Abstract
本发明公开了一种全电动精密注射机构,包括料管套、料管芯、固定架、活动架、传动轴、电机和称重传感器,其中固定架安装在料管套上,传动轴一端与料管芯一端相连接,另一端与称重传感器相对,料管芯的另一端位于料管套内,活动架安装在传动轴上,称重传感器安装在活动架上,电机与传动轴相连接,并安装在活动架上。本发明采用电动驱动,驱动力大小调节可靠性高,速度快,而且能明显简化结构,另一方面,称重传感器的设置能使用户得到传动轴的轴向受力,从而获得当前的进料的压力或者注射的压力,防止熔料压缩不实,存在气泡,或压缩过实而升温,破坏熔料的分子结构,进料的压力或者注射压力过大或者过小,提高机构的精密度和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及注射机设计领域,特别是涉及一种注射机构。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机。它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。而注塑机的一个关键部件为其注射机构。
传统注塑机的注射机构,其通常是使用液压驱动,其驱动力大小控制难度大,且结构复杂,制作成本高,另一方面,在进料时,容易出现进料不足或者过度进料的情况,而在注射时,则容易出现注射压力不足或者过大的情况,造成注射不充分或者注射过度,上述情况都会影响注射的精密度,严重时还会损坏机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全电动精密注射机构,可以解决上述问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种全电动精密注射机构,包括料管套、料管芯、固定架、活动架、传动轴、电机和称重传感器,其中固定架安装在料管套上,传动轴的一端与料管芯的一端相连接,另一端与称重传感器相对,料管芯的另一端位于料管套内,活动架安装在传动轴上,称重传感器安装在活动架上,电机与传动轴相连接,并安装在活动架上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过电机驱动传动轴旋转,进而传动轴能驱动料管芯旋转,由于采用电动驱动,驱动力大小调节可靠性高,速度快,而且能明显简化结构,另一方面,称重传感器的设置能使用户得到传动轴的横向受力,从而获得当前的进料的压力或者注射的压力,防止熔料压缩不实,存在气泡,或压缩过实而升温,破坏熔料的分子结构,进料的压力或者注射压力过大或者过小,提高机构的精密度和稳定性,而固定架和活动架的设置是方便对各部件进行固定,保证其工作可靠性。
在一些实施方式中,固定架上设有通孔,其中通孔与料管套相连通。通孔的设置能方便物料的加入。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还包括料斗,料斗安装在固定架上,所述料斗与通孔相连通。料斗的设置能方便对物料进行集中,并缓和物料的加入速度。
在一些实施方式中,传动轴设有开口。开口的设置能便于传动轴与水平移动机构的连接。
在一些实施方式中,称重传感器设有孔,孔和开口相对。孔的设置可以防止称重传感器阻碍传动轴与水平移动机构的连接。
在一些实施方式中,活动架通过轴承安装在传动轴上。轴承的设置能减少传动轴在转动时和活动架之间的摩擦,提高传动轴的使用寿命。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还包括传动机构,电机通过传动机构与传动轴相连接。传动机构的设置能保证电机的动力稳定可靠地传递到传动轴上。
在一些实施方式中,传动机构包括主动轮、从动轮和皮带,主动轮套装在电机上,从动轮套装在传动轴上,皮带绕过主动轮和从动轮后闭合。皮带式传动,可缓和冲击和振动载荷,而且传动平稳,无噪声,精密度高。
在一些实施方式中,固定架底部设有导轨连接座。导轨连接座的设置能方便本发明与导轨的连接,方便实现本发明水平方向的移动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参考图1和图2,一种全电动精密注射机构,包括料管套1、料管芯2、固定架3、活动架4、传动轴5、电机6和称重传感器7。
固定架3嵌装固定在料管套1上,传动轴5的一端与料管芯2的一端通过螺栓固定连接,料管芯2的另一端位于料管套1内,活动架4通过轴承安装在传动轴5上,使得传动轴5能在活动架4内旋转,电机6通过螺栓安装在活动架4上,称重传感器7通过螺栓固定安装在活动架4的尾端,且其与传动轴5的另一端位置相对,另外,传动轴5上设有开口51,称重传感器7上设有孔71,孔71和开口51的位置也相对。
本发明还包括料斗8,固定架3上设有通孔31,通孔31与料管套1的内部相连通,且料斗8通过螺栓安装在固定架3上,料斗8也与通孔31相连通。
本发明还包括传动机构9,传动机构9包括主动轮91、从动轮92和皮带93,主动轮91套装固定在电机6的主轴上,从动轮92套装固定在传动轴5上,皮带93绕过主动轮91和从动轮92后闭合,使得主动轮91能通过皮带93带动从动轮92旋转,即电机6通过传动机构9与传动轴5相连接。
另一方面,固定架3底部设有导轨连接座32。
本发明在使用时,导轨连接座32能与导轨相连接,而固定架3能通过螺栓与墙壁等机构固定,而传动轴5能通过其开口51与水平移动机构固定连接。
当需要注射时,物料能从料斗8上方倒入,物料会通过通孔31进入到料管套1,同时,电机6转动并驱动主动轮91转动,主动轮91通过皮带93带动从动轮92转动,从而传动轴5也会随从动轮92的转动而转动,而与传动轴5固定连接的料管芯2也会转动,由此,料管芯2能通过在料管套1内转动而对物料进行搅拌和破碎,且在物料进入后,料管芯2会受物料的挤压后退,后退时的压力能被称重传感器7所感应,即用户能通过称重传感器7对进料压力进行实时的监控,当进料压力出现问题时,能及时对机构进行调整。
当物料的处理完成后,水平移动机构可以对传动轴5施加水平力,使得传动轴5在水平方向发生移动,从而与传动轴5固定连接的料管芯2水平移动,将处理后的物料从料管套1中注射出去。另一方面,水平移动机构施加的水平力能被称重传感器7所感应,即用户能通过称重传感器7对注射压力进行实时的监控,以在注射压力过大或者过小时,能及时处理。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,包括料管套(1)、料管芯(2)、固定架(3)、活动架(4)、传动轴(5)、电机(6)和称重传感器(7),所述固定架(3)安装在料管套(1)上,所述传动轴(5)的一端与料管芯(2)的一端相连接,另一端与称重传感器(7)相对,所述料管芯(2)的另一端位于料管套(1)内,所述活动架(4)安装在传动轴(5)上,所述称重传感器(7)安装在活动架(4)上,所述电机(6)与传动轴(5)相连接,并安装在活动架(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,所述固定架(3)上设有通孔(31),所述通孔(31)与料管套(1)相连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,包括料斗(8),所述料斗(8)安装在固定架(3)上,所述料斗(8)与通孔(31)相连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,所述传动轴(5)设有开口(51)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,所述称重传感器(7)设有孔(71),所述孔(71)和开口(51)相对。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,所述活动架(4)通过轴承安装在传动轴(5)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,包括传动机构(9),所述电机(6)通过传动机构(9)与传动轴(5)相连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,所述传动机构(9)包括主动轮(91)、从动轮(92)和皮带(93),所述主动轮(91)套装在电机(6)上,所述从动轮(92)套装在传动轴(5)上,所述皮带(93)绕过主动轮(91)和从动轮(92)后闭合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种全电动精密注射机构,其中,所述固定架(3)底部设有导轨连接座(32)。
