本发明涉及管件加工技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种快速送料塑料管件切割机构。
背景技术:
现有的长形管体进行加工需要进行切割,现有的切割的方式一般是人工推动管件,另一端自动设置切割机构进行自动切割,其人工推动上料效率低,效果差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种快速送料塑料管件切割机构,它可以自动将管件推动进行自动切割,其效率高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种快速送料塑料管件切割机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板上方设有主连接板,主连接板的底面固定有多个支撑柱,支撑柱固定在机架的顶板的顶面上;
所述主连接板的底面固定有推动水平板,推动水平板的底面两端固定有限位板,横向螺杆的两端铰接在两个限位板上,其中一个限位板的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,推动块螺接在横向螺杆中,推动块的底部侧壁上固定有水平板,水平板的顶面固定有升降电机,升降电机的输出轴穿过水平板并螺接有升降块,升降块的底面固定有导向块,导向块的底面右端固定有推动部,推动部和导向块插套在机架的顶板的顶面成型有的推料导向通槽中,机架的顶板中成型有左右贯穿的送料通孔,管体插套在送料通孔中,推料导向通槽处于送料通孔的上方并与送料通孔相通;
所述主连接板的右端的顶面固定有切割气缸,切割气缸的推杆穿过主连接板并固定定有切割板,切割板的底面两侧固定有支撑板,切割刀具处于两个支撑板之间,切割刀具的中部转轴的两端铰接在两个支撑板上,其中一个支撑板上固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中,切割刀具处于机架的顶板的右部具有的竖直通槽的正上方,竖直通槽与送料通孔相通。
所述送料通孔的右端的顶面上具有的螺接通孔中螺接有接近开关,接近开关的感应端对着送料通孔。
所述切割板的顶面固定有竖直导向杆,竖直导向杆伸出主连接板。
所述推动块的顶面固定有自润滑耐磨层,自润滑耐磨层压靠在推动水平板的底面上。
所述导向块为矩形块,其前后两侧壁靠近推料导向通槽的前后内侧壁,所述升降块为圆柱体,其外直径小于推料导向通槽的宽度。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动将管件推动进行自动切割,其效率高,效果好。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种快速送料塑料管件切割机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板上方设有主连接板11,主连接板11的底面固定有多个支撑柱111,支撑柱111固定在机架10的顶板的顶面上;
所述主连接板11的底面固定有推动水平板14,推动水平板14的底面两端固定有限位板141,横向螺杆142的两端铰接在两个限位板141上,其中一个限位板141的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机15,驱动电机15的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向螺杆142的一端具有的花键孔中,推动块143螺接在横向螺杆142中,推动块143的底部侧壁上固定有水平板144,水平板144的顶面固定有升降电机145,升降电机145的输出轴穿过水平板144并螺接有升降块146,升降块146的底面固定有导向块147,导向块147的底面右端固定有推动部148,推动部148和导向块147插套在机架10的顶板的顶面成型有的推料导向通槽18中,机架10的顶板中成型有左右贯穿的送料通孔19,管体100插套在送料通孔19中,推料导向通槽18处于送料通孔19的上方并与送料通孔19相通;
所述主连接板11的右端的顶面固定有切割气缸12,切割气缸12的推杆穿过主连接板11并固定定有切割板17,切割板17的底面两侧固定有支撑板171,切割刀具172处于两个支撑板171之间,切割刀具172的中部转轴的两端铰接在两个支撑板171上,其中一个支撑板171上固定有切割电机173,切割电机173的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中,切割刀具172处于机架10的顶板的右部具有的竖直通槽3的正上方,竖直通槽3与送料通孔19相通。
进一步的说,所述送料通孔19的右端的顶面上具有的螺接通孔中螺接有接近开关191,接近开关191的感应端对着送料通孔19。
进一步的说,所述切割板17的顶面固定有竖直导向杆174,竖直导向杆174伸出主连接板11。
进一步的说,所述推动块143的顶面固定有自润滑耐磨层1,自润滑耐磨层1压靠在推动水平板14的底面上。
进一步的说,所述导向块147为矩形块,其前后两侧壁靠近推料导向通槽18的前后内侧壁,所述升降块146为圆柱体,其外直径小于推料导向通槽18的宽度。
工作原理:将管体100插入送料通孔19中,并向推动,使得管体100的左端处于推料导向通槽18的下方,然后,升降电机145运行,使得导向块147下降,使得导向块147的下部处于送料通孔19中,使得推动部145处于管体100的左端处,然后,驱动电机15运行,使得横向螺杆142转动,推动部145推动管体100向右移动,当管体100的右端靠近接近开关191的感应端,使得接近开关191感应到后就将感应信号输送给控制主机,控制主机就控制驱动电机15停止运行,然后,切割电机173运行,使得切割刀具172旋转,通过切割气缸12运行,使得切割刀具172下降伸入竖直通槽3中并将管体100切割,实现切割,切割完成后,切割气缸12的推杆提升,将切割刀具172提升,然后,驱动电机15再次运行,将管体100向右继续推动,按上述过程进行接下来的切割,其切割效率高,送料输送快。
其中,当管体100加工基本完成后,其后部还有剩余的可以通过后部的管体100进入将前部的推出,推出的剩余料可以用于其他加工。
其中,升降块146上下升降时,其保证不会整个从推料导向通槽18中移出,保证其升降的稳定运行。

1.一种快速送料塑料管件切割机构,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板上方设有主连接板(11),主连接板(11)的底面固定有多个支撑柱(111),支撑柱(111)固定在机架(10)的顶板的顶面上;
所述主连接板(11)的底面固定有推动水平板(14),推动水平板(14)的底面两端固定有限位板(141),横向螺杆(142)的两端铰接在两个限位板(141)上,其中一个限位板(141)的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机(15),驱动电机(15)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向螺杆(142)的一端具有的花键孔中,推动块(143)螺接在横向螺杆(142)中,推动块(143)的底部侧壁上固定有水平板(144),水平板(144)的顶面固定有升降电机(145),升降电机(145)的输出轴穿过水平板(144)并螺接有升降块(146),升降块(146)的底面固定有导向块(147),导向块(147)的底面右端固定有推动部(148),推动部(148)和导向块(147)插套在机架(10)的顶板的顶面成型有的推料导向通槽(18)中,机架(10)的顶板中成型有左右贯穿的送料通孔(19),管体(100)插套在送料通孔(19)中,推料导向通槽(18)处于送料通孔(19)的上方并与送料通孔(19)相通;
所述主连接板(11)的右端的顶面固定有切割气缸(12),切割气缸(12)的推杆穿过主连接板(11)并固定定有切割板(17),切割板(17)的底面两侧固定有支撑板(171),切割刀具(172)处于两个支撑板(171)之间,切割刀具(172)的中部转轴的两端铰接在两个支撑板(171)上,其中一个支撑板(171)上固定有切割电机(173),切割电机(173)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中,切割刀具(172)处于机架(10)的顶板的右部具有的竖直通槽(3)的正上方,竖直通槽(3)与送料通孔(19)相通。
