The spiral conveying type efficient degumming and cleaning device for fresh coffee fruits shown in the attached drawing 1~3 comprises an outer cylinder, a driving motor 1, a power output shaft 9, a coupler, a fixing device 10, a cleaner 16, a rear feeder 21 and a front feeder 22, wherein the outer cylinder comprises a discharging pipeline 2, a cleaning bin 3 and a conveying pipeline 6 which are sequentially connected, a sealing cover 7 and a discharging opening 8 are arranged at the tail end of the discharging pipeline 2, the rear feeder 21 is coaxially arranged in the discharging pipeline 2, the cleaner 16 is arranged in the cleaning bin 3, the dirt discharging opening 4 and a liquid inlet 5 are arranged in the cleaning bin 3, the front feeder 22 is coaxially arranged in the conveying pipeline 6, one end of the power output shaft 9 penetrates through the sealing cover 7 to be connected with the driving motor 1, and the other end of the power output shaft is sequentially and coaxially connected with the fixing device 10, the rear feeder 21, the cleaner 16 and the front feeder 22 through the coupler; wherein, the power output shaft 9 is movably matched with the sealing cover 7.

The rear feeder 21 and the front feeder 22 are both shaftless flexible screws.
The surface of the first stirring paddle 18 is provided with a protrusion, and the protrusion can increase the contact surface between the coffee beans and the first stirring paddle 18, enhance friction and improve degumming effect.
The outer cylinder is a cylindrical pipe, and the conveying pipeline 6 is a flexible pipe or an arc rigid pipe.
The power output shaft 9 is connected with the driving motor 1 through a belt or a chain.
Further, as an improvement of the invention, a circulating water utilization mechanism is arranged between the sewage draining outlet 4 and the liquid inlet 5, the circulating water utilization mechanism comprises a collecting pipe, a filter, a water supply pipe and a siphon mechanism, one end of the collecting pipe is connected with the sewage draining outlet 4, the other end of the collecting pipe is sequentially connected with the filter, the water supply pipe and the siphon mechanism, and the siphon mechanism is connected with the liquid supply port.

The working mode of the invention is as follows: during operation, coffee beans needing pectin removal are placed at an inlet part of the conveying pipeline 6, the driving motor 1 is started, the driving motor 1 drives the cleaning device 16 and the feeder to synchronously rotate through the power output shaft 9, the front feeder 22 enables the coffee beans to rotate and rise in the conveying pipeline in the rotating process to enter the filter barrel 23 of the cleaning bin 3, and the coffee beans rub against each other in the rising process to preliminarily remove pectin on the surface; under the stirring of the first stirring paddle 18 and the washing action of water flow, pectin attached to coffee beans in the filter barrel 23 flows out of the filter barrel 23 along with the water flow and is discharged from the sewage discharge port 4, the cleaned coffee beans are extruded mutually under the rotation action of the spiral stirrer, a large amount of water contained in the coffee beans is quickly discharged, meanwhile, the coffee beans are pushed towards the direction of the discharge port 8 of the outer cylinder and are discharged from the discharge port 8 under the action of the rear feeder 21, water and pectin discharged from the sewage discharge port 4 are collected to the filter through the collecting pipe to be filtered and separated by water and glue, and the filtered water is conveyed to the liquid supply port and is continuously supplied to the cleaning bin 3 for cleaning the coffee beans.
