and the alarm module is electrically connected to the control module and used for receiving the instruction of the control module and sending an alarm signal.
In the scheme of the invention, the low-voltage single-phase line short circuit and open circuit detection device mainly comprises a power module, a control module, a fault detection module and an alarm module. The power supply module comprises a first power supply module for acquiring 220V alternating current from a low-voltage single-phase line and a second power supply module for acquiring 8V direct current from a storage battery, the first power supply module and the second power supply module can be flexibly switched through a switching module, the switching basis is based on the primary judgment of the control module on line faults, and when the low-voltage single-phase line breaks down to enable the first power supply module not to normally supply power for the control module, the switching to the storage battery is controlled. The control module can further detect the specific fault condition of the line (judging the fault is a short-circuit fault or a broken line fault) through the fault detection module, and alarm is given through the alarm module after the fault condition is determined.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 or 4, the first power supply module includes: a low-voltage single-phase line providing 220V AC; the A/D conversion unit is composed of a transformer unit T2 and a rectification unit DB1 and is used for reducing and rectifying 220V alternating current into a low-voltage direct current signal; and 8/5 voltage reduction module, which is electrically connected to the A/D conversion unit through the switching module, and is used to convert the low voltage DC signal into the low voltage DC power signal when the switching module is switched to the first power supply module. In fig. 3 or 4, the 8/5 voltage reduction module is formed by an LM7805CK chip, and it can be seen that the capacitor C4 is used to provide a short-term working voltage for the control module when the control module detects that the line is faulty, so that the control module can sufficiently control the switching module to normally supply power to the second power supply module formed by the storage battery.
In fig. 3, the first power supply module directly gets power through a low-voltage single-phase line, but the working voltage of the device control module is 5V dc voltage. Therefore, the voltage of 220V is reduced by the transformer T2, and then the voltage is converted into direct current voltage through the rectifier bridge DB1, and then the direct current voltage is regulated by the capacitors C1 and C2, and the voltage is supplied to the lithium battery 18650 for charging (SB1 is pressed, K3 is closed, and is omitted in fig. 3). And the DC power supply is converted into a 5V DC power supply through LM7805CK, and the converted 5V DC power supply is subjected to filtering and voltage stabilizing treatment through C3 and C4 and then is supplied to the control module. When a line is disconnected, the storage battery supplies power, the 8V direct current supplied by the storage battery is converted into 5V direct current through the LM7805CK, and the 5V direct current is filtered and stabilized by the C3 and the C4 and then supplied to other modules for use. Fig. 4 is a circuit configuration of a switching power supply module, which also steps down 220V ac through a transformer T2 and then converts the voltage into dc power through a rectifier bridge DB1, and after stabilizing the voltage of C1 and C2, converts the voltage of the dc power into 5V dc power through an LM7805CK chip, and then stabilizes the voltage of C3 and C4 and finally supplies the voltage to other modules for use. The switching power supply has wide application range and is directly used by the existing products. The use of a switched mode power supply may be a viable solution.
With reference to fig. 2, the line fault preliminary detection unit is formed by using a relay K1; two ends of a trigger coil K1-T of the relay K1 are respectively connected to a live wire and a zero wire of a low-voltage single-phase line, and two ends of an output loop K1-1 of the relay K1 are respectively connected to the ground and one input end of the control module, so that corresponding level signals are transmitted to the control module when the coil is powered on/off. The relay K1 is a movable relay, that is, when the trigger coil is not electrified, two contacts of the output circuit are opened, and when the trigger coil is electrified, two contacts of the output circuit are closed. Referring to fig. 2, when the low-voltage single-phase line is normal, the trigger coil K1-T of the relay K1 is powered on, so that the output loop K1-1 is closed, at this time, the input end of the PA1 of the control module (taking a single chip as an example) receives a low-level signal, and the control module determines that the line normally works when recognizing the low-level signal; on the contrary, when the line has a sudden fault, the trigger coil K1-T loses power, so that the output loop K1-1 is opened, the input end of the PA1 of the single chip microcomputer receives a high level signal, and the single chip microcomputer judges that the line has the fault when recognizing the high level signal. When the short-circuit fault or the open-circuit fault occurs, detection is performed by the short-circuit fault detection unit and the open-circuit fault detection unit.
