Abstract
The invention provides a tower-shaped Chinese bee grouping box and a using method thereof, which are characterized in that the tower-shaped Chinese bee grouping box consists of a queen cell storage box (1), a bee box (2) and a bottom layer bee box (3), wherein a support frame for storing a queen cell and a worker honeycomb is arranged in the queen cell storage box (1), and a # -shaped support frame (6), a bee door (4) and an observation window (5) are arranged in the bee box (2) and the bottom layer bee box (3); the tower-shaped Chinese bee grouping box provided by the invention overcomes the problems in the prior art, and provides a Chinese bee queen breeding method for rapidly breeding and feeding bee colonies. The method is simple and easy to implement, has high survival rate and good queen rearing quality, and overcomes the defects of low survival rate, low acceptance rate, high mortality rate and inconvenient and tedious transportation of the traditional method for buying queen in different places.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tower-shaped Chinese bee grouping box and a using method thereof.
Background
The bees live in the colony, the bee colony has three types of queen bees, worker bees and male bees, and after one bee in the colony, 1 to 15 million worker bees and 500 to 1500 male bees. The bees collect honey in the day and brew honey at night for continuous work of food, and the bees have the instinct of collecting flowers. Bees are polyphagic, i.e. they feed pollen and nectar, both Ruyi and Mesomna, on plants of different families or from flowers of a certain colour.
Female bees and male bees live in the same nest, but differ in morphology, physiology and labor division. Queen bees are female and large, and are specialized in oviposition and reproduction; the drone is specially mated, and the drone dies after mating; the worker bees are also female, the individuals are small, the worker bees are female bees with underdeveloped genitals, and the worker bees are specialized in nesting, collecting food, feeding larvae, cleaning nest chambers, adjusting nest humidity and the like. Both apis mellifera and apis cerana are social in nature. In addition, the genus bumblebee, tropical stingless bee, and Apis can be added.
In the bee society, they still live through a maternal clan. Among the members of the large family of their population, there is a queen bee, which is a female bee with reproductive capacity and is responsible for laying eggs and reproducing offspring, while "controlling" the large family. The queen bee is mated, but the eggs are not all fertilized. According to the needs of large families of groups, fertilized eggs are laid down and fed with pollen and honey by worker bees to develop female bees, namely worker bees without reproductive capacity after 21 days; or lay unfertilized ovum, and develop into drone 24 days later. When the large family members of the group are too numerous to be spread and cause congestion, the group is divided.
The process of clustering is such that: manufacturing a special honeycomb, namely a queen cell, by worker bees, and laying fertilized eggs in the queen cell by queen bees; after the young larvae are hatched, the worker bees are fed with high-nutrition royal jelly made in the worker bees, when the young larvae develop into adults after 16 days, the young bees become new queens with reproductive capacity, the old queens are used for leading a part of worker bees to fly to form another new group, and a part of worker bees are dispatched in advance to search for a new beehive, which is called a reconnaissance bee.
The bees are social insects and have social behaviors. One queen bee, a plurality of worker bees and a plurality of bee bees are arranged in one honeycomb. Worker bees are responsible for collecting honey, queen bees are the 'spawning machines', and bee bees are responsible for breeding in cooperation with the queen bees. The queen bee does not know that the inner part of the egg grain is male or female when laying eggs, but she secretes a substance to control and change, so that the eggs become worker bees and male bees, and therefore, it is impossible to breed a female bee and to compete for the queen bee. Actually, queen bees and common worker bees are not separated, the common worker bees can eat royal jelly for three or four days after being hatched into larvae, but if a good-luck larva (also called queen bee larva, queen bee larva and queen bee larva) is arranged in a queen stage, the queen bee can eat royal jelly for the whole life, and the queen bee can be changed. However, the queen bee stations usually have 8-10 queen bee stations, and the queen bee which firstly breaks pupae can give order to kill the queen bee which does not break pupae. If two pupae are simultaneously broken, the warfare of the king is carried out; this is also the reason for slow natural reproduction, so artificial queen bee breeding is necessary to develop the breeding bee colony.
Chinese bee, also known as Chinese bee, native bee, is a subspecies of eastern bee, is a unique bee of China; the method has the advantages of strong collection ability, high utilization rate, long honey collection period, strong adaptability, strong anti-mite and disease-resistant capabilities, less feed consumption and the like which are incomparable with Italian bees, and is very suitable for fixed-point feeding in mountainous areas of China. The ability of bee to secrete royal jelly is weak, and the nutrition required by queen bee embryo can not be guaranteed, so the natural reproduction is slow, and the artificial breeding of queen bee must be carried out. However, the success rate of artificially breeding queen bees is low at present, and the queen bee breeding technology of Chinese bees is more rarely reported.
In order to improve the yield and enhance the group vigor in bee breeding, queen bees are frequently introduced to different places to achieve various purposes and requirements, the conventional method is to transport successfully-handed queen bees or mature queen stations from a first place to a second place for a long distance by using special queen transporting cages, the mode of changing queen bees needs special queen transporting cages, meanwhile, a small number of worker bees are accompanied, a few thick sugar solutions are prepared for accompanying bee foods and feeding the queen bees, the small number of worker bees are easy to cause low survival rate and complete death if careless, queen introduction failure is serious, the successful part of worker bees is easy to cause queen enclosing failure when introducing new different places to bee groups, and the successful part of worker bees often causes queen enclosing failure and affects income of bee farms. The technical scheme of the invention is specially designed for the problems of the existing method. The search shows no professional literature report.
