As shown in fig. 1, the frame body 1 is a hollow cuboid, and the frame body 1 is provided with a first through hole 11 located on the left and right surfaces and a second through hole 12 located above the first through hole 11. The first through holes 11 are two and are respectively located on the left surface and the right surface of the frame body 1, and the first through holes 11 are cylindrical. The water outlet pipe 71 is L-shaped, and one end of the water outlet pipe 71 is aligned with the first through hole 11 and is fixedly connected with the side surface of the frame body 1, so that the inside of the water outlet pipe 71 is communicated with the inside of the frame body 1. The third valve 72 is disposed on the water outlet pipe 71, and is configured to control the flow rate of water in the water outlet pipe 71. The second support 73 is concave, one end of the second support 73 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the frame body 1, and the other end of the second support 73 is fixedly connected with the water outlet pipe 71.
