Abstract
本发明公开了一种保热的节能环保锅炉,包括外壳、炉箅子、鼓风机和水箱;水箱设置在炉膛的内壁上,炉箅子的上表面固定有两个水平的滑轨,在滑轨上滑动安装有一隔热板;在两个滑轨之间的炉箅子上设置为主加热腔,滑轨的外侧设置为火种腔,所述外壳的外侧固定有换热箱,竖风管向下伸入到换热箱内;所述换热箱内固定有若干个竖直排列的换热腔;所述换热腔内通入有横水管。本发明通过换热箱内的换热腔,不仅能够使烟气中的热量被重新吸收利用,还能够对烟气中的灰尘、硫化物等进行吸收,过滤烟气中的污染物,起到净化烟气的作用;通过火种腔能够储存火种,需要再次加热时只需要抽出隔热板,加入燃料,启动风机便可以将燃料引燃。

[0002] 我国改革开放以来,国民经济得到快速增长,以“科技创新,自主创新”成为我国目 前工业发展的主流,我国工业同时也在向集约型、节能减排、低碳的方向发展。现有的锅炉 燃烧时产生的烟气中含有大量的硫化物、一氧化碳等,并且伴有高温,如果直接将其排放入 空气中,不仅对空气造成污染,也将造成能源的大量浪费,不利于企业的发展;另一方面,当 锅炉停止使用时,由于锅炉内的火源停止燃烧,而需要再次点燃时,需要人工将锅炉打开进 行点燃,点火繁琐,在点燃的过程中由于温度低,到锅炉正常加热需要较长的一端时间,这 样影响了锅炉的使用。因此,对现有的锅炉进行改进,解决上述问题。

[0018] 使用时,在炉箅子3内填入燃料,燃料在炉箅子3上的主加热腔4和火种腔5内燃烧, 鼓风机11鼓入空气,使燃料燃烧充分,燃烧产生的高温气体从炉膛2内进入到集风罩16内, 高温气体对炉膛2内的水箱12加热,吸收热量,为外部提供热水;进入到集风罩16内的烟气 从出风管17排出,在增压泵18的作用下增加烟气压力,使烟气从竖风管20通入到换热箱21 内,换热箱21内的换热腔22之间通入有水,高温烟气经过换热箱21内的水,对烟气进行过 滤,最后烟气从出气管26排出,换热箱21的底部设置排污口,将过滤产生的污水排出;换热 腔22内通入的水能够吸收烟气中的热量,换热腔22增大接触面积,提高热量的交换效率,便 于更多的热水排出,吸收内部热量,降低能量损失,充分利用烟气中的热量;当锅炉不使用 时,安装隔热板6,在火种腔5内装填燃料,停止鼓风机11鼓入空气,使燃料在火种腔5内缓慢 燃烧,保存火种,当需要再次点燃时,在主加热腔4内装填燃料,抽出隔热板6,启动鼓风机 11,使火种腔5内的燃料引燃,鼓风机11鼓入空气,从而使主加热腔4内燃烧。