Referring to fig. 2, the second power supply module includes: a battery BAT1 providing 8V dc power; one end of the manual switch SB1 is connected with the storage battery, and the other end is connected with the 8/5 voltage reduction module through the switching module; when the switching module is switched to the second power supply module to work, the battery BAT1 supplies power to the control module by closing the manual switch SB 1. As can be seen from fig. 2, the output low voltage dc power signal is 5V.
Here, as shown in fig. 2, the switching module includes: the relay K2 and a first driving circuit for controlling the relay K2 to trigger the energization action of the coil K2-T, wherein an output loop K2-1 of the relay K2 is connected between the A/D conversion unit and the 8/5 voltage reduction module, and the first driving circuit is connected to the control module and is used for receiving an instruction sent by the control module so as to control whether the relay K2 trigger coil K2-T is energized or not; and a relay K3 and a second driving circuit for controlling the relay K3 to trigger the coil K3-T to be electrified, wherein an output loop K3-1 of the relay K3 is connected between the manual switch SB1 and the 8/5 voltage reduction module, and the second driving circuit is connected to the control module and is used for receiving an instruction sent by the control module so as to control whether the relay K3 trigger coil K3-T is electrified or not.
The first drive circuit of the relay K2 is mainly composed of R6, R3, Q3, R2, Q1, and D1, and the second drive circuit of the relay K3 is mainly composed of R5, Q4, R4, R1, Q2, and D2. When the singlechip normally operates and the relay K1 detects that the circuit is normal, the Q3 and the Q4 are controlled to be not conducted, so that the trigger coils of the relays K2 and K3 are powered, the K2-1 is closed, the K3-1 is disconnected, and the device directly takes electricity from the low-voltage single-phase circuit (namely, the first power supply module supplies power); when the single chip microcomputer detects that a line has a fault through the relay K1, the Q3 and the Q4 are controlled to be conducted, the trigger coils of the relays K2 and K3 lose power, the K2-1 is disconnected, the K3-1 is closed (the SB1 is pressed), and at the moment, the device obtains working voltage from the storage battery (namely, the power is supplied by the second power supply module).
With reference to fig. 2-4, the power supply principle of the power module of the present invention is briefly described:
when the line is normal, the device directly takes 220V power through the low-voltage single-phase line L, N. The current passes through K1, the relay coil K1-T is electrified, the relay switch K1-1 is closed, and the circuit is considered to work normally after being identified by the single chip microcomputer. And the 220V alternating current power supply is changed into an 8V direct current power supply through a transformer T2 and a rectifier bridge DB 1. Relay K2 is normally open state this moment, and at closed switch SB1, the battery begins to discharge, through 8/5 step-down module, falls battery 8V DC power supply into the 5V DC power supply that is fit for the singlechip operation. When the single chip microcomputer works normally, the K2 and the K3 coils are electrified, so that the K2-1 is closed, the K3-1 is disconnected, and the single chip microcomputer is powered by a 220V line. And the single chip microcomputer control relay K3 is closed every 5 hours, so that the circuit can charge the storage battery and supply power to the single chip microcomputer. K3 was disconnected after 30 minutes of battery charging. The goals of good endurance and resource saving are achieved.
When the line is short-circuited and broken, the coil of the relay K1 loses power, the relay switch K1-1 is opened, and the single chip microcomputer is regarded as the line fault. At the moment, the Q3 and the Q4 are controlled to be switched on, the trigger coils of the relays K2 and K3 lose power, the K2-1 is switched off, the K3-1 is switched on, and the storage battery supplies power to the single chip microcomputer. At the moment, the alarm module starts to send alarm short messages to the on-duty personnel, and sound-light alarms can give alarms with different frequencies according to the fault conditions.
