[0004] 传统的树脂固定床再生系统,仅适用于大孔径的树脂,而对于粉末树脂来说,由于 其粒径较小,树脂间孔隙率小,树脂再生液通过时树脂床层时会由于阻力过大而导致再生 液无法穿过树脂层。目前工业应用的粉末树脂的再生主要是将待再生的树脂和再生液按一 定体积比进行完全混合再生,然后将再生过程中产生的脱附液外排处置。在此过程中,机械 混合不仅导致粉末树脂的机械破碎,同时再生效率较低,并且外排脱附液增加了处置的难 度,并且脱附液中残留了许多没有充分利用的再生剂。对于规模较大的饮用水和市政污水 的深度净化过程,如何选择更加适合的再生条件以及减少脱附液产量成为目前粉末树脂技 术广泛应用的一个瓶颈。

[0034] 本发明中固定床主体再生反应器1的高径比3:1〜5:1,且固定床主体再生反应器I 的底部为倒等腰梯形结构,且该倒等腰梯形的斜边与水平面夹角为10°〜25°,倒等腰梯形 的斜边与下底的长度比为5:1〜10:1,能对内部物料有效导流。穿孔布水管2沿固定床主体 再生反应器1中心向四周发散均匀布置,个数为2〜6个,且穿孔布水管2表面间隔穿孔布水 管2直径的1/10〜1/20均匀开孔,保证布水均匀。固定床主体再生反应器1底部曝气管23上 均匀开孔,上部安装微孔曝气头,曝气头个数为2〜8个,可有效防止压力过大导致的树脂板 结。

[0038] 步骤二、依靠外接风机产生的空气压作用,将固定床主体再生反应器1内的脱附液 通过水栗11的水射器作用流入脱附液储备罐9中;
[0039] 步骤三、步骤二中产生的脱附液与再生液储备罐10中的再生液分别通过水栗11、 水栗14循环用于下一次树脂再生,直到树脂再生效果不能满足再生要求时,将脱附液外排 处置。
[0040] 本发明中的再生液储备罐10中的再生液为氯化钠溶液、氢氧化钠溶液、盐酸溶液、 碳酸氢钠溶液中的一种,再生液的质量浓度为5 %〜30 %,再生液投加质量为上个循环剩余 的脱附液质量的10%〜50%,且再生液储备罐10中的再生液、脱附液储备罐9中的脱附液与 树脂床层3的接触时间均为5〜30min,脱附液可循环套用2〜10次。

Omg/L左右。本实施例中固定床主体再生反应器1为钢制密闭结构,上部为圆 柱形,外接风机进气,圆柱直径为1.5m,底部为倒等腰梯形结构,且下底长度为0.3m,固定床 主体再生反应器1的整体高度为5m,树脂床层3的高度约为2〜2.5m,穿孔布水管2主干管直 径为150_,还包括四个支管,每个支管上开孔孔眼直径为10_,树脂分离器4直径为150_, 个数为4个,开孔孔眼直径为10mm,树脂分离器4外部包裹200目尼龙筛网,用于磁性树脂的 再生截留;脱附液储备罐9和再生液储备罐10均为圆柱形,且直径为2.5m,高度为3m,再生液 储备罐10中的再生液为质量浓度为15%的氯化钠溶液,每次再生时上次循环剩余脱附液和 再生液投加质量比为3:1,本实施例中所有阀门均为气动阀门,水栗11、水栗14及所有阀门 均通过PLC实现自动化控制,当脱附效率不能满足要求时,将脱附液外排送至污水厂处理。 表1为脱附液套用次数对再生液吸附水体CODMn浓度的影响。

[0048] 本实施例的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,应用于印染废水经生化处理 后尾水,树脂可将生化尾水中的CODcr由8mg/L降至约6.5mg/L,去除率维持在12-25% WTN 由10 · 6mg/L降至约9 · 4mg/L,去除率维持在9-16% ;将TP由0 · 35mg/L降至约0 · 3mg/L,去除率 维持在12-15%;将氨氮由0.26mg/L降至0.11mg/L,去除率维持在55-65%;将色度由8度降 至2度,去除率达75 %。

1. 一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:包括固定床主体再生反应器 (1)、脱附液储备罐⑼和再生液储备罐(10),固定床主体再生反应器⑴顶部设置有进气口 (16)并与风机相连,固定床主体再生反应器(1)内依次设置有穿孔布水管(2)、树脂床层 (3)、曝气管(23)和树脂分离器(4),固定床主体再生反应器⑴底部开设有树脂排出口(7) 和脱附液排出口(6);固定床主体再生反应器(1)的侧壁上设置有再生液管(5),再生液管 (5)的上端与穿孔布水管(2)相连,且再生液管(5)上还设置有清水管(8);再生液储备罐 (10)底部的再生液出口管(13)与再生液管(5)相连通,脱附液排出口(6)与脱附液储备罐 ⑼上部的脱附液进口管(15)相连,脱附液储备罐⑼底部的脱附液储罐出口管(12)与再生 液管⑸相连。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:固定床 主体再生反应器(1)的高径比3:1〜5:1。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:固定床 主体再生反应器⑴的底部为倒等腰梯形结构,且该倒等腰梯形的斜边与水平面夹角为10° 〜25°,倒等腰梯形的斜边与下底的长度比为5:1〜10:1。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:曝气管 (23)上均匀开孔,上部安装微孔曝气头,曝气头个数为2〜8个。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:穿孔布 水管(2)沿固定床主体再生反应器(1)中心向四周发散均匀布置,个数为2〜6个,穿孔布水 管(2)表面间隔穿孔布水管(2)直径的1/10〜1/20均匀开孔。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:树脂分 离器⑷为2〜4个沿固定床主体再生反应器⑴底部斜边平行设置的空心圆柱体,树脂分离 器⑷并联连接在脱附液排出口⑹上。
7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的一种适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统,其特征在于:树 脂分离器⑷的直径为固定床主体再生反应器⑴直径的1/10〜1/15,树脂分离器⑷表面 均匀开孔,开孔孔眼直径及间距均为树脂分离器⑷直径的1/5〜1/20,且树脂分离器⑷表 面紧密缠绕孔径小于粉末树脂粒径的筛网,筛网材质选用尼龙或腈纶或不锈钢。
8. —种实现如权利要求1所述的适用于粉末树脂再生的固定床系统脱附液减量化的方 法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 步骤一、脱附液储备罐⑼中的脱附液通过水栗(11),经脱附液储罐出口管(12)进入固 定床主体再生反应器(1),再生液储备罐(10)中的再生液通过水栗(14),经再生液出口管 (13)进入固定床主体再生反应器(1),再生液流经树脂床层(3); 步骤二、依靠外接风机产生的空气压作用,将固定床主体再生反应器(1)内的脱附液通 过水栗(11)的水射器作用流入脱附液储备罐(9)中; 步骤三、步骤二中产生的脱附液与再生液储备罐(10)中的再生液分别通过水栗(11)、 水栗(14)循环用于下一次树脂再生,直到树脂再生效果不能满足再生要求时,将脱附液外 排处置。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种实现脱附液减量化的方法,其特征在于:步骤一中再生液 投加质量为上个循环剩余的脱附液质量的10%〜50%。
10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的一种实现脱附液减量化的方法,其特征在于:再生液储备 罐(10)中的再生液、脱附液储备罐(9)中的脱附液与树脂床层(3)的接触时间均为5〜 30min〇
