Description

过滤液体特别是水的容器具
本发明涉及一种用于过滤液体,特别是过滤水的容器具。
这种容器具有带有一可更换滤盒,并且其中为了保证有效的过滤,预定使用时间或一定次数的循环之后该滤盒须去除和更换。
从US 5190643中公开了一种此类的容器具,但是其中的计数装置不是和盖的开关动作相接合,由此可以直接打开盖而注入或倒出液体而不会被进行计数,从而导致一个滤盒使用的不正确的读数。
本发明目的在于提供一种过滤容器具,其结构和操作有利于使用者监控滤盒的效率从而在其准确达到使用极限时进行更换。
由这种容器具可实现所述之目的,它包括过滤液体,特别是饮用水的容器具,包括一用于待过滤液的容器,一个在容器上可打开的盖以使液体进入容器,和一个计数装置用于测量和计算进入所述的容器以倒进待过滤液体的次数,所述的计数装置与所述的盖和容器相连以计算和测量通过开关所述的盖而进入容器的次数。

图1至图3中,按本发明容器具总体以1表示,它包括一带把手3和一用于倒出过滤后的水的出水口4的水缸2,一个斗状容器5,它被包在水缸2中并以成型连接件支承在一口部7中,以及一个可移走的盖8用于关闭该容器5。
该容器5以已知方式形成了一个接收器9,在其底部具有一壳体10用于安放滤盒11,该滤盒例如在经过预定次数的过滤循环后可以更换。为了便于说明,假设滤盒11可进行30次过滤循环因而完成第三十次循环之后应进行更换。
一板状止动突起12从容器5的接收器9朝向出水口4的一侧径向向内突起。
按本发明,盖8具有一个通常以15来表示的装置来对滤盒11进行的过滤循环次数进行计数。该装置15包括一显示盘16,它可绕与盖8成一体的轴柱17转动并且通过一螺旋弹簧18弹性地压向盖8的面壁21,螺旋弹簧18和装进轴柱17中的轴钉19的头部接合。
在对着壁21的盘16的表面上印有刻着数字刻度的度盘22;对于度盘22的每一个刻度部分该盘16的外边缘分别具有一个梯形齿23,该齿具有一个大致垂直或者设在包含盘转轴的平面中的面24,并还具有两个锥形倾斜的侧面25a,25b。所述的齿则又分别由带平的基面26的凹处隔开。
在盘16的两个相邻的齿之间的凹处26之一至少局部由一桥区27相连,如下将述,该桥区27用于在完成一个预定的转动时对盘16进行止挡。在图示实施例中,作为示例和为了使附图更清楚,桥区处于一个假想的角位置。确切地说,它应与带有“stop”的部分径向相对并且因此在图上为不可见。
盘16的反面有一个夹卡28(用于盘16的手动操作)并且具有一个相对的指示箭头29。
除了轴柱17之外,盖8的壁21上还设有一个穿透盖的视窗30以使得可从容器5外部看到刻度盘22,还设有一个相应于箭头29以在更换滤盒11之后用于显示盘16初始位置的指示箭头31,一个盘16的单向止动齿32以防止盘的回转,以及两个分别以33和34表示的附属件。附属件33作为一将爪36弹性地和附属件34接合的弹簧35的一个肩部。爪36可绕轴柱17转动并且具有一单向止动齿37以将盘和带有一个斜的且和接收器9的止动突起12配合作用的平面的凸型38向前推动,从而在每次打开和随后关闭盖8时使爪36产生一次完全摆动。
在每次打开和随后关上盖18时,带单向止动齿32的爪36和形成在盘16边缘的齿23就构成了一个用于盘16的步进转动的擒纵棘轮机构。
可以看出,若绕其自己的轴线旋转,由于弹性地安装在轴柱17上,盘16可经过齿32以及齿37。
上述容器具的操作如下:移掉盖8后首先将待过滤的水倒进容器5中。盖移开后,爪在弹簧35的作用下在箭头A方向转动,其上的止动齿37通过在侧面25a,25b的斜面上的滑动经过先前啮合的相邻的齿。
由此,当随后由盖8关闭容器时,爪已被准备好用于带动盘16。
发生上述情况时,在容器上的止动突起12和爪上的凸型38之间的啮合使得该凸型绕其自己的轴线在箭头B的方向转动,使显示盘移动一步。
但是,当盖8完成第三十次开关循环后,爪36的单向止动齿37进入相邻齿23之间的桥状横块27上,而单向止动齿32可正确地防止盘的回转,即阻止了盘16的进一步转动,也可能通过穿过显示窗的显示来表明应更换滤盒11了。
在本发明的变型中,以与上述实施例相同的标号来表示相似或功能相同的细节。图5至7的容器与上述容器的不同之处在于弹簧35和爪36为一体的。其它的细节以及计数装置的操作都和容器1相同。
图8至图10的容器和前者的不同之处在于:它没有显示盘,而具有可在肩41a,41b之间转动的鼓式计数装置40,该计数装置可通过一个擒纵棘轮机构42绕其轴分步转动,转动棘轮机构42上的爪43支承在销48上的盖8上并且由弹簧49弹性作用。爪43包括一个带两个钩45a,45b的弹性臂44,每个钩分别和齿46a,46b相啮合并且在每次在容器5上开关盖时爪43通过和止挡凸起12的干涉作用而绕销48转动。
在图11到13的容器中,爪36可在盖8上纵向滑动而不能转动。凸型38带一个和止动凸起12上的相应的倾斜平面50相配合的倾斜平面。爪36在一侧具有一个其自由端形成有一钩52的弹性臂51;在另一侧该爪则具有一止动结构53以限制显示盘16在一个方向的转动。
显示盘16在其对着盖8的表面21的上面具有多个锯齿形齿54。
图14至16的实施例和前述实施例不同主要在于,在该实施例中,使用一个用于在盖8上进行有限转动的单独的钩60来代替止动结构53,钩60的臂61可抓住盖8的侧壁62。
图17到19为本发明容器具的另外的实施例。所有这些实施例的共同点在于与容器具1的盖8配合作用的计数装置15具有电子计数器,它可记忆容器具1的开关次数以输出信号来警告使用者,例如输出声音或可视信号来表明应更换滤盒了。
也可在装置中插入一个合适的定时器以警告滤盒11已到期了,例如,由于过了很长时间,因此不管盖8开关了多少次都应该更换滤盒。
图17所示实施例中,可透过视窗30在显示器71上读出的计数操作由止动突起12操作安装在盖8上的电子计数器的按钮70而进行。
图18所示的实施例中,由一杠杆80来操作电子计数器15,杠杆的前部81作用在按钮70上,该按钮在关闭盖8时也转动在电子装置15的上壁上可见的显示器71上的数字。
在又一变型中(图19),显示器71由一个受安装在接收器9上的磁体91磁场力作用的物体90操作。
自然,磁体91对物体90的吸力或斥力效果不会有什么区别。