Among the above-mentioned scheme, the selection of lithium cell mainly depends on price material benefit, and the characteristics that electric quantity capacity is big because the lithium cell mainly is discharged by the lithium cell and is used for the device when the circuit broken string, all need to guarantee before the circuit maintainer reachs that the device has the electricity. Lithium batteries 18650 and polymer lithium batteries are both able to meet such a demand. Lithium battery 18650: the lithium battery has the advantages of light weight, large capacity, no memory effect and the like, and the capacity of the 18650 lithium battery is generally between 1200mah and 3600 mah. The safety performance is high, explosion and combustion are avoided; no toxicity and pollution, and the recycling frequency is more than 500 times. The residual electric quantity does not need to be emptied before charging, and the use is convenient. Polymer lithium battery: the polymer lithium battery has the advantages of small volume and large capacity, has the defects of shorter service life than 18650 and higher price than 18650, and because different designs and materials are used, liquid is in some inner parts, the inner parts are dry or colloid, and the performance of the polymer lithium battery is inferior to that of a 18650 cylindrical battery during large-current discharge, high-capacity and small-volume electric equipment is needed, the polymer lithium battery is usually used, and the most typical performance is equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like.
In the invention, the fault detection module is mainly used for detecting the line condition of the low-voltage single-phase line and needs to reliably detect the short-circuit fault and the broken line fault of the line. The line disconnection fault is better identified, and after the line is disconnected, the whole line is in a power-off state, so that the identification is more reliable. When a short-circuit fault occurs, the current will increase rapidly, and although the time is short, the current increases linearly. The short-circuit current reaches a very high value instantaneously. It is therefore necessary to reliably record the current state and to process it by the MCU module to analyze whether the circuit is short.
Referring to fig. 5, in the line short-circuit fault detection unit, the current obtaining unit employs an open-type current transformer T4 for detecting a current change of a low-voltage single-phase line and generating a corresponding induced current; the first output unit includes: a current limiting resistor R28 (here R28 is used for converting the induction current into a voltage signal and sending the voltage signal to the position 3 of the U7A) and a voltage stabilizing diode D6 which are connected with the two ends of the output side coil of the current transformer T4, wherein the anode of the voltage stabilizing diode D6 is grounded; and a voltage follower formed by an operational amplifier U7A, wherein the non-inverting input end of the operational amplifier U7A is connected to the cathode of a voltage stabilizing diode D6, the output end is led out through a resistor R12, and the output of the resistor R12 is grounded through a capacitor C13.
The working principle of the line short-circuit fault detection unit is as follows: since the low-voltage single-phase line does not allow the disconnection operation, T4 is an open-type current transformer here. When the open current transformer T4 is hung in the line, it will detect the current change in the low voltage single phase line. When the line is working normally, the open current transformer converts the current of the corresponding proportion to pass through an operational amplifier U7A (LM 224). The electric signal converted by the mutual inductor forms closed-loop negative feedback through the LM224 operational amplifier, and the electric signal is amplified according to a certain multiple and then input into the control module for analysis. When a line has a short-circuit fault, the current can be increased rapidly, R28 is a current-limiting resistor to prevent the current from increasing rapidly to damage the line due to short circuit, and 1N4732A is a voltage-stabilizing diode to control and stabilize the voltage at 4.7V, so that the normal operation of the circuit is ensured. Because the current surge is also linear increase, the current of the electric signal continuously transmitted into the singlechip module from the Cur _ A can be automatically identified whether the current is a short circuit or not. For example, if the MCU module sets the critical point to 300A, the single chip will determine the line short fault when the current is greater than 300A.
With reference to fig. 6, in the line disconnection fault detection unit, the voltage obtaining unit employs a transformer T1 or an open-type voltage transformer, which is used for detecting voltage variation of a low-voltage single-phase line and generating a corresponding induced voltage, and a resistor R11 is connected in parallel to two ends of an output side of T1; the second output unit includes: in the comparator circuit formed by the operational amplifier U6A, the non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier U6A is connected to the voltage acquisition unit through a resistor R7, the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier U6A is grounded through a resistor R9, the output terminal of the operational amplifier U6A is led out through a resistor R8 and is connected to the inverting input terminal through a resistor R10, and the output of the resistor R8 is grounded through a capacitor C15.
