The LED lamps 4 are uniformly distributed in the LED circuit, and the emitted light penetrates through the mask-shaped elastic inner layer 2 with the light-homogenizing performance and uniformly irradiates the face of a beauty user, so that the uniform beauty effect is realized. The LED lamp is preferably one or more of a red lamp, a blue lamp, a green lamp, and a yellow lamp. Because lamps with different colors have different beauty effects, manufacturers or users can select different lights or light combinations according to different requirements.
When a light is selected, the LED circuit 3 is two layers of FPC boards, wherein one layer is an anode power supply layer of the LED lamp, and the other layer is a cathode layer of the LED lamp with the selected color. When a plurality of kinds of lamplight are selected and combined, a multi-layer FPC (flexible printed circuit) is designed according to the packaging structure of different multicolor luminous LEDs, including common anode or common cathode circuit packaging design and according to the selected multicolor luminous LED internal circuit. For example, the LED circuit 3 is two or more layers of FPC boards, the number of layers is 1 more than the number of color types of the LED lamp, and when lamps of three colors of red, blue, and green common anodes are selected, the LED circuit 3 is four layers of FPC boards. In this embodiment, an LED mask is prepared by selecting three colors. In the four layers of FPC boards, 1 more layer is an anode power supply layer and is arranged at the bottom layer, the LED circuits on each other layer of FPC board are used as cathode layers of one color LED lamp, namely the other three layers are respectively a red LED lamp cathode layer, a blue LED lamp cathode layer and a green LED lamp cathode layer; an insulating film is arranged between the layers. Preferably, the insulating film is a PI film. The circuit layers are laminated in a hot pressing mode, and the insulating films are hot pressed between the circuit layers to jointly form the stretchable LED circuit.
Power source 5 establishes at top layer or bottom FPC board lower extreme, and top layer or bottom are drawn to through the mode that punches to other layer LED circuit, realize being connected with external power source.
In the step S5, the face-film-shaped elastic outer layer 1, the face-film-shaped elastic inner layer 2, the stretchable LED circuit 3, and the LED lamp 4 are glued together; the stretchable LED wiring 3 in the elastic structure is stretched as the film-shaped outer layer 1 and the film-shaped inner layer 2 are stretched, and is contracted as the film-shaped outer layer 1 and the film-shaped inner layer 2 are contracted.
In step S6, the control circuit includes at least: the LED lamp switch is arranged according to the type of the LED lamp, the LED lamp with several colors is provided, namely, several switches are arranged, each switch controls the LED circuit of the corresponding layer, and all the circuits are connected in parallel. The control circuit can be designed into an external device and is connected with the mask main body when the mask needs to be used; when the use is not needed, the connection is disconnected and the storage is carried out separately.
The prepared stretchable LED facial mask is in a shape of a mask, and is formed in one step according to a popular face design template, as shown in figure 1. When in use, after the main eye and lip holes are aligned with the corresponding parts, the whole mask is attached to the face, and can be completely attached to different face shapes due to the stretchable performance of the mask, wherein the LED lamps distributed in the mask play a role in beautifying and emit light with different wavelengths. The user can be according to the demand of oneself, through control circuit control which kind of colour's LED lamp opens, for example, when needs have the reduction grease secretion, balanced water oil proportion, relax nervous, eliminate the edema, can open green LED lamp switch. After the facial mask is used up, the power supply is cut off, the control circuit is switched off, and the facial mask main body is curled or folded.
According to the preparation method of the stretchable LED facial mask, the light beauty technology and the facial mask technology are effectively combined, the LED lamps are uniformly distributed on the facial mask by utilizing the stretchable LED circuit structure, and the characteristics of small volume, convenience in use, narrow light-emitting wavelength distribution and the like of the LED lamps are combined, so that the stretchable facial mask can keep stretchable performance and can be perfectly attached to different facial shapes, the stretchable LED facial mask is suitable for anyone, the people do not need to re-customize according to individual requirements, personalized adaptation can be achieved, and the beauty effect is further improved; meanwhile, the stretchable LED mask can be curled at will and carried about, so that user experience is improved, the problems that the existing facial phototherapy equipment is hard in texture, cannot be carried about and the like are solved, the portable mask which is small and exquisite and convenient to carry can be prepared, cost is low, and industrial production is easy to realize.

