Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of foundation pit supporting structures, in particular to a foundation pit supporting structure with a tunnel on the side wall of a foundation pit.
Background
The foundation pit support is a supporting, blocking, reinforcing and protecting measure adopted for the side wall of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment in order to ensure the safety of the construction of an underground structure and the surrounding environment of the foundation pit.
At present, most of foundation pit supports adopt a support scheme of drilling row piles and prestressed anchor cables, and when the foundation pit supports meet a tunnel on the side wall of a foundation pit, the prestressed anchor cables cannot be constructed, so that the design scheme has to be changed.
In the prior art, a scheme of drilling, arranging and adding an inner support is generally changed, but the inner support scheme has high manufacturing cost and inconvenient construction, so that the construction period is long.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a foundation pit supporting structure with a tunnel on the side wall of a foundation pit, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, when the foundation pit support is penetrated by the tunnel, the supporting cost is overhigh, the construction is inconvenient, and the construction period is long.
The invention is realized in such a way that the foundation pit supporting structure with the tunnel on the side wall of the foundation pit comprises a supporting pile embedded in a rock-soil layer close to the side wall of the foundation pit and a plurality of prestressed anchor cables respectively arranged above and below the tunnel, wherein each prestressed anchor cable comprises an inner anchor section anchored on the rock-soil layer and an outer anchor section which is freely stretched, the outer anchor section is connected with the end part of the inner anchor section, the inner anchor sections of the prestressed anchor cables are arranged in an inclined manner, and the outer anchor sections of the prestressed anchor cables are connected with the supporting pile.
Further, the prestressed anchor cables are arranged in a downward inclined mode along the extending direction from the foundation pit to the rock-soil layer; the prestressed anchor cables comprise large-inclination prestressed anchor cables and small-inclination prestressed anchor cables, and the inclination angle of the large-inclination prestressed anchor cables is larger than that of the small-inclination prestressed anchor cables.
Further, the small-inclination prestressed anchor cable is arranged above the tunnel, and the large-inclination prestressed anchor cable is arranged below the tunnel.
Further, the outer anchor section penetrates through the support pile and extends out of the support pile.
Furthermore, the part of the outer anchor section extending to the outside of the support pile is connected with an outer anchor head which is abutted against the surface of the support pile facing the foundation pit.
Compared with the prior art, when the foundation pit supporting engineering is carried out, the prestressed anchor cables are respectively arranged above and below the tunnel, rock soil above and below the tunnel is anchored by applying prestress, and the upper and lower prestressed anchor cables do not influence the anchoring effect of the prestressed anchor cables; the support piles are embedded in the rock-soil layer close to the side wall of the foundation pit, can bear transverse thrust, and are combined with the prestressed anchor cables above and below the tunnel to achieve the purpose of foundation pit support. By the supporting mode of combining the prestressed anchor cables with the supporting piles, the supporting cost is reduced, and the construction mode is simple, convenient and quick, so that the construction period of a project is shortened.

The following describes the implementation of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Referring to FIG. 1, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided.
There is tunnel 20's foundation ditch supporting construction in foundation ditch lateral wall, including fender pile 10 and a plurality of prestressed anchorage cable, fender pile 10 can bear lateral thrust, protects tunnel 20 and foundation ditch engineering's safety, and prestressed anchorage cable can exert pressure to the stratum to anchor unstable rock mass.
The prestressed anchorage cable comprises an inner anchor section 40 with one end anchored on a rock-soil layer and an outer anchor section 50 with the other end stretched freely, the support pile 10 is embedded on the rock-soil layer close to the bottom of the foundation pit, the bottom of the foundation pit and the periphery of the bottom of the foundation pit can be supported, and the tunnel 20 is arranged on the side wall of the foundation pit, so that the prestress can not pass through the tunnel 20, otherwise, the safety of the tunnel 20 can be influenced, and a plurality of prestressed anchorage cables are arranged above and below the tunnel 20 respectively.
In order to increase the anchoring effect and range of the prestressed anchor cable, the inner anchor section 40 of the prestressed anchor cable is anchored in the hard rock stratum along the radial direction of the support pile 10 in an inclined manner, and the outer anchor section 50 is connected with the support pile 10 in an extending manner, so that the anchoring range of the prestressed anchor cable can be greatly increased on the premise of not influencing the safety of the tunnel 20.
In the actual working process, the support piles 10 are embedded in the rock-soil layer close to the side wall of the foundation pit, and the support piles 10 can bear transverse thrust to protect the safety of the tunnel 20 and the foundation pit engineering; the upper part and the lower part of the tunnel 20 are respectively provided with a prestressed anchor cable, the inner anchor section 40 of the prestressed anchor cable is anchored on a hard rock-soil layer, the outer anchor section 50 extends in the opposite direction and is freely tensioned, when prestress is applied to the prestressed anchor cable, the prestressed anchor cable anchors unstable rock masses above and below the tunnel 20, the upper and lower prestressed anchor cables are combined with the support piles 10, and therefore the foundation pit with the tunnel 20 on the side wall of the foundation pit is supported.
In order to enhance the anchoring effect of the prestressed anchor cables, the prestressed anchor cables comprise large-inclination prestressed anchor cables 70 and small-inclination prestressed anchor cables 60, and the inclination angle formed by the large-inclination prestressed anchor cables 70 and the support piles 10 is larger than that of the small-inclination prestressed anchor cables 60; because the tunnel 20 exists on the side wall of the foundation pit, the prestressed anchor cable cannot pass through the tunnel 20, otherwise, the safety of the tunnel 20 is affected, therefore, the prestressed anchor cable 60 with the small inclination angle is arranged above the tunnel 20, the inner anchor section 40 of the prestressed anchor cable 60 with the small inclination angle is anchored on a hard rock-soil layer, the outer anchor section 50 extends in the opposite direction and is freely tensioned and connected to the support pile 10, the prestressed anchor cable 70 with the large inclination angle is arranged below the tunnel 20, the inner anchor section 40 of the prestressed anchor cable 70 with the large inclination angle is anchored on the hard rock-soil layer, the outer anchor section 50 extends in the opposite direction and is freely tensioned and connected to the support pile 10, and the prestressed anchor cable 60 with the small inclination angle is matched with the prestressed anchor cable 70 with the large inclination angle, so that the distance between the prestressed anchor cables above.
In this embodiment, the supporting pile 10 is provided with the outer anchor head 30, the outer anchor head 30 abuts against the surface of the side surface of the supporting pile 10 close to the foundation pit bottom, the outer anchor head 30 can enable the connection between the prestressed anchor cable and the supporting pile 10 to be more stable, the prestressed force cannot be randomly deviated, and therefore the anchoring effect of the prestressed anchor cable is affected.
In this embodiment, the inner anchor segment 40 of the large-inclination-angle prestressed anchor cable 70 is anchored on a fastened rock-soil layer, the outer anchor segment 50 of the large-inclination-angle prestressed anchor cable 70 extends outwards through the support pile 10 and is connected with the outer anchor head 30, the inner anchor segment 40 of the small-inclination-angle prestressed anchor cable 60 is anchored on the fastened rock-soil layer, and the outer anchor segment 50 of the small-inclination-angle prestressed anchor cable 60 extends through the support pile 10 and is connected with the outer anchor head 30.