The working principle of the line disconnection fault detection unit is as follows: the low-voltage single-phase line 220V alternating current is connected with a transformer T1, when the line works normally, the 220V alternating current generates induction voltage with corresponding magnitude on the secondary side through a transformer T1, and the induction voltage signal is sent to a comparator formed by an operational amplifier U6A (LM 224). The LM224 comparator is powered by a +5V single power supply, and the C14 capacitor acts on a stable voltage, so that the normal work of the comparator is ensured. Referring to fig. 6, the voltage at "3" of the operational amplifier U6A is compared with the voltage at "2", the voltage at "2" is 0, and if the voltage at "3" is higher than the voltage at "2", the output level at "1" is high, and the single chip microcomputer recognizes that the line is working normally. When the line is broken, the voltage at the position of 3 is 0, the voltage at the position of 3 is equal to the voltage at the position of 2, the output level at the position of 1 is low level, the singlechip recognizes the line breaking fault, and then a line breaking fault signal is sent to the alarm module. Here, the transformer T1 may also be implemented as a voltage transformer. However, when the voltage transformer is adopted, the voltage transformer needs to be of an open type because a low-voltage line does not allow line break detection. Therefore, the voltage transformer compares the detected voltage through the comparator, when the voltage transformer works normally, the output signal of the comparator is high level, and the single chip microcomputer is regarded as a circuit to work normally. When the line is broken, the output signal of the comparator is low level, and the singlechip is regarded as the line broken fault and sends a fault signal.
In the invention, the alarm module is an alarm module which can start to work when the MCU identifies that the circuit has a fault. When the line is normal, the alarm module is in a standby state, and once the line fails, the alarm module starts to alarm. The alarm module is divided into on-site alarm and remote alarm. The remote alarm is used for sending alarm short messages to on-duty maintenance personnel in time when a line fails, so that the time for the maintenance personnel to check the fault and the time for receiving fault notification are saved. The field alarm is used for rapidly positioning the device after a maintainer arrives at the field and also plays a role in warning the masses to avoid approaching. Specifically, the alarm module comprises one or more of an LED alarm unit, a buzzer alarm unit and a remote alarm unit. Wherein, the site alarm mainly comprises an LED alarm unit and a buzzer alarm unit.
Referring to fig. 7, a circuit diagram of an LED alarm unit is shown. The LED alarm circuit is used for on-site alarm, and considering that workers can meet a plurality of severe working environments during maintenance, if the weather is late, the LED alarm can play a good on-site warning role. The current flows from Vbat to three leds D13, D11, and D12, and since the allowed current flow of the leds is small, about 10 ma, a resistor is required to limit the current. Here, a resistance of 470 ohms is selected to ensure proper operation of the led.
Referring to fig. 8, a circuit diagram of a buzzer alarm unit is shown. The buzzer alarm circuit is also used for on-site alarm, and the buzzer can play a good warning role if meeting the heavy fog weather of a university due to the fact that the on-site alarm is possibly blocked. The BUZZER working current enters from the Vbat, when the MCU module detects that a circuit has a fault, the BUZZER transmits an electric signal, the 1 position is a high level, the Q1 triode is conducted, and the BUZZER also works normally. The R2 and R5 play a role in protecting the circuit when the triode is conducted, and the current of the circuit is prevented from suddenly increasing to damage the triode.
The remote alarm unit comprises a GSM/GPRS module circuit, an SIM Card circuit and an antenna, wherein the GSM/GPRS module circuit is connected to the control module, and the SIM Card circuit and the antenna are connected to the GSM/GPRS module circuit. Here, the GSM/GPRS module may be formed by a SIM900A chip and its peripheral circuits, where the SIM900A is a 2-frequency GSM/GPRS module, and the operating frequency band is: EGSM 900MHz and DCS 1800 MHz. SIM900A supports GPRS multi-slot class 10/class 8 (optional) and GPRS code formats CS-1, CS-2, CS-3, and CS-4. The SIM Card circuit is used for operating the inserted SIM telephone Card and transmitting a short message of line fault alarm by depending on a China mobile operation platform. The antenna circuit is used together with a SIM900A GSM circuit and a SIM Card circuit. Many things which affect the signal of the device often occur on the installation site of the device, such as heavy snow weather and heavy rain weather. In which case the antenna circuit may enhance both receive and transmit signals. The detection short message of the device can be transmitted in real time. Here, the operation principle is not described in detail.
