Abstract
本发明涉及一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫及其制备工艺,属于鞋垫制品技术领域。其包括海绵层,海绵层两侧通过火焰复合连接有纤维层和衬布层,衬布层通过火焰复合连接橡胶层,复合而成。所述海绵层采用高回弹竹炭海绵,有利于鞋内脚底多处空气的流通,能够有效的防止脚底出汗无法排出而造成的脚臭问题。其底层橡胶层,采用慢回弹耐磨海绵橡胶,可吸汗,有效防止鞋垫在鞋内滑动。本发明的舒适透气的复合鞋垫,采用多层材料通过火焰复合而成。其表面舒适耐磨透气性好。内部柔软舒适吸汗防臭,弹性好。制成的鞋垫不但美观大方。而且可以将压力均布在脚底,使得膝盖和脚底局部受压得到了有效缓解。同时缓压减震特性,有效的提升用户穿着的舒适感。

技术领域
本实发明涉及一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫及其制备工艺。属于鞋垫制品技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展、生活节奏越来越快,工作压力越来越大。处于生产一线的人们因长时间穿工作鞋站立工作。使膝盖脚底局部,长时间受压疲劳,容易出现脚底角质、硬皮、脚底板抽筋等问题。由于普通的传统鞋垫太板太硬,已不能解决这一问题。人们对鞋垫的舒适性、减震性、透气性及环保提出了新的要求。因此,鞋垫只有创新、舒适才能适应人们的要求,从而在提高工作的效率上也发挥着重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于已解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处:提供一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫及其制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特殊之处在于:所述的海绵层两侧通过火焰复合,连接有纤维层、衬布层,衬布层通过火焰复合连接橡胶层复合而成。
所述的舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特殊之处在于:所述的纤维层、海绵层、衬布层、橡胶层、通过火焰复合而成。
所述的一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特殊之处在于:所述的纤维层是由涤纶材质的经纬纱线交织而成,其厚度为0.8~2mm。所述的纤维层的涤纶材质为涤纶低弹丝,所述的纤维层的涤纶材质的纤度为70~110dtex。
所述的一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特殊之处在于:所述的海绵层采用高回弹竹炭聚酯海绵,海绵的密度为30~40kg/m3,厚度为1~5mm。
所述一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述的海绵层中添加有竹炭颗料。
所述的一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特殊之处在于:所述的橡胶层、橡胶为慢回弹海绵橡胶,厚度为1~3mm。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,采用多层材料通过火焰复合而成。其表面舒适耐磨透气性好。内部柔软舒适吸汗防臭,弹性好。制成的鞋垫不但美观大方。而且可以将压力均布在脚底,使得膝盖和脚底局部受压得到了有效缓解。同时缓压减震特性,有效的提升用户穿着的舒适感。

具体实施方式
以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成作近一步详细说明,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本发明实施例的一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,所述的海绵层1两侧通过火焰复合,连接有纤维层2、衬布层3,衬布层3通过火焰复合连接橡胶层4复合而成。
所述的纤维层2、海绵层1、衬布层3、橡胶层4、通过火焰复合而成。
所述的纤维层2是由涤纶材质的经纬纱线交织而成,其厚度为0.8~2mm。所述的纤维层2的涤纶材质为涤纶低弹丝,所述的纤维层2的涤纶材质的纤度为70~110dtex。由于海绵层1的吸水性大于纤维层2,这样脚掌产生的汗液容易被海绵层1吸收,纤维层2可以保持干爽舒适,脚感相对较好,且不易滋生细菌。
所述的海绵层1采用高回弹竹炭聚酯海绵,海绵的密度为30~40kg/m3,厚度为1~5mm。有吸汗、缓震、透气的特性。
所述的海绵层1中添加有竹炭颗料,有效的抑制海绵中的细菌生产,吸收汗液中的水分,保持海绵的舒适透气,防止海绵腐败,提高海绵的使用寿命。
所述的橡胶层4的橡胶为慢回弹海绵橡胶,厚度为1~3mm,可吸收海绵中多余的水分,保持纤维层2和海绵层1的舒适透气,使水分均匀分散在橡胶层4的内部,在人走动过程中被排挤出橡胶层4,或者气化挥发掉。主要起支撑、吸汗、防滑的作用。

3.根据权利要求1、所述一种舒适透气的复合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述的纤维层是由涤纶材质的经纬纱线交织而成的,其厚度为0.8~2mm。所述的纤维层的涤纶材质为涤纶低弹丝。所述的纤维层的涤纶材质的纤度为70~110dtex。
