[0002] 铝压铸件是一种压力铸造的零件,是使用装好铸件模具的压力铸造机械压铸机, 将加热为液态的铝或铝合金浇入压铸机的入料口,经压铸机压铸,铸造出模具限制的形状 和尺寸的铝零件或铝合金零件;被广泛应用于汽车制造、内燃机生产、摩托车制造、电动机 制造、油栗制造等各个行业。铝压铸件可以做出各种较复杂的形状,也可作出较高的精度和 光洁度,从而很大程度的减少了铸件的机械加工量和金属铝或铝合金的铸造余量,不仅节 约了电力、金属材料、还大大节约了劳动成本。
[0003] 虽然铝压铸件具有较高的精度和光洁度,但是铝压铸件制作成型之后还有以下缺 点:铝压铸件表面会粘附有一些废肩和灰尘,必须要对表面粘附的废肩和粉尘进行清理以 提高铝压铸件表面的光洁度,如果采用人工一个个对铝压铸件进行清理,这样会极大的增 加工作人员的劳动强度且操作也比较繁琐。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明意在提供一种能够保证将铝压铸件表面的杂质彻底清理掉,减轻工作人员 的工作强度,使产品表面的光洁度提高的铝压铸件清理装置。
[0005] 本方案中的铝压铸件清理装置,包括机架、清洗机构和输送机构,所述清洗机构包 括清洗筒,清洗筒内侧的底部设有若干刷叶和排水孔,清洗筒内侧的顶部设有若千喷头,清 洗筒外底部的一侧设有铰接的第一支撑架,清洗筒外底部的另一侧设有铰接的第二支撑 架,清洗筒一端的上方设有安装在机架上的摆杆,摆杆的中部铰接有固定块,摆杆的一侧设 有用于与摆杆相抵推动摆杆摆动的凸轮,摆杆的两端与第一支撑架的端部较接,第二支撑 架的端部均铰接有连杆,连杆与摆杆的两端铰接,第一支撑架的铰接点较接有支腿,第二支 撑架的铰接点铰接有支杆,支杆上转动连接有第一滚轮,所述喷头连通有进水管,进水管上 设有进水阀,进水阀的阀杆上连有齿轮,齿轮啮合有齿条,齿条上转动连接有第二滚轮,机 架上滑动设有楔块,楔块上设有第一楔面和第二楔面,第一滚轮与第一楔面相抵,第二滚轮 与第二楔面相抵,楔块与机架之间连接有弹簧,清洗筒与输送机构之间设有倾斜设置在机 架上的通道,通道的表面凹凸不平,通道的凹处设有开孔,通道的上方设有叶片,叶片与凸 轮同轴相连。
[0006] 本方案的技术原理为:机架为整个装置提供支撑,清洗筒是为了将铝压铸件放置 在其中进行对铝压铸件表面的杂质进行清理;凸轮是为了在转动过程中与摆杆的一侧相 抵,使摆杆不断的进行摆动,摆动的摆杆带动摆杆上铰接的连杆一起带动第一支撑架和第 二支撑架各自以自己的铰接点进行转动,通过摆杆的摆动使得第一支撑架和第二支撑架与 水平面之间的夹角不断的发生变化,从而使清洗筒在第一支撑架和第二支撑架的支撑下随 着第一支撑架和第二支撑架与水平面之间的夹角的变化而发生晃动,从而使得铝压铸件在 清洗筒内发生翻滚,铝压铸件之间相互摩擦,提高铝压铸件表面的光洁度,同时将铝压铸件 表面的杂质摩擦掉;刷叶是为了铝压铸件在清洗筒内进行翻滚的过程中,刷叶与铝压铸件 之间相互摩擦,进一步提高铸件表面的光洁度,提高铝压铸件表面的清理质量;进水管是为 了在铝压铸件表面经过摩擦,提高铝压铸件表面的光洁度及去除铝压铸件表面的杂质之 后,打开进水管上的进水阀,水从喷头中喷出,对铝压铸件表面经过摩擦之后铝压铸件表面 