少了故障率;3安全保护齐全。

一种采用蓄能器调压的索道液压驱动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种索道液压驱动系统,尤其是一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统。
背景技术
传统的液压驱动系统中的调速系统是通过电比例阀或比例手柄调节控制压力,然后通过换向阀组将控制油输入到液控变量油泵的控制口,实现变量泵排量的变化从而改变输出油量的大小进行调速。这种控制方式由于采用了精度较高的比例阀,且需与电气控制配套,故障点和维护点多,增加设备的维护难度,并且成本也随之提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过蓄能器的缓冲使控制压力呈一定线性的加大或减小,达到改变变量油泵的排量,从而实现液压驱动系统的速度调节。
本发明是通过如下方式实现:一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,由电机、变量油泵、马达和液压驱动系统组成,电机与变量油泵联接,变量油泵高压油口A、B与马达油口A、B相连,所述液压调速系统包括变量油泵,变量油泵中的补泵口PS与过滤器连接,过滤器与限压类阀组节流孔相连,限压类阀组节流孔分别与限压类阀组和电磁换向阀的P口连通,限压阀组回油口与电磁换向阀的T口、变量油泵的先导控制口X2接油箱T。电磁换向阀的B口经过电磁换向阀节流孔分别与蓄能器、变量油泵的先导控制口X1连接,变量油泵进油口T1、出油口T2连通油箱T。
限压阀组可以为溢流阀或减压阀。
限压阀组节流孔、电磁换向阀节流孔是节流阀或阻尼孔。
变量油泵先导控制口X1接有压力控制器。
本发明的有益效果是:1系统控制简单且稳定可靠;2减少了控制阀组和配套的电气控制,节约了成本,减少了故障率;3安全保护齐全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,由电机1、变量油泵2、马达3和液压驱动系统组成,电机1与变量油泵2联接,变量油泵2高压油口A、B与马达3油口A、B相连,其特征在于:所述液压调速系统包括变量油泵2,变量油泵2中的补泵口PS与过滤器4连接,过滤器4与限压阀组节流孔5相连,限压阀组节流孔5分别与限压阀组6和电磁换向阀7的P口连通,限压阀组6出口、电磁换向阀7的T口、变量油泵2的先导控制口X2与油箱T联通,电磁换向阀7的B口经过电磁换向阀节流孔8分别与蓄能器9、变量油泵2的先导控制口X1连接,变量油泵2进油口T1、出油口T2连通油箱T;限压阀组6可以为溢流阀或减压阀;限压阀组节流孔5、电磁换向阀节流孔8是节流阀或阻尼孔;变量油泵2先导控制口X1接有压力控制器10,压力控制器10检测控制压力,当超过设定值时,自动控制电机保护性停机。
液压驱动需运行时,启动电机1,变量油泵2中的补泵输出的压力油经过过滤器进入限压阀组节流孔5流向电磁换向阀7的P口和限压阀组6;电磁换向阀7通电时,压力油通过电磁换向阀节流孔8进入变量油泵2先导控制口X1,同时压力油压缩蓄能器9气囊,油压逐渐上升,变量油泵2排量增大,从而实现马达3转速的上升。
液压驱动需停止时,电磁换向阀7断电,压力油缓慢回油箱,油压逐渐下降,从而实现变量油泵2排量逐渐减小,马达3转速的逐渐下降至停止运行。

Claims (4)

1.一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,由电机(1)、变量油泵(2)、马达(3)和液压驱动系统组成,电机(1)与变量油泵(2)联接,变量油泵(2)高压油口A、B与马达(3)油口A、B相连,其特征在于:所述液压调速系统包括变量油泵(2),变量油泵(2)中的补泵口PS与过滤器(4)连接,过滤器(4)与限压阀组节流孔(5)相连,限压阀组节流孔(5)分别与限压阀组(6)和电磁换向阀(7)的P口连通,限压阀组(6)出口与电磁换向阀(7)的T口、变量油泵(2)的先导控制口X2接油箱T,电磁换向阀(7)的B口经过电磁换向阀节流孔(8)分别与蓄能器(9)、变量油泵(2)的先导控制口X1连接,变量油泵(2)进油口T1、出油口T2连通油箱T。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,其主要特征在于:限压阀组可以为溢流阀或减压阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,其主要特征在于:限压阀组节流孔(5)、电磁换向阀节流孔(8)是节流阀或阻尼孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用蓄能器调速的索道液压驱动系统,其主要特征在于:变量油泵(2)先导控制口X1接有压力控制器(10)。
