Abstract

钢管束的组装焊接方法,钢管束至少包括横卧的钢管束、侧立的钢管束,将侧立的钢管束放置在横卧的钢管束的指定位置后,在侧立的钢管束的两端施力,从而将侧立的钢管束矫正成平面,然后首先在侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行点焊,点焊完之后再对侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行满焊。本发明对侧立的钢管束进行矫正后再进行点焊,使得侧立的钢管束和横卧的钢管束基本定型,再对侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行满焊,可使钢管束保持矫正后的状态,从而提高建筑工程质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管束的组装焊接方法。
背景技术
钢管束是由多根U型钢和少许方矩钢管组拼并相互焊接而成的一种新的建材,在使用钢管束进行建筑施工时,首先需要将钢管束进行组装焊接,从而形成墙体。在现有技术中,对钢管束的组装焊接采用搭建后即满焊的方法,若钢管束在焊接前即存在变形,则会得到歪斜的墙体,对建筑工程质量产生极坏的影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有钢管束组装焊接方法的上述不足,本发明提供一种可极大提升建筑工程质量的钢管束的组装焊接方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:钢管束的组装焊接方法,钢管束至少包括横卧的钢管束、侧立的钢管束,将侧立的钢管束放置在横卧的钢管束的指定位置后,在侧立的钢管束的两端施力,从而将侧立的钢管束矫正成平面,然后首先在侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行点焊,点焊完之后再对侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行满焊。
进一步,先将侧立的钢管束在中间位置与横卧的钢管束焊接牢固,然后再在侧立的钢管束的两端施力,以中间焊接处为支点,将弯曲的侧立的钢管束矫正成平面。
本发明的有益效果在于:对侧立的钢管束进行矫正后再进行点焊,使得侧立的钢管束和横卧的钢管束基本定型,再对侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行满焊,可使钢管束保持矫正后的状态,从而提高建筑工程质量。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1,钢管束的组装焊接方法,钢管束至少包括横卧的钢管束1、侧立的钢管束2,将侧立的钢管束2放置在横卧的钢管束1的指定位置后,在侧立的钢管束2的两端施力,从而将侧立的钢管束2矫正成平面,然后首先在侧立的钢管束2与横卧的钢管束1的交接处进行点焊,点焊完之后再对侧立的钢管束2与横卧的钢管束1的交接处进行满焊。
在侧立的钢管束2的两端施力,从而将侧立的钢管束2矫正成平面的具体实施方法有多种,例如在侧立的钢管束的两端设置可平移的夹钳,通过夹钳将侧立的钢管束的两端夹紧,然后夹钳平移,从而弯曲的侧立的钢管束扳直成平面;或者,在侧立的钢管束的两侧分别设油缸,油缸的输出端连接顶头,通过两个顶头对侧立的钢管束的两端施加相反的力,从而将弯曲的侧立的钢管束扳直成平面。
在侧立的钢管束2的两端施力前,最好先将侧立的钢管束2在中间位置与横卧的钢管束1焊接牢固,然后再在侧立的钢管束2的两端施力,以中间焊接处为支点,将弯曲的侧立的钢管束2矫正成平面,可达到更好的矫正效果。

1.钢管束的组装焊接方法,钢管束至少包括横卧的钢管束、侧立的钢管束,其特征在于:将侧立的钢管束放置在横卧的钢管束的指定位置后,在侧立的钢管束的两端施力,从而将侧立的钢管束矫正成平面,然后首先在侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行点焊,点焊完之后再对侧立的钢管束与横卧的钢管束的交接处进行满焊。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢管束的组装焊接方法,其特征在于:先将侧立的钢管束在中间位置与横卧的钢管束焊接牢固,然后再在侧立的钢管束的两端施力,以中间焊接处为支点,将弯曲的侧立的钢管束矫正成平面。