粘附的废屑进行冲洗,将铝压铸件清洗干净,同时废肩随着水流从排水孔中排走;在打开进 水阀的时候,进水阀的阀杆转动,从而带动安装在阀杆上的齿轮转动,转动的齿轮带动与齿 轮啮合的齿条向靠近楔块的方向滑动,从而使齿条上连接第二滚轮在楔块的第二楔面上滑 动相抵,使得楔块向靠近支腿方向滑动,同时楔块在滑动过程中,第一滚轮在楔块上沿着第 一楔面向远离楔块的方向滑动,第一滚轮推动支杆向远离楔块方向移动,使得清洗筒的第 二支撑架一端的高度上升,清洗筒与水平面之间形成一个夹角,清洗筒还在不断的晃动,清 理干净的铝压铸件在清洗筒内向位于清洗筒的第一支撑架端滑动,进入输送机构运输走; 通道在清洗筒倾斜过程中,清理干净的铝压铸件落到倾斜设置的通道上在自身重力及铝压 铸件与通道的摩擦力作用下滑落到输送机构上运走,同时在清洗筒倾斜过程中,有部分水 会顺着倾斜的清洗筒流到通道上,水流到通道的凹处的开孔中流走,使得水与铝压铸件分 离,避免水顺着通道流入输送机构内;叶片与凸轮同轴相连,转动的凸轮带动叶片转动产生 气流,将通道上的铝压铸件表面上粘附的水吹干,铝压铸件在通道上滑落的过程中,因通道 表面凹凸不平,使得铝压铸件在通道上以铝压铸件与凹凸不平的通道的接触点为固定块进 行翻转,铝压铸件在通道上滑落的过程中不断的进行翻滚,叶片产生的气流能够对铝压铸 件表面的各个角度进行吹扫,将铝压铸件表面粘附的水完成的吹干。
[0007]使用时,将待清理的铝压铸件加入清洗筒中,转动凸轮,凸轮在转动的过程中摆杆 的一侧相抵,使得摆杆进行连续的摆动,摆杆的摆动拉动第一支撑架的夹角和第二支撑架 的夹角不断的发生变化,清洗筒随着第一支撑架和第二支撑架角度的变化而不断的发生晃 动,使得铝压铸件在清洗筒内发生翻滚,铝压铸件之间相互摩擦且铝压铸件与刷叶之间发 生摩擦,提高铝压铸件表面的光洁度,同时去除铝压铸件表面上的杂质;然后打开进水阀, 水从进水管中进入喷头,从喷头中喷出,对铝压铸件经过摩擦之后粘附在其表面上的废屑 冲洗干净,冲洗之后的水从排水孔中流走,打开进水阀的同时进水阀的阀杆转动带动齿轮 转动,转动的齿轮带动啮合的齿条向靠近楔块方向移动,第二滚轮在第二楔面上滑动相抵, 楔块向靠近支腿方向滑动,弹簧收缩,第一滚轮在第一楔面上向远离楔块方向滑动并与第 一楔面相抵,支杆向远离楔块方向移动,清洗筒位于第二支撑架的一端高度上升,清洗筒与 水平面形成一个夹角,同时清洗筒在晃动,清洗筒内完成清理的铝压铸件向靠近第一支撑 架的一端滑动,铝压铸件滑落到通道上,同时有少量的水流到通道上,水从通道上凹处的开 孔中流走,铝压铸件在凹凸不平的通道上翻滚,在转动的叶片产生的气流下将铝压铸件表 面粘附的水吹干,然后铝压铸件掉落到输送机构上运走;铝压铸件从清洗筒内全部滑落到 通道上后,关闭进水阀,进水阀的阀杆带动齿轮反向转动,齿轮带动啮合的齿条向远离楔块 的方向移动,第二滚轮在第二楔面上向远离楔块方向滑动并与第二楔面相抵,弹簧伸长,楔 块向远离支腿方向滑动,第一滚轮在第一楔面上向靠近楔块方向滑动并与第一楔面相抵, 支杆向靠近楔块方向移动,清洗筒靠近第二支撑架的一端高度下降,清洗筒恢复到水平位 置。
