Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝制装饰板，包括呈上、下两层分布的上铝制装饰面板、下铝制装饰面板，两层铝制装饰面板之间设置有一层瓦楞芯纸板，所述瓦楞芯纸板的瓦楞面处填充有隔音棉，所述上铝制装饰面板的中部设置有圆形凹槽，所述圆形凹槽内铰接有环形挂耳，所述环形挂耳可沿铰接点旋转，所述下铝制装饰面板的下表面周圈设置有便于增加强度的矩形印痕。本发明的铝制装饰板，采用两层铝制装饰面板和一层瓦楞芯纸板构成，重量轻，成本低，外形美观，结构强度适中，且具有隔音，阻燃的特点，具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域，具体涉及一种铝制装饰板。
背景技术
目前，在办公室室内装饰中，顶部装饰板多采用木板、不锈钢钢板或硬质塑料板制成，木板的容易被腐蚀，且易燃；不锈钢钢板重量重，成本较高，不便于运输及安装；硬质塑料板，在高温下会出现异味，且易燃，如何克服上述的问题，设计一种轻质，成本低，阻燃的高性能装饰板，是当前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有的装饰板存在的问题。本发明的铝制装饰板，采用两层铝制装饰面板和一层瓦楞芯纸板构成，重量轻，成本低，外形美观，结构强度适中，且具有隔音，阻燃的特点，具有良好的应用前景。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：包括呈上、下两层分布的上铝制装饰面板、下铝制装饰面板，两层铝制装饰面板之间设置有一层瓦楞芯纸板，所述瓦楞芯纸板的瓦楞面处填充有隔音棉，所述上铝制装饰面板的中部设置有圆形凹槽，所述圆形凹槽内铰接有环形挂耳，所述环形挂耳可沿铰接点旋转，所述下铝制装饰面板的下表面周圈设置有便于增加强度的矩形印痕。
前述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述瓦楞芯纸板的高度为1-2cm。
前述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述上铝制装饰面板的周圈垂直向下弯折，且与下铝制装饰面板焊接，将瓦楞芯纸板密封。
前述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述瓦楞芯纸板通过强力胶粘接在下铝制装饰面板的上表面。
前述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述上铝制装饰面板、下铝制装饰面板的厚度均为1-2mm。
前述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述矩形印痕的深度为2mm。
前述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述下铝制装饰面板上表面的四角设置有定位瓦楞芯纸板的圆柱凸台。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的铝制装饰板，采用两层铝制装饰面板和一层瓦楞芯纸板构成，重量轻，成本低，外形美观，结构强度适中，且具有隔音，阻燃的特点，具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书附图，对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1及图2所示，本发明的铝制装饰板，包括呈上、下两层分布的上铝制装饰面板1、下铝制装饰面板2，两层铝制装饰面板之间设置有一层瓦楞芯纸板3，所述瓦楞芯纸板3的瓦楞面处填充有隔音棉4，可增加装饰板的隔音效果，所述上铝制装饰面板1的中部设置有圆形凹槽8，所述圆形凹槽8内铰接有环形挂耳5，所述环形挂耳5可沿铰接点旋转，便于在安装时，手拿吊起，提高安装效率，下铝制装饰面板2的下表面周圈设置有便于增加强度的矩形印痕6，矩形印痕6的深度为2mm，使铝制装饰板受力分散，提高铝制装饰板结构牢固性。
所述瓦楞芯纸板3的高度为1-2cm，便于填充隔音棉4。
所述上铝制装饰面板1的周圈垂直向下弯折，且与下铝制装饰面板2焊接，将瓦楞芯纸板3密封，防止瓦楞芯纸板3裸露，保证装饰板的阻燃效果。
所述瓦楞芯纸板3通过强力胶粘接在下铝制装饰面板2的上表面，下铝制装饰面板2上表面的四角设置有定位瓦楞芯纸板3的圆柱凸台7，便于粘接组装时的定位。
所述上铝制装饰面板1、下铝制装饰面板2的厚度均为1-2mm，用料少，强度高，重量轻，成本低，外形美观。
综上所述，发明的铝制装饰板，采用两层铝制装饰面板和一层瓦楞芯纸板构成，重量轻，成本低，外形美观，结构强度适中，且具有隔音，阻燃的特点，具有良好的应用前景。

1.一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：包括呈上、下两层分布的上铝制装饰面板（1）、下铝制装饰面板（2），两层铝制装饰面板之间设置有一层瓦楞芯纸板（3），所述瓦楞芯纸板（3）的瓦楞面处填充有隔音棉（4），所述上铝制装饰面板（1）的中部设置有圆形凹槽（8），所述圆形凹槽（8）内铰接有环形挂耳（5），所述环形挂耳（5）可沿铰接点旋转，所述下铝制装饰面板（2）的下表面周圈设置有便于增加强度的矩形印痕（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述瓦楞芯纸板（3）的高度为1-2cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述上铝制装饰面板（1）的周圈垂直向下弯折，且与下铝制装饰面板（2）焊接，将瓦楞芯纸板（3）密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述瓦楞芯纸板（3）通过强力胶粘接在下铝制装饰面板（2）的上表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述上铝制装饰面板（1）、下铝制装饰面板（2）的厚度均为1-2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述矩形印痕（6）的深度为2mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝制装饰板，其特征在于：所述下铝制装饰面板（2）上表面的四角设置有定位瓦楞芯纸板（3）的圆柱凸台（7）。
