Abstract
The invention provides a wall-mounted air conditioner with air outlet at two sides, which comprises a shell, a panel, a centrifugal fan and a heat exchanger, wherein the centrifugal fan and the heat exchanger are accommodated in the shell and are positioned at the rear side of the panel. A first air outlet and a second air outlet which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the panel are formed between the shell and the panel. The centrifugal fan is provided with a volute, and the volute is provided with a first opening which faces the left and is communicated with the first air outlet and a second opening which faces the right and is communicated with the second air outlet. A first air guide surface extending to the first air outlet in a curve manner is formed between the first air outlet and the first opening of the shell; and a second air guide surface which extends to the second air outlet in a curve manner is formed between the second air outlet and the second opening of the shell. By adopting the wall-mounted air conditioner, air is discharged from two sides, air flow is enhanced, a embrace wind atmosphere can be created, the body feeling is more comfortable, and the integral shape is novel and attractive.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a wall-mounted air conditioner with air discharged from two sides.
Background
Most of the existing wall-mounted air conditioners are only provided with an air inlet which is positioned at the upper part of a shell and close to the back and an air outlet which is positioned below the shell, air supply is realized by adopting a cross-flow fan, and wind direction adjustment is realized by a plurality of linked air deflectors arranged at the air outlet. But the adjusting range of the wind direction is limited, the circulation of indoor air is poor, and the temperature distribution is uneven. For example, chinese patent CN 202040895U discloses an indoor unit of an air conditioner, in which an air inlet is disposed on a front panel, and air outlets are disposed at upper and lower ends or left and right sides of a casing. However, the air inlet is arranged on the front side of the shell in the technical scheme, so that the attractiveness of the air conditioner is affected; in addition, the design of the air outlet and the air guide mechanism is similar to that of the existing common air conditioner indoor unit, and only the air outlet area is increased.
In view of the above, there is a need to provide a new wall-mounted air conditioner with two-side air outlet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wall-mounted air conditioner with air discharged from two sides, which can enhance air flow, create a embrace wind atmosphere, make body feeling more comfortable and has a novel and attractive integral appearance.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wall-mounted air conditioner with air outlets at two sides, which includes a housing, a panel, and a centrifugal fan and a heat exchanger accommodated in the housing and located at the rear side of the panel. A first air outlet and a second air outlet which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the panel are formed between the shell and the panel, the centrifugal fan is provided with a volute, the volute is provided with a first opening which is respectively arranged towards the left and communicated with the first air outlet and a second opening which is arranged towards the right and communicated with the second air outlet, and a first air guide surface which extends to the first air outlet in a curve manner is formed between the first air outlet and the first opening of the shell; and a second air guide surface which extends to the second air outlet in a curve manner is formed between the second air outlet and the second opening of the shell.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the first air guiding surface and the second air guiding surface have the same structure and are oppositely arranged; the horizontal contour line of the first air guide surface and the horizontal contour line of the second air guide surface are formed by connecting and combining a plurality of sections of arcs with different curvatures, the front end of the horizontal contour line of the first air guide surface extends towards the second air outlet in a bending mode, and the front end of the horizontal contour line of the second air guide surface extends towards the first air outlet in a bending mode.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the wall-mounted air conditioner further includes a first air guiding assembly disposed between the first opening and the first air outlet, and a second air guiding assembly disposed between the second opening and the second air outlet, wherein the first air guiding assembly and the second air guiding assembly are hidden behind the panel.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the first wind guiding assembly and the second wind guiding assembly are consistent in structure, and the first wind guiding assembly includes a first supporting rod which is pivotally arranged along a vertical direction and a plurality of first wind guiding plates which are connected to the first supporting rod.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the first wind deflector is rectangular, the first wind deflector assembly further includes a first support shaft connecting the first wind deflector to the first support rod along a direction perpendicular to the first support rod, and the first wind deflector is configured to be rotatable up and down along the first support shaft.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the extending directions of a plurality of the first supporting shafts are consistent.
As a further improvement of the invention, the heat exchanger comprises a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger which are independent of each other.
As a further improvement of the invention, the upper side and the lower side of the shell are respectively provided with an upper air inlet and a lower air inlet, and the first heat exchanger is arranged between the upper air inlet and the centrifugal fan or between the first opening and the first air outlet; the second heat exchanger is arranged between the lower air inlet and the centrifugal fan or between the second opening and the second air outlet.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the centrifugal fan includes a first centrifugal fan and a second centrifugal fan which are arranged at the left and right sides and at the rear side of the panel, the first centrifugal fan has a first volute, and the first volute is formed with the first opening; the second centrifugal fan has a second volute formed with the second opening.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the centrifugal fan has a bidirectional scroll casing in which the first opening and the second opening are formed toward left and right sides, respectively.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the wall-mounted air conditioner with air discharged from two sides of the invention can effectively enhance indoor air flow by discharging air from two sides, can create a embrace air atmosphere, is more comfortable in body feeling, and is novel and beautiful in integral appearance.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by one of ordinary skill in the art according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the present invention. The "front", "rear", "left" and "right" are described in a direction toward the user with reference to the drawings.
