As shown in fig. 12 to 20, in another embodiment of the present invention, the heating dish 1 includes: as shown in fig. 15 and 16, a pot-shaped pan body 12 with a rectangular cross section is provided, and a steam grid clamping groove 18 is further provided at the middle position of the side wall of the pan body 12, and shaft sleeves are provided at the two opposite sides of the opening of the pan body 12, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, a pot-shaped cover 14 with a rectangular cross section is provided, and a shaft sleeve adapted to the pan body 12 is provided at the edge of the opening of the cover 14, wherein the shaft sleeves on the pan body 12 and the shaft sleeves on the cover 14 are arranged alternately in a tooth form, so that shaft holes in the shaft sleeves are in a straight line, and a rotating shaft is inserted into one shaft hole, so that the cover 14 can rotate relative to the pan body 12 with the rotating shaft as the axis, and simultaneously, the pan body 12 and the cover 14 are both in a conical structure with a large opening and a small bottom surface, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the steam grid 16 is provided with mesh holes 162 distributed in an array, wherein the steam, moreover, a first connecting portion 122 (not shown in the figure) is disposed on the pot 12, that is, a sleeve is slidably disposed on two sides of the pot 12 where no shaft sleeve is disposed, and a second connecting portion 142 (not shown in the figure) is disposed on the cover 14, that is, a rib adapted to the sleeve, when the cover 14 rotates to be parallel to the pot 12, the sleeve and the cover can slide to be simultaneously sleeved on the pot 12 and the cover 14, and is adapted to the rib on the cover 14, for fixing the pot 12 and the cover 14.
In this embodiment, the heating dish 1 comprises four modes, as shown in fig. 17, the first mode is a stew mode, in which the open opening of the cover 14 is buckled with the open opening of the pot 12, and the food material is placed in the pot 12 to cook the food material in a stewing manner, for example: in the mode, the heating dish 1 can be put into a cooking utensil such as a microwave oven, a steam oven and the like, and even can be directly placed on a stove for cooking; as shown in fig. 18, the second is a baking tray mode, in which, as shown in fig. 14, the cover 14 is rotated to be upside down, so that the pan body 12 and the cover 14 are arranged side by side, and the sliding sleeve is matched with the convex rib to complete the fixing of the heating dish 1, and food materials can be placed on both the pan body 12 and the cover 14 so as to cook the food materials in a baking manner, for example: in this mode, the heating dish 1 may be set in a cooking device such as a microwave oven or an electric oven by placing the heating dish 1 in the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 142 of the heating dish 1; as shown in fig. 19, the third mode is a steamer mode, in which the steaming compartment 16 is placed on the steaming compartment slot 18 of the pot body 12, water is added into the pot body 12, food materials are placed on the steaming compartment 16, the water level is lower than the steaming compartment 16, and the lid 14 is fastened to the pot body 12, and the mode can be used in a cooking appliance such as a microwave oven, and realizes cooking of food materials by a steaming cooking method, for example: steamed stuffed bun, fish, steamed bread, steam chafing dish and the like, the heating dish 1 can be put into a cooking utensil such as a microwave oven and the like under the mode, and even can be directly placed on a cooking range for cooking; as shown in fig. 20, the fourth is a steaming tray mode, in which two steaming compartments 16 are respectively placed on the steaming compartment slots 18 in the pot body 12 and the cover body 14, and, as shown in fig. 3, the cover body 14 is rotated to be inverted, so that the pot body 12 and the cover body 14 are arranged side by side, and the sliding sleeve is engaged with the convex rib, so as to complete the fixing of the heating dish 1, which can be used in cooking appliances such as a microwave oven and a steam oven, and food materials are placed on the steaming compartments 16 so as to cook the food materials in a steaming cooking manner, for example: steamed stuffed bun, steamed fish, steamed bread, steam chafing dish, etc., in which the heating dish 1 can be set up in a cooking appliance such as a microwave oven or a steam oven by the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 142 of the heating dish 1. Specifically, the shaft sleeve can be used as a handle to facilitate the user to take.
Of course, in the specific embodiment, the cover 14 and the pot 12 can be connected in a sliding or folding manner, and is not limited to the cover 14 and the pot 12 being separated or being connected in a pivoting manner; the cross-sectional shapes of the pan body 12 and the cover 14 may be circular or other geometric shapes, and it is only necessary to ensure that the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 142 can be stably connected, and that the heating dish 1 can be stably set in the cooking device when the heating dish 1 adopts a grill pan mode or a steaming pan mode.
Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, a handle is preferably provided on the cover 14.
In this embodiment, the cover 14 is more easily accessible to the user by providing a handle on the cover 14.
In an embodiment, the heating dish 1 may be made of one or a combination of ceramics, glass and plastics, however, the heating dish 1 provided by the present invention is not limited to the above materials, and may be other high temperature resistant materials that can be used in a microwave oven, so as to ensure that the heating dish 1 can be safely used in the microwave oven, the oven and the steam cooker.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the cover 14 and the pan body 12 are fixed by the insertion connection manner of the first connection portion 122 and the second connection portion 142, but in other realizable solutions of the present invention, other connection manners may also be adopted to fix the cover 14 and the pan body 12 side by side, for example: the screw connection and the snap-fit connection can be achieved by those skilled in the art by selecting the connection manner of the cover 14 and the pot 12 in the prior art according to the functions of the first connection portion 122 and the second connection portion 142, which will not be described herein.
According to a second aspect embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance comprising: a capsule 1 as described in any of the examples.
The cooking utensil provided by the invention comprises the heating dish 1 in any embodiment, so that the cooking utensil has all the advantages of the heating dish 1 in any embodiment, and the description is omitted here.
In a specific embodiment, since the heating dish 1 provided in the first embodiment of the present invention needs to be installed in a cooking appliance such as an oven, a microwave oven, a steam oven, etc., the specific size of the heating dish 1 should be configured to fit with the inner cavity of the cooking appliance.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance includes: oven, microwave, steam oven.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance may be an oven, a microwave oven, or a steam oven, but it should be noted that the cooking appliance provided by the present invention is not limited to an oven, a microwave oven, or a steam oven, and may be other cooking appliances.
In summary, in the heating dish 1 and the cooking appliance provided by the invention, any appliance can be combined into multiple modes, the first mode is a stew mode, namely, the cover 14 covers the pot body 12, and the pot body 12 contains food materials, and the mode can be used for cooking food materials in a microwave oven or a steam oven, so that the food materials are cooked in a stewing cooking mode; the second mode is a baking tray mode, that is, the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 142 are adapted to enable the pan body 12 and the cover 14 to be arranged side by side in a horizontal direction, and the pan body 12 and the cover 14 contain food materials, which can be used in a microwave oven and an oven for cooking food materials, wherein when the pan body 12 and the cover 14 are arranged side by side, the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 142 can be erected in a cooking appliance, that is, when the cooking tray adopts the baking tray mode, the first connecting portion 122 and the second connecting portion 142 can function as handles to support the heating tray 1 in a cavity of the cooking appliance, so as to cook food materials in a baking cooking manner, even the heating tray 1 can be directly placed on a stove for heating, so as to directly cook food materials, and further enable the heating tray 1 to be applied to various cooking appliances, so that a user can realize various cooking effects by using the same heating tray 1, the requirement that the user cooks the food materials in different types is met, the situation that the user needs to use various auxiliary cooking appliances in order to realize various food material cooking modes is effectively avoided, the storage space of the user is saved, and the use experience of the user is improved.

the cover body can be buckled on the pot body, and a second connecting part matched with the first connecting part is arranged on the cover body;
the cover body can also be arranged side by side with the pot body, when the pot body and the cover body are arranged side by side, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are connected and used for fixing the pot body and the cover body, and when the pot body and the cover body are arranged side by side, the first connecting part and the second connecting part can be erected in the cooking utensil;
one of the first connecting part and the second connecting part is provided with a groove, and the other one is provided with a convex rib matched with the groove.

the steaming grids are rectangular;
the cross sections of the pot body and the cover body at any position of the pot body and the cover body in the direction towards the open openings of the pot body and the cover body are both rectangular.
7. A boat according to any one of claims 2 to 4,
the pot body and/or the cover body are in a frustum structure;
wherein the area of the opening of the pot body is larger than the area of the bottom surface of the pot body; and/or
The open area of the cover body is larger than the area of the top surface of the cover body.
8. A boat according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the material of the heating dish comprises one or more of the following combinations: ceramic, glass, plastic.
9. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a heated dish as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
