Step 102: and based on the picture to be processed, the first instant messaging client sends picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client.
The picture processing request information is used for requesting to set the picture to be processed as an identification picture displayed when a user using the second instant messaging client logs in the second instant messaging client.
In step 102, after the first instant messaging client sends the to-be-processed picture to the second instant messaging client through the information interaction platform of the instant messaging application, the first instant messaging client may send a picture processing request message to the second instant messaging client according to the to-be-processed picture displayed in the display interface of the information interaction platform.
Specifically, based on the picture to be processed, the first instant messaging client receives a setting operation executed on the picture to be processed by a user using the first instant messaging client; and the first instant messaging client triggers to send picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application according to the setting operation.
It should be noted that the setting operation described in this embodiment may be predetermined by a developer through analyzing user behavior data, or may be determined by a user according to personal habits, and when the instant messaging application is initialized, a mapping relationship between the setting operation and the trigger image processing request is established, so that when the instant messaging client detects the setting operation, it may determine that the image processing request information needs to be triggered.
And after the first instant messaging client sends the picture to be processed to the second instant messaging client, the user using the first instant messaging client executes setting operation on the picture to be processed based on the picture to be processed, so that when the first instant messaging client detects that the user using the first instant messaging client executes the setting operation on the picture to be processed, the first instant messaging client can trigger to send picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application according to the mapping relation between the setting operation and the triggering picture processing request.
Specifically, the manner in which the first instant messaging client receives the setting operation performed on the to-be-processed picture by the user using the first instant messaging client includes, but is not limited to:
the first mode is as follows: and receiving a dragging operation executed on the picture to be processed by a user using the first instant messaging client so as to trigger sending of picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application.
Specifically, the first instant messaging client receives a dragging operation executed on the picture to be processed by a user using the first instant messaging client, and triggers sending of picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application according to the setting operation.
Optionally, when detecting that the drag operation drags the to-be-processed picture to a display area of an identification picture of a user using the second instant messaging client, the first instant messaging client triggers sending of picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application.
For example: if the carrier of the first instant messaging client is a handheld terminal device such as a smart phone, a user using the first instant messaging client can drag the picture to be processed to a display area of the identification picture of the user using the second instant messaging client through a dragging gesture, and when the first instant messaging client detects the dragging gesture and determines to drag the picture to be processed to the display area of the identification picture of the user using the second instant messaging client, the first instant messaging client triggers to send picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application; if the carrier of the first instant messaging client is computer equipment, a user using the first instant messaging client can initiate dragging operation on the picture to be processed by using a mouse, and when the first instant messaging client detects that a cursor executes the dragging operation and determines that the dragging operation drags the picture to be processed to a display area of an identification picture of the user using the second instant messaging client, the first instant messaging client triggers sending picture processing request information to the second instant messaging client on an information interaction platform of the instant messaging application.
For example: fig. 3(a) is a schematic diagram illustrating a first instant messaging client sending a picture processing request message to a second instant messaging client according to an embodiment of the present application.