[0008] 本方案的有益效果为:1、通过摆杆的摆动,使得清洗筒进行晃动,铝压铸件在清洗 筒内进行翻滚并发生摩擦,提高铝压铸件表面的光洁度,清理掉铝压铸件表面的杂质;2、通 过调节进水阀使清洗筒倾斜,喷头出水之后将铝压铸件表面粘附的废肩以及铝压铸件之间 相互摩擦产生的废屑冲洗干净,同时铝压铸件从清洗筒中滑落到通道上;3、通道的表面凹 凸不平,使得铝压铸件在通道上进行翻滚,叶片转动产生气流对翻滚的铝压铸件各个角度 进行吹干,提高铝压铸件的干燥速度,避免造成干燥死角,同时通道的凹处的开孔使水与铝 压铸件进行分离。
[0009] 进一步,所述输送机构包括主动轮和从动轮,主动轮与从动轮之间张紧有传送带, 传送带的上方设有转动设置在机架上的清理轮。通过主动轮与从动轮的转动带动传送带运 动,将铝压铸件送走,在传送带传送的过程中,清理轮还能够进一步的对铝压铸件进行清 理。
[0010] 进一步,所述主动轮与凸轮的偏心位置之间铰接有偏心杆。转动的主动轮通过偏 心杆带动凸轮转动,提高了能量的利用率。
[0011] 进一步,所述清洗筒下方设有废液收集槽,通道凹处的开孔与废液收集槽连通。通 过废液收集槽对清洗铝压铸件之后的污水进行收集,避免产生的污水到处都是,影响工作 的环境。
[0012]进一步,所述进水管与喷头之间连通有软管。通过软管对进水管与喷头进行软连 接,使得清洗筒在对铝压铸件进行清理的过程中能够自由移动。

[0019] 使用时,将待清理的铝压铸件加入清洗筒2中,主动轮23转动,主动轮23通过偏心 杆带动凸轮27转动,凸轮27在转动的过程中摆杆19的左侧相抵,使得摆杆19进行连续的摆 动,摆杆19的摆动拉动第一支撑架和第二支撑架,使第一支撑架和第二支撑架的夹角不断 的发生变化,清洗筒2进而发生晃动,铝压铸件在清洗筒2内发生翻滚,铝压铸件之间相互摩 擦且铝压铸件与刷叶17之间发生摩擦,提高铝压铸件表面的光洁度,同时去除铝压铸件表 面上的杂质;然后打开进水阀,水从进水管12中通过软管15进入喷头16中喷出,对铝压铸件 表面上因摩擦而产生的废屑冲洗干净,冲洗之后的水从排水孔18中流入废液收集槽29中, 在打开进水阀的同时进水阀的阀杆转动带动齿轮13逆时针转动,转动的齿轮13带动啮合的 齿条14向下滑动,第二滚轮11在第二楔面10上滑动相抵,使楔块8向左滑动,弹簧收缩,第一 滚轮7在第一楔面9上沿着第一楔面9向上滑动,支杆6向上移动,清洗筒2的右端高度上升, 清洗筒2呈倾斜状态,同时清洗筒2在晃动,清洗筒2内完成清理的铝压铸件在清洗筒2内向 左端滑动,铝压铸件依次的滑落到通道21上,同时伴有少量的水流到通道21上,水从通道21 上凹处的开孔22中流到接液槽中进入废液收集槽29中,铝压铸件在凹凸不平的通道21上翻 滚,转动的凸轮27带动同轴相连的叶片28转动,叶片28产生的气流将铝压铸件表面粘附的 水吹干,然后铝压铸件掉落到传送带25上向左运送,通过清理轮26进一步的清理;铝压铸件 从清洗筒2内全部滑落到通道21上后,关闭进水阀,进水阀的阀杆带动齿轮13顺时针转动, 齿轮13带动啮合的齿条14向上滑动,第二滚轮11在楔块8上沿着第二楔面10向上滑动且相 抵,弹簧伸长,楔块8向右滑动,第一滚轮7在楔块8上沿着第一楔面9向下滑动且相抵,支杆6 向下移动,清洗筒2右侧的高度下降,清洗筒2恢复到水平位置,进行下一次的铝压铸件的清 理。
