acidifying the palygorskite powder containing sodium phosphate: putting the palygorskite powder containing sodium phosphate into a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 15%, wherein the weight ratio of the palygorskite powder containing sodium phosphate to the hydrochloric acid solution is 1: 30, stirring for 4 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, washing the hydrochloric acid solution clean by using clear water, and drying to obtain acidified palygorskite powder for later use;
thirdly, carrying out ion loading treatment on the acidified palygorskite powder: putting the acidified palygorskite powder into a mixed solution of a silver nitrate solution and a zinc nitrate solution, wherein the concentration of the silver nitrate solution in the mixed solution is 0.01mol/L, the concentration of the zinc nitrate solution is 0.1mol/L, the ratio of the silver nitrate solution to the zinc nitrate solution is 1: 1, uniformly mixing 1kg of the acidified palygorskite powder and 1 liter of the mixed solution of the silver nitrate and the zinc nitrate at the temperature of 60 ℃ and under the condition of the pH value of 5, standing for 6 hours to enable the acidified palygorskite powder to fully adsorb silver ions and zinc ions, washing and drying the acidified palygorskite powder fully adsorbed with the silver ions and the zinc ions, and then grinding the acidified palygorskite powder with the silver ions and the zinc ions, wherein the grinding fineness is 100 meshes, so that the palygorskite powder loaded with the silver ions and the zinc ions is obtained for later use;
fourthly, manufacturing the composite sterilization filter body: the method comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing 60 parts by weight of palygorskite powder loaded with silver and zinc ions, 20 parts by weight of tourmaline powder with the purity of more than 80% and the fineness of 100 meshes, 10 parts by weight of sepiolite powder with the purity of more than 80% and the fineness of 100 meshes and 10 parts by weight of titanium dioxide powder with the purity of more than 80% and the fineness of 100 meshes to prepare the composite sterilizing filter body 304, wherein the composite sterilizing filter body 304 is applied to a filter 3 in the negative oxygen ion formaldehyde-removing warm air humidifying air purifier.
