Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of marine vessels, in particular to an oil-water mixing prevention ventilation head of a marine vessel oil tank.
Background
In order to ensure that the endurance is maximized when the ship is sailing, the oil storage capacity of the oil tank is larger and larger. Because of thermal expansion and contraction or jolt of the ship, the oil in the oil tank can accelerate volatilization, the pressure of the oil tank gradually increases, and hidden danger of explosion exists. In order to avoid excessive pressure in the oil tank, an air permeable head is usually arranged in the oil tank to be communicated with the atmosphere. The existing ventilation head is improper in design, so that external seawater is easy to enter the oil tank, and the quality of oil is reduced. When jolting, the oil in the oil tank can splash out from the ventilation head, so that the environment is polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a ventilation device for an oil tank of a marine ship, which can separate oil from water. Not only can effectively avoid the backflow of water, but also can collect splashed oil independently, so as to avoid pollution caused by oil-water mixing.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the marine ship oil tank ventilation device comprises an oil collecting tank, wherein the oil collecting tank is arranged on a ship deck; a baffle plate is arranged in the oil collecting tank, the inner cavity of the oil collecting tank is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the baffle plate, the top of the upper tank body of the oil collecting tank is opened, and the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank is a sealed tank body; the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank is connected with the oil tank through a vertical ventilation pipe, and the top of the ventilation pipe is higher than the bottom surface of the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank; the upper tank body of the oil collecting tank is internally provided with a ventilation head, the bottom of the ventilation head penetrates through the partition plate to be communicated with the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank, the top of the ventilation head is closed, a baffle is welded in a cavity at the upper part of the ventilation head, a vent hole is formed in the baffle, the center of the baffle is fixedly provided with a vertical piston shaft, a piston is connected in series with a piston column, the piston slides up and down along the piston shaft, and the piston covers the vent hole; the side of the head of the ventilation head is communicated with the outside air through a right-angle air outlet pipe, the joint of the right-angle air outlet pipe and the ventilation head is higher than the piston, and the air outlet of the right-angle air outlet pipe is vertically downward and positioned in the upper tank body of the oil collecting tank.
Further, a drain valve is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank.
Still further, install the drain cock on the box side on the oil collecting tank.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the ventilation head is divided into two sections, one section is connected with the oil tank, and splashed oil is concentrated on the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank to prevent overflow; the other end is communicated with the atmosphere, water is prevented from flowing backwards under the action of gravity through the piston, and meanwhile, when the pressure is high, the piston is jacked up by the pressure to reduce the pressure; the two sections of the ventilation head realize ventilation through the lower box body of the oil collecting box; the lower tank body of the oil collecting tank collects oil, the upper tank body of the oil collecting tank collects water, and oil-water mixing is avoided.
The technical scheme has simple structure, can effectively separate oil from water and recycle the oil, and prevents pollution.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention.
In the figure: the oil collecting tank 1, the oil collecting tank upper tank 11, the oil collecting tank lower tank 12, the ventilation head 2, the baffle 21, the ventilation hole 22, the vertical piston shaft 23, the piston 24, the right-angle air outlet pipe 25, the partition plate 3, the relief valve 4, the drain plug 5 and the ventilation pipe 6.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate specific embodiments of the invention:
as shown in the figure, the ventilation device of the oil tank of the marine vessel comprises a barrel-shaped or square oil collecting tank 1 and a ventilation head 2. The oil collecting tank 1 is arranged on a ship deck; the middle part in the oil collecting tank is provided with a baffle plate 3, the outer outline of the baffle plate 3 is welded on the inner wall of the oil collecting tank 1, the inner cavity of the oil collecting tank 1 is divided into an upper tank body 11 and a lower tank body 12 by the baffle plate 3, the lower bottom surface of the lower tank body 12 of the oil collecting tank is provided with a relief valve 4, and the side surface of the upper tank body 11 of the oil collecting tank is provided with a drain plug 5. The top of the upper tank body 11 of the oil collecting tank is opened, and the lower tank body 12 of the oil collecting tank is a sealed tank body. The lower tank body of the oil collecting tank is communicated with the inner cavity of the oil tank through a vertical ventilation pipe 6, and the top of the ventilation pipe 6 is higher than the bottom surface of the lower tank body 12 of the oil collecting tank; the upper tank body 11 of the oil collecting tank is internally provided with a ventilation head 2, and the top of the ventilation head 2 is higher than the top surface of the oil collecting tank 1; the bottom of the ventilation head 2 passes through the partition plate 3 to be communicated with the lower tank body 12 of the oil collecting tank, the top of the ventilation head 2 is closed, a baffle plate 21 is welded in a cavity at the upper part of the ventilation head 2, a vent hole 22 is arranged on the baffle plate 21, a vertical piston shaft 23 is fixedly arranged at the center of the baffle plate 21, a piston 24 is connected on the vertical piston shaft 23 in series, the piston 24 slides up and down along the piston shaft, and the piston 24 covers the vent hole 22 in a free state; the side surface of the head part of the ventilation head 2 is communicated with the outside air through a right-angle air outlet pipe 25, the joint of the right-angle air outlet pipe 25 and the ventilation head 2 is higher than the piston 24, and the air outlet of the right-angle air outlet pipe 25 is vertically downward and guided into the upper tank body 11 of the oil collecting tank.
In the use process, when the pressure in the oil tank is normal, the oil tank is in a closed state. When the oil tank is not pressurized, the piston is jacked up to release the pressure. When the ship jolts, the water splashes from the vent pipe 6 and then enters the lower tank body 12 of the oil collecting tank and is collected. Because the ventilation pipe 6 and the ventilation head 2 are two sections of pipe bodies and are arranged in a staggered mode, oil cannot splash out of the ventilation head 2, and pollution is avoided. When raining or sea water is flowing backward, because the device import is right angle play tuber pipe 25, water is difficult to flow backward, and the piston 24 in the ventilative head 2 covers the ventilation hole, so water can't get into the lower box 12 of oil collecting tank, avoids the pollution to oil.
