本发明属于中药制剂领域,目的是根据中医对眩晕症的认识机理而提供的一种可有效治疗眩晕症的胶囊剂药物,所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下:黄芪280g、全蝎60g、水蛭70g、莲子120g、川芎85g、山茱肉120g、五味子50g、怀牛膝200g、人参叶95g、白术120g、茯苓200g、陈皮95g、当归120g、竹茹115g、石菖蒲50g;本发明提供的药物是一个标本兼治的中药组方。

[0°07] 一种可有效治疗眩晕症的胶囊剂药物及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述“最佳方 案”的药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 黄氏280g、全蝎6〇g、水蛭7〇g、莲子i2〇g、川芎S5g、山茱肉12〇g、五味子5〇g、怀牛膝 2〇〇g、人参叶%g、白术l2〇g、茯苓2〇〇g、陈皮95g、当归12〇g、竹茹n5g、石菖蒲5收。 -种可有效治疗輯麵麵__其織施,其觀在于,臟方法包括 如下步骤制备而成: A、 将上述原料中药拣去杂质、粉尘及干燥后,按照质量份比共研为极细末待用; B、 按照传统制备中药胶囊剂的方法,将研磨好的极细末药物过筛后,放入药器中混合 均匀,然后制备成胶囊剂(其胶囊锁合后总长度为23.3mm,药粉容量0.4〜0.5g/粒),分装密 封即可。

[G010]本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记 载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料,充分发挥各组分的药理功效: 黄芪,性味:甘、微温,具有补气固表、利尿托毒、排脓、敛疮生肌之功效,用于治疗气虚 乏力、食少便溏、中气下陷、久泻脱肛、便血崩漏、表虚自汗、气虚水肿、痈疽难溃、久溃不敛、 血虚痿黄、内热消渴、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病; 全蝎,性味:咸辛、平,有毒,具有祛风、止痉、通络、解毒之功效,用于治疗惊风抽摘、癫 痫、中风、半身不遂、口眼歪斜、偏头痛、风湿痹痛、破伤风、淋巴结结核、风疹疮肿; 水蛭,性味:咸苦、平,有毒,具有破血、逐瘀、通经之功效,用于治疗蓄血、症瘕、积聚、妇 女经闭、干血成痨、跌扑损伤、目亦痛、云翳等症; 莲子,性味:甘、涩、平,具有补脾止泻、益肾固精、养心安神之功效,用于治疗脾虚久 泻、泻久痢、肾虚遗精、滑泄、小便不禁、妇人崩漏带下、心神不宁、惊悸、不眠等症; 川芎,性味:辛、温,具有行气开郁、法风燥湿、活血止痛之功效,用于治疗风冷头痛旋 晕、胁痛腹疼、寒痹筋挛、经闭、难产、产后瘀阻块痛、痈疽疮疡、月经不调、瘕腹痛、胸胁刺 痛、跌扑肿痛、风湿痹痛; 山茱肉,性味:酸,微温,具有补肝肾、湿精气、固虚脱之功效,用于治疗腰膝酸痛、眩晕、 耳鸣、阳痿、遗精、小便频数、肝虚寒热、虚汗不止、心摇脉散; 五味子,性味:酸、甘、温,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心之功效,用于治疗久泻不 止、久咳虚喘、心悸、失眠、多梦、自汗、盗汗、津伤口渴、消渴、遗精、滑精; 怀牛膝,性味:苦酸、平,具有活血散瘀、祛湿利尿、清热解毒之功效,用于治疗淋病、尿 血、妇女经闭、症瘕、风湿关节痛、脚气、水肿、痢疾、疟疾、白喉、痈肿、跌打损伤; 人参叶,性味:味苦、微甘、性寒,具有角暑清热、性津止渴之功效,用于治疗暑热口渴、 热病伤津、胃阴不足、消渴、肺燥干咳、虚火牙痛; 白术,性味:味苦、甘、性温,具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效,用于治疗脾气 虚弱、神疲乏力、食少少腹胀、大便溏薄、水饮内停、小便不利、水肿、痰饮眩晕、温痹酸痛、气 虚自汗、胎动不安; 茯苓,性味:甘、淡、平,具有渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神之功效,用于治疗小便不利、 水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕吐、脾虚食少、泄泻、心悸不安、失眠健忘、遗精白浊; 陈皮,性味:味辛、苦、性温,具有理气和中,燥湿化痰,利水通便之功效,用于治疗脾胃 不和、脘腹胀痛、不思饮食、呕吐哕逆、痰湿阻肺、咳嗽痰多、胸膈满闷、头目眩晕、水肿、小便 不利、大便秘结、乳痈疥癣、中鱼蟹毒、酒毒等; 当归,性味:性温、味甘辛,具有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠之功效,用于治疗血虚、 面色萎黄、眩晕心悸、血虚、或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经、虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞 痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤; 竹茹,性味:甘、微寒,具有清热化痰、除烦止呕、安胎凉血之功效,用于治疗肺热咳嗽、 烦热惊悸、胃热呕呃、妊娠恶阻、胎动不安、吐血、衄血、尿血、崩漏等症; 石菖蒲,性味:味辛、苦、性微温,具有化痰开窍、化湿行气、祛风利痹、消肿止痛之功效, 用于治疗热病神昏、痰厥、健忘、耳鸣、耳聋、脘腹胀痛、噤口痢、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痈疽疥 癣。

[0013] 实施例2: 一种可有效治疗眩晕症的胶囊剂药物,其特征在于,所述药物的各个组分及其质量份 比如下所示: 黄芪310g、全蝎70g、水蛭8〇g、莲子I40g、川芎gsg、山茱肉I40g、五味子60g、怀牛膝 23〇g、人参叶1〇叱、白术14〇g、茯苓230g、陈皮l〇5g、当归140g、竹茹130g、石菖蒲60g。 实施例3: 一种I有效治疗眩晕症的胶囊剂药物,其特征在于,所述药物的各个组分及其质量份 比如下所示: 黄芪35〇g、全蝎8〇g、水蛭9〇g、莲子WOg、川芎100g、山茱肉ie0g、五味子7〇g、怀牛膝 260g、人参叶12〇g、白术16〇g、茯苓26〇g、陈皮12〇g、当归16〇g、竹茹15〇g、石菖蒲7啦。 典型病例 经临床诊断治疗眩晕症患者共1185例,年龄为4〇岁以上的6%例,只有49〇例为4〇岁以 下。1185例患者中痊愈的1015例,有效的170例,总有效率达1 〇〇%。

1.一种可有效治疗眩晕症的胶囊剂药物,其特征在于,所述药物的各个组分及其质量 份比如下所示: 黄芪100〜350g、全蝎40〜8〇g、水蛭30〜90g、莲子60〜160g、川号50〜100g、山茱肉80 〜l6〇g、五味子3〇〜7〇g、怀牛膝15〇〜260g、人参叶30〜120g、白术80〜160g、茯苓150〜 26〇g、陈皮3〇〜120g、当归8〇〜160g、竹茹50〜150g、石菖蒲30〜70g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可有效治疗眩晕症的胶囊剂药物,其特征在于,所述药物的各 个组分及其质量份比如下所示: 黄苗115〜310g、全蝎5〇〜7〇g、水輕4〇〜8〇g、莲子了卜丄卿、川;6〇〜95g、山茱肉9〇〜 l4〇g、五味子40〜6〇g、怀牛膝1了〇〜23〇g、人参叶4〇〜1〇5g、白术9〇〜14〇g、茯苳17〇〜23〇g、 陈皮40〜105g、当归90〜140g、竹茹60〜l3〇g、石菖蒲40〜60g。