The first implementation mode comprises the following steps:
fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a wall-mounted air conditioner 100 with air outlets at two sides according to the present invention. The wall-mounted air conditioner 100 has a housing 1 and a panel 2, a first air outlet 31 and a second air outlet 32 are formed between the housing 1 and the panel 2 and located on the left and right sides of the panel 2 respectively, the first air outlet 31 and the second air outlet 32 are arranged forward, and an upper air inlet and a lower air inlet (not shown) are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the rear end of the housing 1 respectively.
In this embodiment, the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 further includes a first centrifugal fan 41 and a second centrifugal fan 42 accommodated in the casing 1, disposed on the left and right sides, and disposed at the rear side of the panel 2. The first centrifugal fan 41 has a first volute 411, and the first volute 411 has first openings 412 which are respectively arranged towards the left and communicated with the first air outlet; the second centrifugal fan 42 has a second scroll case 421, and the second scroll case 421 has a second opening 422 which is provided toward the right and communicates with the second air outlet 32. The wall-mounted air conditioner 100 further includes a first heat exchanger 51 and a second heat exchanger 52 which are accommodated in the housing 1 and are independent of each other. The first heat exchanger 51 is arranged between the upper air inlet and the first centrifugal fan 41 and the second centrifugal fan 42; the second heat exchanger is arranged between the lower air inlet and the first centrifugal fan 41 and the second centrifugal fan 42, and the first heat exchanger 51 and the second heat exchanger 52 are arranged in a vertical opposite manner.
With reference to fig. 3 to 8, a first air guiding surface 61 extending to the first air outlet 31 in a curved shape is formed between the first air outlet 31 and the first opening 412 of the housing 1; the housing 1 forms a second wind guiding surface 62 extending to the second air outlet 32 in a curved shape between the second air outlet 32 and the second opening 422. The first air guiding surface 61 and the second air guiding surface 62 have the same structure and are arranged oppositely.
The wall-mounted air conditioner 100 further includes a first air guide assembly 71 disposed to face the first air guide surface 61, and a second air guide assembly 72 disposed to face the second air guide surface 62, and the first air guide assembly 71 and the second air guide assembly 72 are hidden behind the panel. Therefore, when the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 is cleaned or maintained, the first air guide assembly 71 and the second air guide assembly 72 are not easily contacted to influence the work, and the overall shape is more beautiful.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the horizontal contour line 611 of the first wind guiding surface 61 and the horizontal contour line (not shown) of the second wind guiding surface 62 are formed by connecting and combining a plurality of circular arcs with different curvatures. The front end of the horizontal contour line 611 of the first wind guide surface 61 extends toward the second wind outlet 32 in a curved manner; the horizontal contour line of the second wind guiding surface 62 extends toward the first wind outlet 31 in a curved manner. Therefore, the air flow blown out from the outlet ends of the first outlet 31 and the second outlet 32 can achieve the effect of surrounding the air.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first air guiding assembly 71 and the second air guiding assembly 72 are identical in structure, and the first air guiding assembly 71 includes a first supporting rod 711 pivotally disposed in a vertical direction and a plurality of first air guiding plates 712 connected to the first supporting rod 711. The first air guiding plate 712 is rectangular, the first air guiding assembly 71 further includes a first supporting shaft 713 that connects the first air guiding plate 712 to the first supporting rod 711 along a direction perpendicular to the first supporting rod 711, the extending directions of the plurality of first supporting shafts 713 are the same, the first air guiding plate 712 is configured to be capable of rotating up and down along the first supporting shaft 713, and the air outlet adjustment of the first air outlet 31 in the vertical direction is realized through the up and down rotation of the first air guiding plate 712. When the first air guiding plate 712 rotates to the vertical position, the wall-mounted air conditioner 100 realizes horizontal air outlet (as shown in fig. 6-8), and the first supporting rod 711 drives the first air guiding plate 712 to rotate so as to realize air outlet adjustment of the first air outlet 31 in the horizontal direction.
The second embodiment:
as shown in fig. 2, the wall-mounted air conditioner 100' includes a bidirectional centrifugal fan 43 accommodated in the housing 1 and located at the rear side of the panel 2. The bidirectional centrifugal fan 43 has a bidirectional volute 431, and the bidirectional volute 431 is formed with a first opening 432 and a second opening 433 toward the left and right sides, respectively. The wall-mounted air conditioner 100 ' further includes a first heat exchanger 51 ' and a second heat exchanger 52 ' which are accommodated in the housing 1 and are arranged opposite to each other in the left-right direction. The first heat exchanger 51' is arranged between the second opening 433 and the first air outlet 31; the second heat exchanger 52' is disposed between the first opening 432 and the second air outlet 32.
In summary, the wall-mounted air conditioners 100 and 100' with air outlets at two sides of the invention adopt upper and lower air inlets and air outlets at two sides, thus effectively enhancing indoor air flow, creating a embrace air atmosphere, and having more comfortable body feeling and more novel and beautiful integral shape.
