Abstract

本发明公开了一体式太阳能路灯,包括铝合金盒子、太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源、智能控制器、红外智能感应头、路灯系统开关、蓄电池仓散热孔和固定支架,本发明将太阳能电池板、灯头、控制器、蓄电池一体化集成,各部件间连接紧密无相对运动,不仅使太阳能路灯显得更加美观,而且安装维护简单,运行可靠,可满足艰苦环境条件下使用;智能电池控制器,采用了合理的蓄电池充放电策略,实现算法简单,既提高了太阳能电池板的使用效率,又延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能技术领域,尤其涉及一体式太阳能路灯。
背景技术
太阳能路灯以太阳能为能源,白天太阳能电池板给蓄电池充电,夜间蓄电池给光源供电使用,结构简单,安全节能无污染,工作性能稳定可靠,无需人工操作免维护。
目前市场所销售太阳能路灯一般将太阳能电池板、灯头、控制器、蓄电池分开安装,不仅结构复杂、安装难度大,地埋蓄电池部件易于损坏,增加了维护难度,而且蓄电池普遍采用铅酸电池,由于铅酸电池寿命年限较短,且不适于深度充放电,增加了维护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一体式太阳能路灯。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括铝合金盒子、太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源、智能控制器、红外智能感应头、路灯系统开关、蓄电池仓散热孔和固定支架,所述太阳能电池组件设置于所述铝合金盒子上面,所述蓄电池设置于所述铝合金盒子内,所述光源设置于所述铝合金盒子的下端面,所述智能控制器设置于所述铝合金盒子内,所述红外智能感应头设置于所述铝合金盒子下端面,所述路灯系统开关设置于所述铝合金盒子上,所述蓄电池仓散热孔设置于所述铝合金盒子上的蓄电池位置处。
进一步,所述智能控制器包括状态监控电路、充电控制电路和放电控制电路,所述太阳能电池组件分别与所述蓄电池、所述刚点控制电路、所述充电控制电路和所述状态监控电路连接,所述充电控制电路与蓄电池连接,所述状态监控电路与所述放电控制电路连接,所述放电控制电路与所述光源连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一体式太阳能路灯,与现有技术相比,本发明将太阳能电池板、灯头、控制器、蓄电池一体化集成,各部件间连接紧密无相对运动,使用中无需管线辅设,不仅使太阳能路灯显得更加美观,而且安装维护简单,运行可靠,可满足艰苦环境条件下使用;本发明采用了:①科学的散热设计和高性能锂电池,有效防止了路灯使用中的高温和热冲击损伤;②智能照明技术,路灯在夜晚不同时段将处于不同功率工作状态,在有限的太阳能组件装机容量下,大大延长了路灯照明时间,有效解决了目前市场上太阳能路灯在冬季和连续阴天难于长时间照明的问题;③智能电池控制器,具有能量管理功能,且采用了合理的蓄电池充放电策略,实现算法简单,既提高了太阳能电池板的使用效率,又延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示:本发明包括铝合金盒子1、太阳能电池组件2、蓄电池3、光源4、智能控制器5、红外智能感应头6、路灯系统开关7、蓄电池仓散热孔8和固定支架9,所述太阳能电池组件2设置于所述铝合金盒子1上面,所述蓄电池3设置于所述铝合金盒子1内,所述光源4设置于所述铝合金盒子1的下端面,所述智能控制器5设置于所述铝合金盒子1内,所述红外智能感应头6设置于所述铝合金盒子1下端面,所述路灯系统开关7设置于所述铝合金盒子1上,所述蓄电池仓散热孔8设置于所述铝合金盒子1上的蓄电池3位置处。
本发明使用时,安装方式多样灵活,既可以通过固定支架9安装在向阳的墙壁上,也可以安装在灯杆上,根据实际需要采用选择安装方式。
白天具有太阳能辐射时,由于智能控制器5实现了太阳能电池组件2最大功率跟踪点功能,最大程度保证高效太阳能电池组件2效率,为蓄电池3充电。晚上,无人情况下灯具进入低功率照明模式,当人接近路灯时,红外智能感应头6将较强红外信号反馈到智能控制器5,智能控制器5控制光源4的工作状态,光源4恢复到全功率照明;当行人远离路灯时,红外智能感应头6又将较弱红外信号反馈到智能控制器5,智能控制器5控制光源4进入低功率照明模式。另外,智能控制器5具有智能能量管理控制方式,可根据蓄电池荷电状态智能调节灯的亮度以保证照明时间。
如图2至图8所示:所述智能控制器包括状态监控电路、充电控制电路和放电控制电路,所述太阳能电池组件分别与所述蓄电池、所述刚点控制电路、所述充电控制电路和所述状态监控电路连接,所述充电控制电路与蓄电池连接,所述状态监控电路与所述放电控制电路连接,所述放电控制电路与所述光源连接。

1.一种一体式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括铝合金盒子、太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、光源、智能控制器、红外智能感应头、路灯系统开关、蓄电池仓散热孔和固定支架,所述太阳能电池组件设置于所述铝合金盒子上面,所述蓄电池设置于所述铝合金盒子内,所述光源设置于所述铝合金盒子的下端面,所述智能控制器设置于所述铝合金盒子内,所述红外智能感应头设置于所述铝合金盒子下端面,所述路灯系统开关设置于所述铝合金盒子上,所述蓄电池仓散热孔设置于所述铝合金盒子上的蓄电池位置处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述智能控制器包括状态监控电路、充电控制电路和放电控制电路,所述太阳能电池组件分别与所述蓄电池、所述刚点控制电路、所述充电控制电路和所述状态监控电路连接,所述充电控制电路与蓄电池连接,所述状态监控电路与所述放电控制电路连接,所述放电控制电路与所述光源连接。
