Abstract
本发明是一种把芦苇劈成片的工具,特别是把一根芦苇一刀劈成五片的篾刀。它由五棱形刀尖、斜刀刃、瓣状刀架、斜凹导槽和尾柄构成,采用本技术方案中的篾刀劈开一根芦苇时,先用圆柱状尾柄把芦苇根部砸劈成碎批状,把该篾刀的四角形刀尖对准芦苇中心处,把砸成碎批的芦苇壁均匀分别进入五个斜凹导槽内,左手用力推动芦苇杆,该芦苇即均匀劈开成五片,从芦苇根一直劈开至芦苇稍,把劈开的芦苇片用石磙碾压柔软后,就可编织了,因用该篾刀劈成的每一片芦苇篾的宽度都等于芦苇五分之一的周长,所以该篾较窄,适合编织较小的花纹,所以该篾刀既解决了一根芦苇一刀可均匀劈成五片的问题,又比现有技术一根芦苇四刀劈成五片的效率高。

[0001]本发明是一种把芦苇劈成片的工具,特别是把一根芦苇一刀劈成五片的篾刀。
背景技术
[0002]目前,使用的芦苇篾刀与劈竹篾刀的形状基本相同,都是长片状直刀刃、厚刀背、 圆刀柄,只是尺寸较小些,使用芦苇篾刀劈芦苇篾时,从芦苇的根端的直径处入刀劈开,一 根芦苇从根端至稍端分为两瓣,经石磙碾压柔软之后,就成了芦苇篾,就可用于芦苇编织 了。当芦苇直径较粗,又需要编织较小的花纹时,需要把一根芦苇劈成5片芦苇篾正合适时, 用该芦苇篾刀先把芦苇的周长劈成五分之二和五分之三两瓣后,再把五分之二瓣再劈成两 片,把五分之三瓣再劈两刀成为3片,也就是说把一根芦苇用四刀劈成了五片芦苇篾。目前 使用的芦苇篾刀还不能把一根芦苇一刀均匀劈成五片芦苇篾。

[0004] 本发明采取的技术方案是:五片芦苇篾刀,它由五棱形刀尖、斜刀刃、瓣状刀架、斜 凹导槽和尾柄构成,其特征是:该芦苇篾刀尾端是圆柱状尾柄,从前端看是在圆柱体轴心均 匀向五个方向有通向圆柱体外周的斜凹导槽,五个斜凹导槽的槽底在该篾刀的前端相交于 圆柱体轴心呈五棱形刀尖,五棱形刀尖上的每两个棱之间分别有斜凹导槽使五个棱成为五 条斜刀刃,五条斜刀刃分别与五个斜凹导槽的侧壁相交,五条斜刀刃外是五个斜凹导槽间 的瓣状刀架,五个瓣状刀架供操作者右手攥在虎口处,五个斜凹导槽起分别向五个方向引 导并掀劈开芦苇的作用,圆柱状尾柄能起到当作榔头砸劈芦苇根部成碎批状便于均匀入斜 凹导槽的作用。
