As shown in fig. 1-5, the invention discloses a leg and foot movement adjusting device of a rehabilitation machine, which comprises a pedal plate 1, a pedal mounting seat 2 and an adjusting bracket 3, wherein the adjusting bracket 3 is connected with the pedal mounting seat 2 through a ankle adjusting knob 4, and the adjusting bracket 3 is connected with the pedal plate 1 through a leg adjusting knob 5.
The adjusting bracket 3 is formed by vertically and fixedly combining a bottom plate 31 and a supporting rod 32, a connecting plate B33 vertical to the bottom plate 31 is fixed in the middle of the bottom plate 31, a sliding chute A34 is arranged on one side of the bottom plate 31, which is positioned at a connecting plate B33, and an ankle knob mounting hole is arranged on the connecting plate B33;
the peripheries of two sides of the pedal 1 are provided with enclosing plates 11, wherein the enclosing plates at the upper part of the pedal 1 at the back side are brim-shaped enclosing plates 12; the pedal surface of the pedal 1 is provided with a footprint-shaped bulge 13, the back surface of the pedal 1 is fixed with a support rib plate 14 vertical to the pedal, a connecting plate A vertical to the support rib plate 14 is fixed on the support rib plate 14, and the connecting plate A is provided with a leg adjusting knob mounting hole corresponding to a sliding groove A34 on a bottom plate 31 of an adjusting bracket 3;
the pedal mounting seat 2 is formed by vertically fixing a cylinder 21 and a square rod 22, and a sliding groove B23 corresponding to a ankle knob mounting hole on a connecting plate B33 of the adjusting bracket 3 is formed in the square rod 22;
the bottom plate 31 of the adjusting bracket 3 and the connecting plate A of the pedal 1 are connected with a leg adjusting knob mounting hole through a chute A34 on the connecting plate A and are matched with a leg adjusting knob 5, and the connecting plate B33 of the adjusting bracket 3 and the square rod 22 of the pedal mounting seat 2 are connected with a chute B23 and are matched with a ankle adjusting knob 4 through a ankle knob mounting hole on the connecting plate B33;
the visor-like skirt 12 of the footboard 1 has a depth greater than the diameter of the cylinder 21 of the footboard mounting seat 2.
The cylinder 21 of the pedal-mounting 2 is rotatably connected to the crank 6 by means of bearings therein.
The support rod 32 in the adjusting bracket 3 is rotatably connected with the linear bearing 7.
The linear bearing 7 is connected with the angle adjusting frame 8 in a sliding mode.
The angle adjusting frame 8 comprises a connecting rod A, two sliding rails and a connecting rod B, the connecting rod A, the two sliding rails and the connecting rod B are fixedly connected to form a rectangle, and the connecting rod A is hinged to a transmission shaft 10 through a connecting rod 9.
The crank 6 is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft 10.
One end of the connecting rod 9 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod A, and the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the transmission shaft 10.
The invention relates to a working principle and a working process of a leg and foot movement adjusting device of a rehabilitation machine.
When a patient is ready for rehabilitation training, the lower leg is placed at the position of the leg sheath for supporting, and the feet are placed in the foot pedal. The connecting plate B33 of the adjusting bracket 3 is connected with the square bar 21 of the pedal mounting base 2 through the upper ankle knob mounting hole thereof and the chute B23 matched with the ankle adjusting knob 4; the bottom plate 31 of the adjusting bracket 3 is connected with the connecting plate A of the pedal plate 1 through a chute A34 leg adjusting knob mounting hole on the connecting plate A to match with the leg adjusting knob 5. When the ankle adjusting knob 4 is in a loose state, the ankle adjusting knob 4 can slide along the sliding groove B23; when the leg adjustment knob 5 is in the released state, the leg adjustment knob 5 can slide along the slide groove a 34.
When the ankle adjusting knob is in an open state 4 and the leg adjusting knob 5 is in a locked state, the pedal plate 1 and the adjusting bracket 3 simultaneously slide on the pedal mounting seat 2 and slide upwards, the bending amplitude of the ankle is larger during movement, and the ankle adjusting knob 4 can be screwed in the knob hole A after the bending amplitude of the thigh of a patient required to move is adjusted; when the leg adjusting knob 5 is in a loosened state and the ankle adjusting knob 4 is in a locked state, the pedal plate 1 slides on the adjusting bracket 3, the upward sliding is performed, the bending amplitude of the leg is larger during the movement, and the leg adjusting knob 5 can be screwed in the knob hole B after the bending amplitude of the patient required to move is adjusted.
When a patient needs to pedal the legs, the shanks and the ankles to move, the leg adjusting knobs 5 can be loosened, the pedal plates 1 slide on the adjusting supports 3 to the comfortable amplitude position of the patient, and the leg adjusting knobs 5 are screwed. When the thigh of the patient is inconvenient to move and only the leg and the ankle are matched to do pedaling motion, the ankle adjusting knob 4 can be loosened, the pedal plate 1 and the adjusting bracket 3 simultaneously slide on the pedal mounting seat 2 to reach the comfortable amplitude position of the patient, and the ankle adjusting knob 4 is screwed, wherein the leg and the ankle are mainly matched to do motion. The bending amplitude of the legs and the bending amplitude of the wrists of the patient during the movement can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual condition and the requirement of the patient at any time. All leg and foot adjusting variables are adjusted to the optimum state of the patient, and then the foot pedaling motion can be carried out comfortably. The pedal motion can drive the gear transmission mechanism through the motor, the gear transmission drives the transmission shaft 10 to move, and the transmission shaft 10 can also be driven by other driving mechanisms. The transmission shaft 10 moves to drive the crank 6 to move, the crank 6 is rotationally connected with the leg and foot movement adjusting device, the leg and foot movement adjusting device is movably connected with the linear bearing 7, the linear bearing 7 is slidably connected with the angle adjusting frame 8, and therefore the crank 6, the leg and foot movement adjusting device, the linear bearing 7 and the sliding rail of the angle adjusting frame 8 form a crank and slider movement mechanism, and adjustable pedaling movement can be achieved.
When doing foot-stepping exercise, the tread surface of the foot pedal 1 is provided with a foot print-shaped bulge 13, and the bare feet are placed in the foot pedal 1, which can play the role of massaging the sole of the foot while doing exercise.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
