PUFA油的乳液是已知的。它们可用于多个应用领域,并且它们以液体或干燥形式使用。

另一方面,强烈需要提供天然和/或有机的乳液。

本发明的目标是提供包含二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)油的乳液,根据国家规定(特别是欧洲(EU)、美国、日本和中国)其为天然的和/或有机的。
因此,本发明涉及一种乳液,其包含:
基于乳液的总重,5-40重量-%(wt-%)的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)油;和
基于乳液的总重,3-15wt-%的至少一种乳化剂;和
基于乳液的总重,1-5wt-%的抗坏血酸和/或柠檬酸;
基于乳液的总重,0.5-5wt-%的至少一种碱;和
基于乳液的总重,35-90.5wt-%的水;和
150ppm-1000ppm的至少一种生育酚;和
1000ppm-5000ppm的迷迭香提取物,
其中,
该乳液的pH介于5和7之间;并且
该乳液基本上不含抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯;并且
该乳液是天然的和/或有机的。
在本发明的上下文中,“基本上不含抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯(AP)”指的是,根据“有机”和“天然”的法律定义,根据本发明的乳液仍可视为“有机的”和/或“天然的”。
根据本发明的所有成分都是天然和/或有机的。这表示,该乳液的所有成分都是通过使用天然和/或有机的方法来生产(或提取)的。

在一些实施方式中,生育酚以150ppm到1000ppm的量存在于乳液中,在一个优选的实施方式中,生育酚以200到800ppm的量存在。
生育酚(或生育酚的混合物)可以混入乳液中,或者其可以先混入PUFA油中,然后作为混合物添加到乳液中。
根据本发明的乳液包含迷迭香提取物。
短语“迷迭香提取物”指的是能从迷迭香得到的、具有抗氧化活性的任意提取物。提取以能得到天然和/或有机迷迭香提取物的方式进行。
迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis,唇形科)是一种在地中海地区无处不在的织物,其特征是抗氧化和抗菌的药理性质。
迷迭香提取物是从迷迭香植物中提取的天然和已知的材料。

通过下列方法制备乳液:分别制备油相和水相,随后通过适当的预均化装置(例如转子-定子、micer圆盘等)将油相在水相中均质化,并且随后施加高压均质。
该乳液的pH值为6。
该天然和有机的乳液储存稳定并且易于掺入任意制剂。

Claims (10)

1.一种乳液,其包含:
基于所述乳液的总重,5-40wt-%的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)油;和
基于所述乳液的总重,3-15wt-%的至少一种乳化剂;和
基于所述乳液的总重,1-5wt-%的抗坏血酸和/或柠檬酸;
基于所述乳液的总重,0.5-5wt-%的至少一种碱;和
基于所述乳液的总重,35-90.5wt-%的水;和
150ppm-1000ppm的至少一种生育酚;和
1000ppm-5000ppm的迷迭香提取物,
其中,
所述乳液的pH介于5和7之间;并且
所述乳液基本上不含抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳液,其中,所述乳液是天然和/或有机的。
3.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的乳液,其中,所述乳化剂选自由卵磷脂、乳清蛋白、阿拉伯树胶(水提取的)、水解的骨胶原、果胶和鱼明胶组成的组。
4.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的乳液,其中,所述乳化剂是鱼明胶。
5.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的乳液,其中,所用的碱是NaOH。
6.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的乳液,其中,所述生育酚选自由dl-α-生育酚、d-α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚和δ-生育酚组成的组。
7.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的乳液,其中,使用200到800ppm的生育酚。
8.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的乳液,其中,使用500到4000ppm的迷迭香提取物。
9.权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的乳液在食物、饲料或个人护理产品中的用途。
10.包含权利要求1-8中任意一项所述乳液的食物、饲料或个人护理产品。
