2) After the primary core-pulling type needle 29 is pulled out, the mold is opened, the inclined guide post 25 drives the secondary core-pulling slider body 26 to move rightwards, and therefore the secondary core-pulling slider head 30 is driven to complete demolding of the right side edge of the product; after demolding is finished, ejecting the product by the ejector pin 10;
3) during resetting, the oil cylinder 18 acts first, the oil cylinder pull rod 31 pushes the side push plate 14 to be pulled out to the left, so that the primary core-pulling type needle 29 is driven to perform long-distance core-pulling resetting, then the mold is closed, the ejector pin is reset, the secondary core-pulling slider head 30 is closed, and the mold is closed to wait for the beginning of the next injection molding cycle.
