Abstract

本发明公开了一种刺绣防毛整理剂及其使用方法,该整理剂包括由甲基丙烯酰胺单体、甲基丙烯酸酯单体、丙烯酸丁酯单体、丙烯酸‑2‑羟乙酯单体构成的共聚体、丝素粉、表面活性剂、去离子水。使用方法步骤包括:选择合适大小的毛笔蘸取适量的刺绣防毛整理剂,沿着刺绣图案均匀涂抹,少量多次直至将刺绣图案充分润湿,防止整理剂渗透到刺绣图案以外的基材,然后将刺绣产品用50‑80℃的热风干燥,最后将干燥后的刺绣产品有使用120‑150℃的热风进行焙烘,时间为3‑5min,处理完毕后用熨斗熨烫。本发明刺绣防毛整理剂对刺绣产品进行防毛整理后可以极大的改善刺绣产品的起毛性能,提高刺绣产品的耐用性和品质。

一种刺绣防毛整理剂及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及刺绣防毛处理领域,尤其涉及一种刺绣防毛整理剂及刺绣防毛整理工艺。
背景技术
刺绣是中华民族的传统艺术珍品,工艺手法上主要通过绣针穿引彩线,在织物上形成预先设计好的花纹图案,其中苏绣、蜀绣、粤绣、湘绣更是有四大名绣之称。随着经济文化的发展与变革,刺绣产品也不断更新换代,不再局限于传统的服饰和工艺艺术展品,而是拓展到绣有刺绣花纹的围巾、包、鞋等诸多新的领域。刺绣在这些产品上的应用,极大的提升了产品的艺术和经济价值,也是传统丝绸行业转型升级的重要方向之一。
但是,刺绣的图案花纹部分纱线的长短不一、组织结构较为疏松,且浮在织物表面受到更多的摩擦和损伤,容易出现起毛状况。刺绣在围巾等日常消费品上的应用,更加凸显了刺绣产品起毛现象对消费者体验的影响,极大的降低了产品耐用性和美感。刺绣易起毛的问题已是丝绸行业发展的瓶颈问题,亟需对此进行研究和探讨。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种刺绣防毛整理剂以及使用其的刺绣防毛整理方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种刺绣防毛整理剂的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)根据刺绣的图案纹路、纤维品种和组织结构选取合适大小的毛笔蘸取适量的刺绣防毛整理剂,沿着刺绣图案均匀涂抹,少量多次直至将刺绣图案充分润湿,防止刺绣防毛整理剂渗透到刺绣图案以外的基材;在标准光源箱内检查刺绣图案表面毛羽是否伏贴,局部若还有未伏贴的毛羽则用刺绣防毛整理剂补充涂抹;所述刺绣防毛整理剂包括由20.2wt%甲基丙烯酰胺单体、18.2wt%甲基丙烯酸酯单体、56.6wt%丙烯酸丁酯单体、5wt%丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯单体构成的共聚体、丝素粉、SDS/OP-10复配型表面活性剂、去离子水;
2)完成1)步骤后,将刺绣产品用50-80℃的热风干燥;
3)将干燥后的刺绣产品使用120-150℃的热风进行焙烘,时间为3-5min,处理完毕后用熨斗熨烫;
优选的,在1)步骤完成后,在标准光源箱内检查刺绣图案表面毛羽是否伏贴,局部还有未伏贴的毛羽,则用刺绣防毛整理剂补充涂抹。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的一种刺绣防毛整理剂及其使用方法,刺绣防毛整理剂对刺绣产品进行防毛整理后可以极大的改善刺绣产品的起毛性能,提高刺绣产品的耐用性和品质,配合其使用方法能更好的提高刺绣品防起毛性能,展现刺绣品的美丽。
具体实施方式
以下详细说明本发明。
本发明所述的一种刺绣防毛整理剂及其使用方法,以1/3过硫酸钾、阴离子/非离子表面活性剂、对甲基丙烯酰胺单体、甲基丙烯酸酯单体、丙烯酸丁酯单体、丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯单体及去离子水以1000r/min预乳化30min,将1/3的预乳化液加入带有搅拌装置的三颈烧瓶中,同步滴加剩余1/3过硫酸钾引发剂,升温至70℃,并保持300-400r/min的搅拌速度,待乳液泛蓝光后滴加剩余的预乳化液和剩余的过硫酸钾引发剂,滴加时间为90min,滴加结束后保温反应60min,用氨水调节pH至中性,再加入丝素粉,取出备用。
使用防毛整理剂对刺绣进行防毛整理时首先根据刺绣的图案纹路、纤维品种和组织结构选择合适大小的毛笔蘸取适量的防毛整理剂,沿着刺绣图案均匀涂抹,少量多次直至将刺绣图案充分润湿,防止整理剂渗透到刺绣图案以外的基材,然后将刺绣产品用60℃的电吹风干燥,最后将干燥后的刺绣产品有使用130℃的电吹风风进行焙烘,时间为3min,处理完毕后用熨斗熨烫。
参考GB/T4802.1-2008《纺织品起毛起球性能的测定 第1部分:圆轨迹法标准》,在此基础上,针对刺绣的特点,将磨料改为真丝标准贴衬织物,压力改为150cN,起毛次数为50次进行起毛评价,经评价发现使用本发明的防毛整理剂处理后的刺绣产品的起毛性能得到了很大的改善,提高了刺绣产品的耐用性和品质。

1.一种刺绣防毛整理剂的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)根据刺绣的图案纹路、纤维品种和组织结构选取合适大小的毛笔蘸取适量的刺绣防毛整理剂,沿着刺绣图案均匀涂抹,少量多次直至将刺绣图案充分润湿,防止刺绣防毛整理剂渗透到刺绣图案以外的基材;在标准光源箱内检查刺绣图案表面毛羽是否伏贴,局部若还有未伏贴的毛羽则用刺绣防毛整理剂补充涂抹;所述刺绣防毛整理剂包括由20.2wt%甲基丙烯酰胺单体、18.2wt%甲基丙烯酸酯单体、56.6wt%丙烯酸丁酯单体、5wt%丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯单体构成的共聚体、丝素粉、SDS/OP-10复配型表面活性剂、去离子水;