Claims (6)

1.过滤液体,特别是饮用水的容器具,包括一用于待过滤液的容器(5),一个在容器上可打开的盖(8)以使液体进入容器,和一个计数装置(15)用于测量和计算进入所述的容器(5)以倒进待过滤液体的次数,其特征在于:所述的计数装置(15)与所述的盖(8)和容器(5)相连以计算和测量通过开关所述的盖而进入容器的次数。
2.按权利要求1所述的容器具,其特征在于计数装置(15)包括一个安装在盖(8)或容器(5)上并且和显示器(16)作用相连的棘轮机构(16,36),所述棘轮机构包括一个分别和容器(5)或盖(8)上的凸型(38)配合作用的操作止动突起(12),以在每次开关盖(8)时使显示器(16)逐步前移。
3.按权利要求2所述的容器具,其特征在于棘轮机构为擒纵型。
4.按权利要求3所述的容器具,其特征在于,棘轮机构和显示器(16,36)安装在盖(8)上并且作用止动突起(12)设在容器上一位置,由此可在开关盖(8)时与凸型(38)共同作用。
5.按权利要求3所述的容器具,其特征在于,棘轮机构包括一个带齿盘状件(16)和一作用在盘状件(16)齿上的爪(36),盘状件和爪在盖(8)上同轴啮合。
6.按权利要求1所述的容器具,其特征在于,计数装置(15)为电子-机械式且包括一个可在每次开和/或关盖(8)时产生一脉冲的脉冲发生器(12,70;81,70;90,91),及一个对发生器产生的脉冲进行计数的计数器(15),和显示出所计数的脉冲数的显示器(71)。
