[0007]本发明是一种餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾的无害化处理设备,包括给料斗、第一无轴 螺旋、碟形筛、人工^拣台、第二无轴螺旋、持续式给料机、双轴撕碎机、磁选器、第一输送 机、风力2选机、第三无轴螺旋、第一制浆分离机、第四无轴螺旋、旋流除砂系统、第一泵、匀 浆罐、第二泵、湿热水解系统、第三泵、卧式离心机、第五无轴螺旋、碟式离心机、第六无轴虫累 旋、驼峰式磁选器、第二制浆分离机、第七无轴螺旋、湿热蒸压釜、毛油暂存仓、燃汽锅炉厌' 氧系统; ' 所述的给料斗、第一无轴螺旋、碟形筛依次连接,第一无轴螺旋的出液口通过管道与厌 氧系统连通,碟形筛的一个出口与人工分拣台、第二无轴螺旋、持续式给料机、双轴撕碎机、 第一输送机、风力分选机、第三无轴螺旋、第一制浆分离机、第四无轴螺旋、旋流除砂系统、 第一泵、匀浆罐、第二泵、湿热水解系统、第三栗、卧式离心机、第五无轴螺旋、碟式离心机依 次连接,所述的磁选器安装在第一输送机的上方,所述的旋流除砂系统与匀浆罐、匀浆罐与 湿热水解系统、湿热水解系统与卧式离心机皆通过管道连接且在旋流除砂系统与匀浆罐之 间、匀浆罐与湿热水解系统之间、湿热水解系统与卧式离心机之间分别安装有第一栗、第二 泵、第三泵,卧式离心机和碟式离心机的滤液出口通过管道与厌氧系统连通,碟式离心机的 出油口通过管道分别与湿热蒸压釜和毛油暂存仓连通,燃汽锅炉通过管道分别与湿热水解 系统和湿热蒸压釜连通,向湿热水解系统和湿热蒸压釜提供蒸汽;碟形筛的另一个出口与 第六无轴螺旋、驼峰式磁选器、第二制浆分离机、第七无轴螺旋、湿热蒸压釜依次连接。
[0008]本发明还包括除臭系统,所述的除臭系统安装在设备现场。
[0009]采用上述方案后,由于本发明主要包括物料预处理、油水分离、生成产品等步骤, 经过油水分离后,产生的毛油,可以作为原材料加工成生物柴油,油水分离产生的滤液进行 厌氧处理,产生沼气,作为油水分离时的热源。使得本发明具有工艺步骤简单、自动化程度 高等优点,可以有效的分选出有机质里面的无机物杂质和油脂,降低最终厌氧处理的生产 负担,减少工人的工作强度,并产生一定的经济效益。

[0012]如图1所示,本发明是一种餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾的无害化处理工艺,包括以下步 骤: 步骤(1)预处理:餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾经货车运送到工厂卸料存储后,进行筛分、人 工分拣、除铁、破碎、制浆分离和旋流除砂,回收混入垃圾中的金属、塑料、纸张和木竹等有 价值物,除去对后续油水分离和厌氧处理造成影响的薄膜、砖石和泥砂等物质; 步骤(2)油水分离:经过预处理后,经第一制浆分离机13产生的浆料经湿热水解系统19 进行湿热水解和经湿热蒸压釜28进行蒸煮,杀死垃圾中的病毒,析出油脂,然后经卧式离心 机21进行固液分离,经碟式离心机23进行油水分离; 步骤(3)生成产品:经过固液分离和油水分离后,产生毛油和滤液,毛油可作为原材料 加工成生物柴油,滤液经湿热蒸压釜28蒸煮和厌氧处理可产生沼气,所产生的沼气作为油 水分离时的热源。

