It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the sliding rods 123 may be two, but not limited to this arrangement, and may be other arrangements, such as: three slide bars 123 are provided, and the slide blocks 124 are fitted over the three slide bars 123 in a hollow manner, so long as the slide bars 123 in such a manner can realize the sliding of the slide blocks 124 in the vertical direction and the restriction of the rotational degree of freedom of the slide blocks 124.

As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the gizzard hanging slot 30 includes a plurality of gizzard hanging dies 31, an inverted cone-shaped accommodating slot 32 for accommodating the bird gizzard is formed between two adjacent gizzard hanging dies 31, a gap 33 for cutting is provided on the conical surface of each accommodating slot 32 near the cutting device 10, and the gap 33 is matched with the blade 127. And, the tapered vertex of the receiving groove 32 is aligned with the tapered vertex of the pointed cone 1271.
When the splitting device 10 performs opening treatment on the poultry gizzard, the front end of the blade 127 is provided with the pointed cone 1271, so that before the opening treatment is performed on the poultry gizzard, the poultry gizzard can be pressed down, the poultry gizzard is completely placed in the accommodating groove 32, and then the opening treatment is performed on the poultry gizzard. By the arrangement, adverse situations of reduced opening quality and the like caused by different placement positions of the poultry gizzards in the accommodating groove 32 and different sizes of the poultry gizzards are avoided to a certain extent, and consistency in the processing process of the poultry gizzards opening is greatly improved, so that processing quality of poultry gizzard products is improved.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in the present embodiment, the feeding device 40 includes a main feeding wheel 41 pivotally connected to the frame 20, a sub feeding wheel 42 pivotally connected to the frame 20, and a feeding conveyor chain 43 engaged with the main feeding wheel 41 and the sub feeding wheel 42, wherein the main feeding wheel 41 is powered by a driving device 50, and the gizzard hanging slot 30 is fixedly arranged on the feeding conveyor chain 43.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the gizzard opening machine may further include a transmission device 60. Specifically, the transmission device 60 includes a driving shaft 61 fixedly connected to a power output end of the driving device 50, a driving gear 62 fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft 61, a driven gear 64 meshed with the driving gear 62 for transmission, and a driven shaft 63 fixedly sleeved inside the driven gear 64. Wherein, the driving shaft 61 is fixedly sleeved on the main feeding wheel 41 to provide feeding power for the feeding device 40; the driven shaft 63 is in driving connection with the upper main cutting sprocket 13 via a driving chain to provide cutting power to the cutting device 10. In the present embodiment, the number of teeth of the driving gear 62 and the driven gear 64 is equal.
By arranging the transmission device 60, the cutting device 10 and the feeding device 40 can be simultaneously provided with working power by only one set of driving device 50, so that the production cost of the poultry gizzard opening machine is greatly reduced. And, through setting up driving gear 62 and driven gear 64 that the number of teeth equals, make driving shaft 61 and driven shaft 63's rotational speed equal, and then make the rotation speed of slitting chain and pay-off conveying chain 43 equal to realized splitting cutter unit 12 and string gizzard groove 30's velocity of movement's matching.
When the gizzard hanging groove 30 is conveyed to the position corresponding to the splitting device 10, the splitting knife assembly 12 and the gizzard hanging groove 30 move synchronously, so that the gizzard hanging groove 30 can be opened one by one in each accommodating groove 32 in the forward moving process in the forward conveying process. Moreover, by arranging the gap 33 matched with the blade 127 on the conical surface of each accommodating groove 32 close to the sectioning device 10, the blade 127 can continuously move downwards according to the path of the guide groove 19 after finishing processing the poultry gizzard in the accommodating groove 32 without interfering with the gizzard hanging groove 30, thereby smoothly completing the opening processing of the poultry gizzard in each accommodating groove 32.
With continued reference to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the accommodating groove 32 is a cavity formed between two adjacent gizzard hanging molds 31. After the splitting device 10 finishes the opening treatment of the bird gizzard in the gizzard hanging groove 30, the gizzard hanging groove 30 continues to convey forwards. When gizzard hanging groove 30 is conveyed forward to the turning position of feeding conveying chain 43, two adjacent gizzard hanging molds 31 are opened, and accommodating grooves 32 are enlarged, so that the gizzards in each accommodating groove 32 fall into the gizzard bin, and then the collection work of the gizzard with the processed opening is realized. This string gizzard groove 30 has utilized two adjacent string gizzard moulds 31 to become the characteristic that the gap becomes big when turning ingeniously, has realized the automatic collection to the birds ' gizzard, has reduced artificial participation, has not only improved the collection efficiency of birds ' gizzard, has greatly reduced workman's labour cost moreover.
The embodiment also provides a birds ' gizzard opening device, this birds ' gizzard opening device is including being used for collecting the crop storehouse, be used for the glandular stomach storehouse of collecting the glandular stomach, be used for the birds ' gizzard storehouse and above-mentioned birds ' gizzard tapping machine of collecting the birds ' gizzard after the opening treatment. The structure, the working principle and the beneficial effects of the poultry gizzard opening machine are described in detail in the above text, and are not repeated here.
The poultry gizzard opening device not only realizes the cutting and opening treatment of the stomach viscera of the poultry, but also realizes the unified collection of all parts of the stomach viscera so as to facilitate the subsequent processing and eating processes. The poultry gizzard opening equipment enables the opening process of the poultry gizzard to basically avoid manual intervention, reduces the labor intensity of workers, greatly improves the opening efficiency of the poultry gizzard, and reduces the potential safety hazard existing in the process of carrying out opening treatment on the poultry gizzard by the workers. the sectioning device (10) comprises a sectioning frame (11), a guide groove (19) arranged on the sectioning frame (11) in a surrounding mode, a sectioning cutter assembly (12) moving along the path of the guide groove (19) and a driving device (50) for driving the sectioning cutter assembly (12) to move; -at least one of said slitting knife assemblies (12);
-developing along the side walls of the sectioning frame (11), the guiding groove (19) comprising at least one crest and a trough corresponding to the crest;
the slitting knife assembly (12) includes a blade (127) with a downward edge.

