The first lifting rope 1 is connected with the outer wall of the bottom end (the lower end shown in fig. 1) of the steel column 4 to be lifted, and the first lifting rope 1 can lift the steel column 4 to be lifted. The second lifting rope 2 is connected with the limiting device 3, and the second lifting rope 2 can lift or lower the limiting device 3. When the steel column 4 to be hoisted is hoisted, the second hoisting rope 2 can hoist the limiting device 3, and the position of the limiting device 3 is higher than the gravity center of the steel column 4 to be hoisted and close to the top end (the upper end shown in fig. 1) of the steel column 4 to be hoisted so as to limit the inclination angle of the steel column 4 to be hoisted, and preferably, the limiting device 3 keeps the steel column 4 to be hoisted upright; after the steel column 4 to be hoisted is hoisted in place, the second hoisting rope 2 can lower the limiting device 3 to a position close to the bottom end of the steel column 4 to be hoisted or the bottom end of the steel column 4 to be hoisted. The steel column 4 to be hoisted is hoisted through the first hoisting rope 1, and the position of the limiting device 3 is adjusted by the second hoisting rope 2 to be higher than the gravity center of the steel column 4 to be hoisted and to be close to the top end of the steel column 4 to be hoisted, so that the erection of the steel column 4 to be hoisted is ensured. In the above embodiment, the outer wall of the first half cylinder may be provided with at least one first lifting lug 5, and the outer wall of the second half cylinder may be provided with at least one second lifting lug 6, in specific implementation, the number of the first lifting lugs 5 may be equal to the number of the second lifting ropes 2 to be connected to the first half cylinder, and the number of the second lifting lugs 6 may be equal to the number of the second lifting ropes 2 to be connected to the second half cylinder, so that each second lifting rope 2 is connected to each first lifting lug 5 and each second lifting lug 6 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. In specific implementation, the first lifting lug 5 and the second lifting lug 6 can be welded on the outer walls of the first half cylinder and the second half cylinder. The first lifting lug 5 and the second lifting lug 6 can be made of Q345B steel plates, the thickness of the steel plates can be 20mm, and the diameter of the opening can be 50 mm. The second lifting rope 2 may be tied to the openings of the first ear 5 and the second ear 6.
In the above embodiments, the number of the first lifting ropes 1 may be at least two, the outer wall of the bottom end of the steel column 4 to be lifted may be provided with at least two third lifting lugs 7, and the number of the third lifting lugs 7 may be equal to the number of the first lifting ropes 1, so that each first lifting rope 1 is connected to each third lifting lug 7 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. In specific implementation, each third lifting lug 7 can be welded to the outer wall of the steel column 4 to be hoisted. The third lifting lug 7 can also be made of Q345B steel plate, the thickness of the steel plate m can be 20m, and the diameter of the opening can also be 50 mm. The first lifting rope 1 may be tied to the opening of each third lifting lug 7.
In the above embodiment, each third lifting lug 7 can be evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the steel column 4 to be hoisted, so that the hoisting of the steel column 4 to be hoisted is more stable.
