Abstract

一种丝的表面清洁剂,采用表面活性剂A与物质B复配使用后,可与油渍形成低(10‑2mN/m)或超低(10‑3mN/m)界面张力,能够作为有效的驱油剂应用。并且清洁后对丝采用壳聚糖、2,3‑环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、3‑氯‑2‑羟丙基三甲基氯化铵从根本上对丝的性能进行改性处理,克服了其自身存在的一些缺陷,提高了丝后续的上色率,降低了后续染色步骤的难度;经过该步骤处理后,其织物的上染率和固色率可以提高30%左右;同时使其可以适用于低盐染色,降低了后续染色步骤的难度,降低了印染废水中的盐分含量,降低了环境污染。

背景技术
[0003] 印染加工在实际生产过程中,因各种复杂因素,不可避免地产生各种疵布。这些疵 布的产生有在生产过程中产生的,如预定型温度不均匀、温差大,易产生染色色差大或两 边色、两面色;染色机因故停机、堵布,易产生染色不匀(色花、色斑);染液分散不稳定,易造 成染化料聚集或凝聚吸附在织物表面而产生染色斑次等,但很多时候是原坯布的问题,主 要是一个油剂问题,原坯布残留油剂未去除干净,染色时就会遇到色花、色点、油斑等问题。 近年来,随着原料成本压力的增加,有不少厂商采用增加油剂量和采用劣质的油剂等方式 来应对市场。这无疑是给后道的印染加工“雪上加霜”。因此,在印染加工过程中避免产生 不均匀现象是印染工艺质量的重要指标之一的今天,如何去油就显得尤为重要。目前印染 厂在实际生产过程中基本上是增加一道前处理去油工艺,采用去油后再染色的两浴法加 工工艺,其优点是去油干净,可以减少病疵的产生;缺点是能耗大、工艺时间长,增加生产 成本。在节能、降耗的今天,如何在油剂量增多、油剂质量差、油剂乳化力差的情况下,采用 前处理去油、染色一浴法达到加工要求,才是解决问题的关键。在去油、染色一浴的工艺中, 需要加入去油剂和匀染剂两种助剂。如果去油剂选择不当,会对染色的色光、染色的均匀 性、染料的高温分散性等方面造成影响,从而影响生产质量。因此这就需要去油剂不仅要有 优异的去油效果,而且对染色影响要小、与匀染剂的配伍性要好。

[0005] 本发明针对现有技术的不足提供一种具有高效去油、对后续染整影响小的丝表面 清洁剂。本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的。
[0006] 一种丝的表面清洁剂,其特征在于:含有烷基酚类表面活性剂、和草酸,碳酸盐。
[0007] 生产包括如下步骤: (I) 100-250g物质A和50-300g物质B,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入草酸120-200g,碳酸盐 100-150g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-30g,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5g,硫脲5-15g,乙二胺四乙酸 二钠 20-40g,水 IOOOg 物质A的结构式如下:

[0009] 有益效果 本发明的表面活性剂A具有良好的水溶性和耐硬水性、高效的发泡能力与出众的抗高 温耐高盐性能。在工业洗涤、纺织和三次采油等众多领域具有很好的应用前景,与传统支 链烷基酚非均质聚氧乙烯醚乙酸类表面活性剂相比,性能更稳定,生物降解更容易。可作为 农药乳化剂、金属油污除垢剂、矿石浮选促集剂和起泡剂、丝绸染整匀染剂和分散剂、皮革 处理鞣化剂、润滑添加剂、燃料添加剂、防锈添加剂、纤维清洗剂和发泡剂的配方原料之 〇
[0010] 本发明的表面活性剂A具有较低的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和表面张力,其临界胶束浓 度10-6〜l〇-3mol/L,在CMC下的表面张力为45〜23mN/m,能与众多不同油质原油的界面张 力达到超低(10-3mN/m),与传统支链烷基酚非均质聚氧乙烯醚乙酸类表面活性剂相比,性 能更稳定,生物降解更容易。其与物质B复配使用后,可与油渍形成低(10-2mN/m)或超低 (10-3mN/m)界面张力,能够作为有效的驱油剂应用;在硬水体系时,加入少量碳酸钠也可达 到超低界面张力;
具体实施方式
