技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，具体涉及一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，特别是供湿疹性皮炎患者使用的中药组合物及其制备方法的领域。
背景技术
湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的瘙痒剧烈的一种皮肤炎症反应。分急性、亚急性、慢性三期。急性期具渗出倾向，慢性期则浸润、肥厚。有些病人直接表现为慢性湿疹。皮损具有多形性、对称性、瘙痒和易反复发作等特点。
临床表现：
一、按皮损表现分为急性、亚急性、慢性三期。
a、急性湿疹 皮损初为多数密集的粟粒大小的丘疹、丘疱疹或小水疱，基底潮红，逐渐融合成片，由于搔抓，丘疹、丘疱疹或水疱顶端抓破后呈明显的点状渗出及小糜烂面，边缘不清。如继发感染，炎症更明显，可形成脓疱、脓痂、毛囊炎、疖等。自觉剧烈瘙痒。好发于头面、耳后、四肢远端、阴囊、肛周等，多对称发布。
b、亚急性湿疹 急性湿疹炎症减轻后，皮损以小丘疹、结痂和鳞屑为主，仅见少量丘疱疹及糜烂。仍有剧烈瘙痒。
c、慢性湿疹 常因急性、亚急性湿疹反复发作不愈而转为慢性湿疹；也可开始即为慢性湿疹。表现为患处皮肤增厚、浸润，棕红色或色素沉着，表面粗糙，覆鳞屑，或因抓破而结痂。自觉瘙痒剧烈。常见于小腿、手、足、肘窝、腘窝、外阴、肛门等处。病程不定，易复发，经久不愈。
二、根据皮损累及的范围，分为局限性湿疹和泛发性湿疹两大类。
a、局限性湿疹 仅发生在特定部位，即可以部位命名，如手部湿疹、女阴湿疹、阴囊湿疹、耳部湿疹、乳房湿疹、肛周湿疹、小腿湿疹等。
b、泛发性湿疹 皮损多，泛发或散发于全身多个部位。如钱币性湿疹、自身敏感性湿疹、乏脂性湿疹。

为达到上述发明的目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参30～120g、黄柏80～160g、蛇床子30～120g、地肤子60～160g、白藓皮60～160g、紫草50～160g、蜂房150～260g、土茯苓100～580g、龙葵150～320g、蝉衣30～80g、白蒺藜60～120g、苍术80～180g。

苦参95g、黄柏120g、蛇床子95g、地肤子120g、白藓皮120g、紫草120g、蜂房200g、土茯苓420g、龙葵250g、蝉衣60g、白蒺藜95g、苍术140g。
一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质、粉尘及干燥后，按照质量份比分别研磨成粉末状待用；
B、将研磨好的粉末状物放入专用搅拌机容器内进行搅拌，待搅拌均匀后待用；
C、将拌匀的粉末状药物放入搅拌机容器内，加入适量的乳膏基质混合拌均，即得软膏状药物，分装密封即可。

蛇床子，性味：味辛、苦、性温，具有温肾壮阳、燥湿杀虫、祛风止痒之功效，用于治疗男子阳痿、阴囊湿痒、女子宫寒不孕、寒湿带下、阴痒肿痛、风湿痹痛、湿疮疥癣等症；
地肤子，性味：苦、性寒，具有清热利湿、法风止痒之功效，用于治疗小便不利、淋浊、带下、血痢、风疹、湿疹、疥癣、皮肤瘙痒、疮毒等症；
白藓皮，性味：苦、咸、寒，具有清热燥湿、祛风止痒、解毒之功效，用于治疗风热湿毒所致的风疹、湿疹、疥癣、黄疸、湿热 痹等症；
紫草，性味：性平、味苦、辛，具有凉血、活血、清热、解毒之功效，用于治疗温热斑疹、湿热黄疸、紫癜、吐、衄、尿血、淋浊、热结便秘、烧伤、湿疹、丹毒、痈疡等症；
蜂房，性味：味甘、性平，具有攻毒杀虫，祛风止痛之功效，用于治疗用于疮疡肿毒、乳痈、瘰疬、皮肤顽癣、鹅掌风、牙痛、风湿痹痛；
土茯苓，性味：甘、淡、平，具有除湿、解毒、通利关节之功效，用于治疗湿热淋浊、带下、痈肿、瘰疬、疥癣、梅毒及汞中毒所致的肢体拘挛、筋骨拘挛疼痛、瘰疬、疮疡；
龙葵，性味：味苦、性寒，具有清热解毒、活血消肿之功效，用于治疗疔疮、痈肿、丹毒、跌打扭伤、慢性气管炎、肾炎水肿；
蝉衣，性味：味甘、咸、性凉，具有疏散风热、利咽开音、透疹、明目退翳、息风止痉之功效，用于治疗用于风热感冒、温病初起、咽痛音哑、麻疹不透、风疹瘙痒、目赤翳障、急慢惊风、破伤风证、小儿夜啼不安；
白蒺藜，性味：苦、辛、平，具有平肝解郁，祛风明目之功效，用于治疗肝阳眩晕头痛、肝郁胁痛、风热头痛、目赤肿痛、皮肤瘙痒等症；
苍术，性味：辛苦、温，具有健脾、燥湿、解郁、辟秽之功效，用于治疗湿盛困脾、倦怠嗜卧、脘痞腹胀、食欲不振、呕吐、泄泻、痢疾、疟疾、痰饮、水肿、时气感冒、风寒湿痹、足痿、夜盲等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗湿疹性皮炎的原则，从药理作用及其作用机制认为：就湿疹性皮炎，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述湿疹性皮炎的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：
实施例1：
一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参95g、黄柏120g、蛇床子95g、地肤子120g、白藓皮120g、紫草120g、蜂房200g、土茯苓420g、龙葵250g、蝉衣60g、白蒺藜95g、苍术140g。
实施例2：
一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参105g、黄柏140g、蛇床子105g、地肤子140g、白藓皮140g、紫草140g、蜂房230g、土茯苓500g、龙葵280g、蝉衣70g、白蒺藜105g、苍术160g。
实施例3：
一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参120g、黄柏160g、蛇床子120g、地肤子160g、白藓皮160g、紫草160g、蜂房260g、土茯苓580g、龙葵320g、蝉衣80g、白蒺藜120g、苍术180g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗湿疹性皮炎患者共730例，年龄为27岁以上的365例，只有365例为27岁以下。730例患者中痊愈的712例，显效的的18例，总有效率达100%。

1.一种治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参30～120g、黄柏80～160g、蛇床子30～120g、地肤子60～160g、白藓皮60～160g、紫草50～160g、蜂房150～260g、土茯苓100～580g、龙葵150～320g、蝉衣30～80g、白蒺藜60～120g、苍术80～180g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参35～105g、黄柏90～140g、蛇床子35～105g、地肤子70～140g、白藓皮70～140g、紫草60～140g、蜂房170～230g、土茯苓115～500g、龙葵170～280g、蝉衣35～70g、白蒺藜70～105g、苍术90～160g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗湿疹性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
苦参95g、黄柏120g、蛇床子95g、地肤子120g、白藓皮120g、紫草120g、蜂房200g、土茯苓420g、龙葵250g、蝉衣60g、白蒺藜95g、苍术140g。
