本发明涉及一种釉,具体涉及一种奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法。技术方案如下:包括如下步骤:(1)备料:原料矿物成分按质量配比为:SiO2:25~30份,KO2:18~22份,NaO:15~19份,Al2O3:13~16份,MgO:10~12份,Fe2O3:8~11份,CaO:5~8份,TiO2:4~6份,MnO:1~3份;将上述矿物材料粉碎过200目筛后,与水搅拌成糊状物;(2)陈腐:将所述糊状物在常温下陈腐10~20小时,使其间充分反应混合均匀后形成釉料备用;(3)施釉:在干净坯体上施用所述釉料,釉层厚度控制为0.15~0.25mm;(4)烧制:将已施所述釉料的坯体在氧化气氛中烧制成品。本发明采用天然矿物材料,釉面为奶油黄色,颜色稍浅,光泽度较好,酷似天成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种釉,具体涉及一种奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国建筑卫生陶瓷的迅猛发展,瓷器工艺品越来越受到人们的喜爱。为解决瓷器表面粗糙,光泽度差,易磨损等问题,釉料及相关原辅材料的需求量变得十分惊人,釉料的开发对陶瓷行业和釉料行业都起着重要作用。
经高温煅烧后的釉料,不仅使制品颜色鲜亮惹人喜爱,同时具有一定的机械性能和化学稳定性能,不透水,无污渍,在生活中发挥着巨大作用。
现有的柠檬黄、鸡油黄、蛋黄、栗子黄、蜜蜡黄、娇黄、明黄、豆黄、米黄、姜黄、酱黄、橘黄等多种纯黄色釉料,颜色较深,色彩生硬。
发明内容
本发明提供一种奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,采用天然矿物材料,釉面为奶油黄色,颜色稍浅,光泽度较好,酷似天成。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:原料矿物成分按质量配比为:SiO2:25~30份,KO2:18~22份,NaO:15~19份,Al2O3:13~16份,MgO:10~12份,Fe2O3:8~11份,CaO:5~8份,TiO2:4~6份,MnO:1~3份;将上述矿物材料粉碎过200目筛后,与水搅拌成糊状物;
(2)陈腐:将所述糊状物在常温下陈腐10~20小时,使其间充分反应混合均匀后形成釉料备用;
(3)施釉:在干净坯体上施用所述釉料,釉层厚度控制为0.15~0.25mm;
(4)烧制:将已施所述釉料的坯体在氧化气氛中烧制成品。
所述的奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其优选方案为,所述步骤(4)中,烧制时在氧化气氛中以2.5℃/分均匀升温至100℃后经5小时升温至800℃,保温30分钟后,在8小时范围内升温至烧成温度1120~1280℃,烧制5~7小时后,均匀冷却6~8小时至100℃后自然降至常温即可。
所述的奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其优选方案为,所述步骤(3)中,施釉方法为喷釉或浸釉。
所述的奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其优选方案为,所述步骤(3)中,施釉时能够利用排笔蘸所述釉料在干净坯体上作画。
所述的奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其优选方案为,所述步骤(3)中,施釉时在所述釉料加入少许水,使其成流状后施用在干净坯体上。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用天然矿物材料,釉面为奶油黄色,硬度5.5,具有一定机械性能和实用价值,耐腐蚀,表面光滑,光泽度较好,清新淡雅,酷似天成,与原有的柠檬黄、鸡油黄、蛋黄、栗子黄、蜜蜡黄、娇黄、明黄、豆黄、米黄、姜黄、酱黄、橘黄等多种纯黄色釉料相比颜色稍浅,更显温润,可单独施用或与别的釉料混合施用,满足不同消费者的需求。制备工艺简单,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
一种奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:原料矿物成分按质量配比为:SiO2:27份,KO2:20份,NaO:17份,Al2O3:15份,MgO:11份,Fe2O3:9.5份,CaO:6份,TiO2:5份,MnO:2份;将上述矿物材料粉碎过200目筛后,与水搅拌成糊状物;
(2)陈腐:将所述糊状物在常温下陈腐10小时,使其间充分反应混合均匀后形成釉料备用;
(3)施釉:在干净坯体上施用所述釉料,釉层厚度控制为0.15~0.25mm;
(4)烧制:将已施所述釉料的坯体在氧化气氛中烧制成品,烧制时在氧化气氛中以2.5℃/分均匀升温至100℃后经5小时升温至800℃,保温30分钟后,在8小时范围内升温至烧成温度1120~1280℃,烧制6小时后,均匀冷却7小时至100℃后自然降至常温即可。。
其中:
SiO2:在釉料中能提高釉的熔融温度与粘度,提高釉的机械强度、硬度、耐磨性与耐化学腐蚀性,减少釉的膨胀系数;由于石英能被较多的易熔物CaO、Na2O、K2O、MgO熔融生成透明状石英玻璃,因而可以提高瓷釉光泽度,使釉面光亮。
CaO、K2O与Na2O:主要作为熔剂原料,促进熔融其他矿物原料,使坯体质地致密,降低陶瓷的含水率,提高坯体和釉面机械强度,增加釉的硬度与耐磨度,降低釉的高温粘度,增加釉的光泽度等。
Al2O3:可提高釉面的耐热、耐腐蚀、耐磨等性能。
MgO:降低了坯体的酸度、熔融温度和玻璃相的粘度,它易润湿Al2O3、SiO2颗粒,能迅速促进坯体的烧结,起到了强矿化剂的作用。
Fe2O3:能使釉面色调更加丰富,更加亮丽,釉料中严格控制该成分才使釉面呈现奶油黄色。

Claims (4)

1.一种奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)备料:原料矿物成分按质量配比为:SiO2:25~30份,K2O:18~22份,Na2O:15~19份,Al2O3:13~16份,MgO:10~12份,Fe2O3:8~11份,CaO:5~8份,TiO2:4~6份,MnO:1~3份;将上述矿物材料粉碎过200目筛后,与水搅拌成糊状物;
(2)陈腐:将所述糊状物在常温下陈腐10~20小时,使其间充分反应混合均匀后形成釉料备用;
(3)施釉:在干净坯体上施用所述釉料,釉层厚度控制为0.15 ~ 0.25mm;
(4)烧制:烧制时在氧化气氛中以2.5℃/分均匀升温至100℃后经5小时升温至800℃,保温30分钟后,在8小时范围内升温至烧成温度1120 ~ 1280℃,烧制5~7小时后,均匀冷却6~8小时至100℃后自然降至常温即可;将已施所述釉料的坯体在氧化气氛中烧制成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,施釉方法为喷釉或浸釉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的奶油黄光泽釉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,施釉时能够利用排笔蘸所述釉料在干净坯体上作画。