Claims (10)

1. A stretchable LED mask, comprising: the LED lamp comprises a mask-shaped elastic outer layer (1), a mask-shaped elastic inner layer (2), a stretchable LED circuit (3), an LED lamp (4) and a power interface (5); wherein,
the facial mask elastic inner layer (2) is made of transparent material;
the stretchable LED circuit (3) is attached between the surface film-shaped elastic outer layer (1) and the surface film-shaped elastic inner layer (2), and forms an elastic structure with the stretchable LED circuit together with the surface film-shaped elastic outer layer (1) and the surface film-shaped elastic inner layer (2);
the LED lamps (4) are uniformly distributed in the stretchable LED circuit (3), and the LED lamps (4) emit light after the LED circuit (3) is electrified;
the power interface (5) is used for connecting an external power supply and supplying power to the LED circuit (3).
2. A stretchable LED mask according to claim 1,
the mask-shaped elastic outer layer (1), the mask-shaped elastic inner layer (2), the stretchable LED circuit (3) and the LED lamp (4) are glued into a whole;
the stretchable LED line (3) in the elastic structure stretches along with the stretching of the mask-shaped outer layer (1) and the mask-shaped inner layer (2) and shrinks along with the shrinking of the mask-shaped outer layer (1) and the mask-shaped inner layer (2).
3. A stretchable LED mask according to claim 2,
the stretchable LED circuit (3) is an LED circuit with an island bridge structure;
the LED lamp (4) is a surface mounted LED and is welded on the island of the island bridge structure of the LED circuit (3).
4. A stretchable LED mask according to claim 2,
the stretchable LED circuit (3) is an LED circuit with a net structure;
the LED lamps (4) are surface mounted LEDs and are welded and attached to grid cross points of the net-shaped structure of the LED circuit (3).

A stretchable LED mask according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said mask-like elastic outer layer (1) is a silicone film, a latex film or a rubber film; the mask-shaped inner layer (2) is a light-homogenizing silica gel film, a light-homogenizing latex film or a light-homogenizing rubber film.
6. A stretchable LED mask according to claim 5, wherein the LED lights (4) are one or more of red, blue, green, yellow.
7. A stretchable LED mask according to claim 6, wherein the LED lines (3) are multilayer FPC boards, the number of layers is 1 more than the number of color types of LED lamps; the LED lamp comprises a bottom layer, a plurality of FPC boards, a plurality of LED circuits and a plurality of LED lamp power supply circuits, wherein the 1 more LED circuits are common anode power supply layers or common cathode conducting layers according to different circuit designs of the selected LED lamps and are arranged on the bottom layer, and the LED circuits on each other FPC board are used as cathode layers or anode layers of the LED lamps with one color; an insulating film is arranged between the layers;
and peripheral bent wires respectively connected with the peripheral islands are arranged around the LED circuit, and the width of each peripheral bent wire is greater than the width of the bridge.

A stretchable LED mask according to claim 7, wherein the power interface (5) is arranged at the lower end of the FPC board of the top layer or the bottom layer, and the LED circuits of other layers are LED to the top layer or the bottom layer in a perforation mode to realize connection with an external power supply.
9. The stretchable LED mask of claim 8, further comprising: and the control circuit (6) is used for controlling the on-off of the power supply of the LED lamp (4) to realize monochromatic light irradiation and multicolor light irradiation.
10. A preparation method of a stretchable LED mask is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing a facial mask-shaped elastic outer layer;
preparing a facial mask-shaped elastic inner layer with good light transmittance;
preparing a stretchable LED circuit, and uniformly attaching LED lamps in the stretchable LED circuit;
the lower end of the LED circuit is connected with a power interface;
and the stretchable LED circuit which is pasted with the LED lamp and is connected with the power interface is glued between the surface film-shaped elastic outer layer and the transparent surface film-shaped elastic inner layer and is glued with the surface film-shaped elastic outer layer and the surface film-shaped elastic inner layer into a whole, so that the stretchable LED surface film is obtained.