the cutting stomach assembly (80) is arranged between the cutting crop assembly (70) and the cutting stomach assembly (90), and the cutting stomach assembly (80) is fixedly arranged on the frame (20).

The bird gizzard opening machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the slitting device (10) further comprises an upper main slitting sprocket (13), an upper slave slitting sprocket (14), an upper slitting chain (15), a lower main slitting sprocket (16), a lower slave slitting sprocket (17) and a lower slitting chain (18);
the upper main cutting chain wheel (13) and the lower main cutting chain wheel (16) are coaxially arranged, and are powered by the driving device (50); the upper slave cutting chain wheel (14) and the lower slave cutting chain wheel (17) are coaxially arranged;
the upper slitting chain (15) is in meshed transmission with the upper main slitting sprocket (13) and the upper auxiliary slitting sprocket (14), and the lower slitting chain (18) is in meshed transmission with the lower main slitting sprocket (16) and the lower auxiliary slitting sprocket (17);
the cutting knife assembly (12) further comprises an upper fixed block (121), a lower fixed block (122), a sliding rod (123) fixedly connected with the upper fixed block (121) and the lower fixed block (122) and a sliding piece used for sliding on the sliding rod (123); -said blade (127) is mounted on said slider; at least one slide bar (123);
the upper fixing block (121) is fixedly arranged on the upper slitting chain (15), and the lower fixing block (122) is fixedly arranged on the lower slitting chain (18);
the slide moves in the guide groove (19).

the cutting stomach assembly (90) comprises a second cutting knife (91) for cutting a stomach, a second stop block (92) and a cutting stomach motor for providing power for the second cutting knife (91), wherein the second stop block (92) is fixedly installed on the stand (20) and is close to the edge of the cutting edge of the second cutting knife (91).

the conical apex of the receiving groove (32) is aligned with the conical apex of the pointed cone (1271).

The bird gizzard opening machine according to claim 7, wherein the feeding device (40) comprises a main feeding wheel (41) pivoted on the frame (20) and a secondary feeding wheel (42) pivoted on the frame (20), wherein a feeding conveying chain (43) which moves synchronously is arranged between the main feeding wheel (41) and the secondary feeding wheel (42); the main feeding wheel (41) is powered by the driving device (50);
the gizzard hanging groove (30) is fixedly arranged on the feeding conveying chain (43).
9. The poultry gizzard opening device is characterized by comprising a crop bin for collecting crop, an adenogastric bin for collecting adenostomy, a poultry gizzard bin for collecting the opened poultry gizzard and the poultry gizzard opening machine according to any one of claims 1-8.
