本发明提供了一种用于门框的上滑型材,包括内下滑、卡件和外下滑。本发明所述的该边封结构简单,耗材少,加强板的设计使其安装更加牢固,封闭的上腔和下腔使下滑型材不易变形,增强牢固性,卡件连接两个下滑型材使窗体密封性和隔热性更好。

一种用于门框的上滑型材
技术领域
本发明属于铝型材建材领域,尤其是涉及一种用于门框的上滑型材。
背景技术
近年来,在建筑装饰、装潢行业,人们广泛应用铝型材来制作窗户,铝型材以其轻便、美观、防火等特点。但是,目前建筑外窗用的铝型材结构比较复杂,隔热效果差,稳固性差,安装不方便等缺点。已有技术中用于铝门窗的下滑铝型材,由于其结构上的缺陷,使得潮湿空气和水汽容易进入铝型材内部,使得下滑铝型材的使用寿命较短,因此,需要对已有技术中的下滑结构进行改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种用于门框的上滑型材,该边封结构具有强度大,稳固性好,密封性好,不易变形等优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于门框的上滑型材,包括内下滑、卡件和外下滑,所述内下滑和外下滑通过卡件连接,所述内下滑包括四面封闭的上腔和下腔,所述上腔与下腔的上表面连接,所述下腔上侧内壁上设有滑槽,所述下腔一侧设有挡板,所述挡板下端设有加强板,所述下腔另一侧设有两个卡槽,所述外下滑的结构与内下滑结构相同,所述内下滑和外下滑相对设置。
进一步的,所述卡槽近似梯形。
进一步的,所述型材为铝合金型材。
进一步的,所述卡件是尼龙材质。
进一步的,所述内下滑和外下滑上的滑槽分别设有两个。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种用于门框的上滑型材具有以下优势:结构简单,耗材少,加强板的设计使其安装更加牢固,封闭的上腔和下腔使下滑型材不易变形,增强牢固性,卡件连接两个下滑型材使窗体密封性和隔热性更好。

另外,在本发明的实施例中所提到的一种用于门框的上滑型材,包括内下滑1、卡件2和外下滑3,所述内下滑1和外下滑3通过卡件2连接,所述内下滑1包括四面封闭的上腔13和下腔15,所述上腔13与下腔15的上表面连接,所述下腔15上侧内壁上设有滑槽12,所述下腔15一侧设有挡板11,所述挡板11下端设有加强板16,所述下腔15另一侧设有两个卡槽14,所述外下滑3的结构与内下滑1结构相同,所述内下滑1和外下滑3相对设置。

外下滑1和内下滑3之间通过尼龙材料的卡件2连接,卡件2与卡槽14结合,两个卡件2形状不相同,起到了连接、密封和隔热的作用,内下滑1左侧的加强板16与室内窗体部分连接,内下滑1外侧的挡板11加强了型材的牢固性,滑槽12与窗体其它结构结合,安装更加牢固,封闭的上腔13和下腔15起到了稳固的作用。

1.一种用于门框的上滑型材,其特征在于:包括内下滑、卡件和外下滑,所述内下滑和外下滑通过卡件连接,所述内下滑包括四面封闭的上腔和下腔,所述上腔与下腔的上表面连接,所述下腔上侧内壁上设有滑槽,所述下腔一侧设有挡板,所述挡板下端设有加强板,所述下腔另一侧设有两个卡槽,所述外下滑的结构与内下滑结构相同,所述内下滑和外下滑相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于门框的上滑型材,其特征在于:所述卡槽近似梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于门框的上滑型材,其特征在于:所述型材为铝合金型材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于门框的上滑型材,其特征在于:所述卡件是尼龙材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于门框的上滑型材,其特征在于:所述内下滑和外下滑上的滑槽分别设有两个。