Referring to fig. 9-11, a control module circuit diagram of the present invention is shown. The control module (hereinafter referred to as MCU module) is the core system of the whole device. Because the MCU module not only connects the fault detection module, the power supply module, and the alarm module. There is also a need to receive and transmit signals between them. The MCU module acts as the brain to control the actions of other modules. Therefore, the MCU module also needs to have strong capacity and computing power, and is mainly composed of an STM32F103C8T6 chip (fig. 9), a J-Link circuit (fig. 10), a chip power supply circuit (fig. 11), and an external pin header circuit.
The MCU module adopts an STM32F103C8T6 chip as a core, the STM32F103C8T6 chip is a medium-capacity enhanced type, and 32 bits of controllers USB, CAN, 7 timers, 2 ADCs and 9 communication interfaces based on an ARM core and provided with 64 or 128K bytes of flash memory. In fig. 9, JT1 and JT2 and the capacitor resistor form a crystal oscillator circuit, which generates an oscillating current in the whole circuit to send out a clock signal to generate the clock frequency necessary for the single chip. It is programmed with voice C for controlling the operation of the entire device. The J-Link circuit is a basic stone for connecting the MCU module with a computer by the J-Link simulator. The MCU can use programming software to program the singlechip only by needing a J-Link circuit. The MCU module is mainly powered by a 5V power supply, but part of circuits need 3.3V power supply, so a chip power supply circuit is needed. In the circuit, a 5V direct-current power supply flows into the circuit through the 1 interface and the 2 interface, and is connected into the C6 capacitor and the C11 capacitor, so that the normal operation of the circuit is ensured by stabilizing the 5V voltage. The stable 5V voltage enters an MK2 voltage reduction chip and is reduced to 3.3V direct current. The 3.3V after voltage reduction is not stable enough, and capacitors of C8, C9, C10 and C12 are needed to stabilize the voltage. After the voltage is stabilized, the other modules input 3.3V power. The effective operation of the whole circuit is guaranteed. An external pin arrangement circuit (not shown) is mainly used in the MCU module, and leads out pins of the chip STM32F103C8T6 of the singlechip, so that the connection control of the chip and other components in the MCU module is facilitated. Such as PC14-OSC32-IN, PC15-OSC32-OUT, PD0-OSC-IN and PD1-OSC-OUT are input and output of the two crystal oscillator circuits. PB10-485_ TX and PB11-485_ RX are connection contacts of a 485 communication serial port.
In summary, the low-voltage single-phase line short circuit and disconnection detection device provided by the invention mainly comprises a power module, an MCU module, a fault detection module and an alarm module. The device is directly supplied with power by 220V low-voltage single-phase line, and the 220V alternating current is converted into 5V direct current power supply through power module and is supplied power to the MCU module, and the singlechip in the MCU module detects the signal, is being transmitted the signal by outside wiring circuit, if the circuit is normal, then the device normally works. And if the circuit is short-circuited and broken, the MCU controls the alarm module to carry out remote alarm and field alarm. The remote alarm adopts short message real-time alarm, so that the fault information can be received more easily and timely. After various adverse factors are considered, sound and light alarm is adopted for on-site alarm. If there is LED light warning in dark environment, there is sound warning sight blind area.
The voltage single-phase line short circuit and disconnection detection device is a novel technical device, takes a single chip microcomputer as a core, performs programming control by C language, has high detection reliability and low power consumption, and meets the modern technical idea of low carbonization and resource conservation. And has the following four functions: the power supply of the device has a good endurance function; secondly, the functions of detecting short circuit and broken line of the line are realized; a remote alarm function; the field alarm function; the device uses the low-voltage single-phase line to directly supply power, the working voltage is 220V, and because the working voltage of other modules of the device is 5V, a voltage converter is required to be matched to convert 220V alternating current into 5V direct current, so that the normal operation of each module of the device is ensured, and the aim of normally realizing each function is fulfilled.