[0014]所述的除臭系统1安装在设备现场。所述的给料斗2、第一无轴螺旋3、碟形筛4依次 连接,第一无轴螺旋3的出液口通过管道与厌氧系统3丨连通,碟形筛4的一个出口与人工分 拣台5、第二无轴螺旋6、持续式给料机7、双轴撕碎机8、第一输送机10、风力分选机u、第三 无轴螺旋12、第一制浆分离机13、第四无轴螺旋14、旋流除砂系统B、第一栗16、匀浆罐1?^ 第二栗1S、湿热水解系统19、第三泵2〇、卧式离心机21、第五无轴螺旋22、碟式离心机23依次 连接,所述的磁选机9安装在第一输送机1〇的上方,所述的旋流除砂系统15与匀浆罐17、匀 浆罐17与湿热水解系统I9、湿热水解系统19与卧式离心机21皆通过管道连接且在旋流除砂 系统I5与匀浆罐17之间、匀浆罐I7与湿热水解系统丨9之间、湿热水解系统19与卧式离心机 21之间分别安装有第一泵16、第二泵1S、第三泵20,卧式离心机21和碟式离心机23的滤液出 口通过管道与厌氧系统31连通,碟式离心机23的出油口通过管道分别与湿热蒸压釜28和毛 油暂存仓29连通,燃汽锅炉30通过管道分别与湿热水解系统19和湿热蒸压釜別连通,向湿 热水解系统I9和湿热蒸压釜28提供蒸汽;碟形筛4的另一个出口与第六无轴螺旋24、驼峰式 磁选器25、第二制浆分离机26、第七无轴螺旋27、湿热蒸压釜28依次连接。
[0015] 技术说明: 1、给料斗2下部含有筛板和出料无轴螺旋,在中转垃圾的同时,通过挤压等方式,降低 垃圾中的水分含量,同时保证出料的稳定性。
[0016] 2、碟形筛4的筛网孔径是60mm,S卩筛下物尺寸小于等于60x60mm,筛上物大于 60x60mm〇
[0017] 3、持续式给料机7采用倾斜式,上部装有振动电机、筛网、出料螺旋和均料辊,振动 电机可以避免物料搭桥,和均料辊共同保证出料的稳定性;筛网孔径为6mm,通过无轴螺旋 的翻转和物料挤压,可以去掉一部分滤液;另外持续式给料机7通过液压装置来控制倾斜角 度,可以根据后续双轴撕碎机的电流变化控制给料速度。
[0018] 4、粗破采用双轴撕碎8,可以有将此类垃圾破碎到下步分选和制浆分离的最佳粒 径。
[0019] 5、风力分选机11中含有磁选装置和风选装置两种方式,磁选装置可以有效分离出 垃圾中的铁磁性物质,风力分选机11可以分离出里面的轻物质,如纸和薄膜等。
[0020] 6、采用第一制浆分离机13和第二制浆分离机26,集破碎、清洗、分选和脱水于一 体,保证滤渣和滤液的充分分离;同时,可以分离出前部没有完全去除掉的塑料、木竹等物 质。
[0021] 7、旋流除砂系统15利用水力旋流,使泥砂等重物质和滤液分开,达到除砂目的。
[0022] 8、匀浆罐17起到中转作用,在有机质水解阶段,可以储存制浆分离机产生的浆液; 匀浆罐17中带有搅拌螺旋轴,防止浆液沉降。
[0023] 9、厌氧处理产生的沼气,经过脱硫和脱水处理后,通过燃气锅炉,作为湿热水解和 湿热蒸压釜的热源,多余的沼气,可以作为周边居民的供暖使用,或者经再次提纯后作为民 用天然气使用。
[0024] 1〇、厌氧处理后产生的沼液,可以经压滤、离心脱水处理,产生的废水送入污水处 理厂处理,达标后排放;滤渣可以进行堆肥处理,用于制成肥料。
[0025] 11、除臭系统1在现场进行布置,以利于管道布置于垃圾给料斗2、碟形筛4和人工 分拣台5,对臭气进行集中处理。

Claims (3)
1.一种餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾的无害化处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: 步骤(1)物料预处理:餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾经货车运送到工厂卸料存储后,进行筛 分、人工分拣、除铁、破碎、制浆分离和旋流除砂,回收混入垃圾中的金属、塑料、纸张和木竹 等有价值物,除去对后续油水分离和厌氧处理造成影响的薄膜、砖石和泥砂等物质; 步骤(2)油水分离:物料经过预处理后,经制浆分离机产生的浆料进行湿热水解和蒸 煮,杀死垃圾中的病毒,析出油脂,然后经离心机进行固液分离和油水分离; ^ 步骤(3)生成产品:经过固液分离和油水分离后,产生毛油和滤液,毛油可作为原材料 加工成生物柴油,滤液经蒸煮和厌氧处理可产生沼气,所产生的沼气作为油水分离时的热 源。
2.—种根据权利要求1所述的餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾的无害化处理设备,其特征在于: 包括给料斗、第一无轴螺旋、碟形筛、人工分拣台、第二无轴螺旋、持续式给料机、双轴撕碎 机、磁选器、第一输送机、风力分选机、第三无轴螺旋、第一制浆分离机、第四无轴螺旋、旋流 除砂系统、第一泵、匀浆罐、第二栗、湿热水解系统、第三泵、卧式离心机、第五无轴螺旋、碟 式离心机、第六无轴螺旋、驼峰式磁选器、第二制浆分离机、第七无轴螺旋、湿热蒸压釜、毛 油暂存仓、燃汽锅炉、厌氧系统; 所述的给料斗、第一无轴螺旋、碟形筛依次连接,第一无轴螺旋的出液口通过管道与厌 氧系统连通,碟形筛的一个出口与人工分拣台、第二无轴螺旋、持续式给料机、双轴撕碎机、 第一输送机、风力分选机、第三无轴螺旋、第一制浆分离机、第四无轴螺旋、旋流除砂系统、 第一泵、匀浆罐、第二栗、湿热水解系统、第三栗、卧式离心机、第五无轴螺旋、碟式离心机依 次连接,所述的磁选器安装在第一输送机的上方,所述的旋流除砂系统与匀浆罐、匀浆罐与 湿热水解系统、湿热水解系统与卧式离心机皆通过管道连接且在旋流除砂系统与勾楽罐之 间、匀浆罐与湿热水解系统之间、湿热水解系统与卧式离心机之间分别安装有第一栗、第二 泵、第三泵,卧式离心机和碟式离心机的滤液出口通过管道与厌氧系统连通,碟式离心机的 出油口通过管道分别与湿热蒸压釜和毛油暂存仓连通,燃汽锅炉通过管道分别与湿热水解 系统和湿热蒸压釜连通,向湿热水解系统和湿热蒸压釜提供蒸汽;碟形筛的另一个出口与 第六无轴螺旋、驼峰式磁选器、第二制浆分离机、第七无轴螺旋、湿热蒸压釜依次连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的餐厨、果蔬、菜市场垃圾的无害化处理设备,其特征在于:还包 括除臭系统,所述的除臭系统安装在设备现场。
