[0001] 本发明涉及建筑工程施工的导向放线工具的技术领域,特别是涉及一种移动式多 导线同步放线装置。
背景技术
[0002] 按照建筑业相关标准规范及使用要求,室内布线时塑料护套线严禁直接敷设在建 筑物顶棚内、墙体内、抹灰层内、保温层内或装饰面内。为此,在电气设备安装前,通常需要 埋设预留线管,从而确保使用阶段线路维护、更换方便,并防止硅酸盐对绝缘层的腐蚀而造 成短路。线管敷设留有余量,可以起到一定的散热作用,降低了电气火灾的发生概率。同时, 在火灾发生时,线管也能起到阻火蔓延的作用。为此,导线穿管敷设是目前末端用地设备配 电的主要工艺方法。
[0003] 导线穿管敷设一般在主体结构或粗装修施工完毕后进行。市场上采购的导线通常 是单股的塑料护套线,而根据室内用电设备线路分流、供电、开关控制的需要,线管内需要 同时穿入2〜5根导线。此时,在传统模式下,施工现场通常是逐根放线或用一根简易的圆管 作轴进行多根同步放线。针对逐根放线的施工方法,施工效率低且放线过程中导线易绞拧; 采用简易的圆管轴放线方法,虽然实现了多根导线同时放线,但由于各导线与主轴的夹角 偏差不一致,在放线中易造成个别导线拉力过大而损坏,同时,放线的速度也受到剪力墙、 隔墙等竖向构件的限制,施工效率较低。且如果圆管轴上如果放有多盘导线,当仅需要一根 导线时,在抽该导线的时候,其它盘导线会跟着转动,从而造成导线扭结现象。
发明内容

[0010]本发明的技术效果是: 本发明的移动式多导线同步放线装置的结构简单、制作方便、成本低廉、简单灵活、适 用性强。考虑到有时施工场地狭小,本装置设计成立式放线,实现了占地面积小的特点;考 虑到室内电线敷设线路复杂、敷设面积广,本装置在底部加装脚轮,实现可移动的特点,与 传统方法相比更加方便快捷,大大降低了劳动强度,并提高了劳动效率;底盘上方设置了多 个线轮(根据项目实际需要,可适当增加或减少线轮数量),这样可调节两根以上的导线同 步放线敷设,并且还实现了分支不乱、走向整齐的特点,很大程度上提高了劳动效率,节约 了时间;线轮在外力作用下可实现转动,也可防止电线敷设时回绕和绞拧;顶部的过线引导 环体上下两面设计成曲面并将内部做抛光处理,可以保护电线表面不被划破划伤等特点。
