背景技术
痧症的发病原因广泛而复杂，但导致痧症的主因是“痧气”，因而形成了“痧气”致病的痧症理论，痧气分为外感和内伤，外感最常见的有风、湿、火三气入侵，阻滞脉络，使机体筋脉气血不畅，或因风、湿、火挟杂寒、暑之邪，乘机而入，或因感染时行疫气而患，或因秽浊所触而发。一年四季均可发生，但多见夏秋湿热气盛之时，冬春发病多为感染疫气，内伤主要为贪杯好色，饥饱劳伤，过食肥厚，偏喜辛香热辣之品，其中寒痧症是发病最广、发病最频繁的病症之一，病种涵盖了内、外、妇、儿、五官、皮肤、骨伤等科。
目前针对痧症的治疗方法包括外治和药物治疗两种，外治疗法就是发痧疗法，对病情较轻者采用，包括刮痧、撮痧、焠痧和搓痧等，病情急重者采用针刺、放血、挑痧，但是外治对人的身体表皮损害较大，在治疗过程中常伴有疼痛感，在药物治疗中，中医认为痧症是由于感受外邪或内邪丛生而引起，痧症是有实无虚之症，治疗应以清痧解毒祛邪为主，而由于中药副作用小，见效快，备受患者青睐，目前对痧症的药物治疗，也有一定的研究，如申请号为201310329993.2的发明《一种治疗痧症的畲药》，用食凉茶作为主药，辅以厚朴、大血藤、积雪草、夏枯草、木香、荷叶，能够祛除人体内因外感侵入的邪气和因内伤产生的邪气，但是痧症的种类较多，发病的体征也不一样，目前针对寒痧症的治疗的研究还存在较大空白。

所述的片剂，是将原料称取后，洗净，粉碎，加水煎煮成含水量为12～15％的浸膏，加入浸膏质量的18～25％的可压性淀粉，再用65％乙醇浸润，再加入总量的0.5％的硬脂酸镁混匀，通过压片机压制成片，得片剂。
所述的丸剂，是将原料称取，洗净，粉碎，加入总量的18～25％的预胶化淀粉，再用75％的乙醇浸润，通过造粒机造粒，制成颗粒，过筛，得丸剂。
所述的胶囊剂，是将原料称取，洗净，粉碎，再用甲基纤维素或海藻酸盐类或聚乙烯醇或变性明胶制备的空胶囊进行包裹，制备成胶囊剂。
本发明采用的中药具有以下功效：
独活：味辛、苦，性微温，具有祛风除湿，痛痹止痛的功效，用于风寒湿痹，少阴伏风头痛，风寒挟湿头痛。
秦艽：辛、苦，平，具有祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛的功效，用于筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛，日晡潮热，小儿疳积发热。
细辛：有祛风，散寒，温肺、行水，开窍的作用。治风寒头痛，鼻渊，齿痛，痰饮咳逆，风湿痹痛。此外，细辛还具有抗炎免疫、局部麻醉、提高新陈代谢、抗菌作用，亦可用于肿瘤患者化疗和放疗所致的白细胞减少。
续断：具有辛温破散之性，善能活血祛瘀；甘温补益之功，又能壮骨强筋，而有续筋接骨、疗伤止痛之能，用治跌打损伤，瘀血肿痛，筋伤骨折。
白芷：辛，温，具有祛风，燥湿，消肿，止痛的功效，用于头痛，眉棱骨痛，齿痛，鼻渊，寒湿腹痛，肠风痔漏，赤白带下，痈疽疮疡，皮肤燥痒，疥癣。
乳香：辛、苦，温，具有活血行气止痛，消肿生肌的功效，用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，症瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。
没药：味辛、苦，具有的散瘀定痛，消肿生肌功效，用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭.产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡等病症的治疗。
川乌：具有祛风除湿，温经止痛的功效，用于风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛。用于治疗风寒湿痹、关节疼痛等病症。
红花：具有活血通经，去瘀止痛的功效，用于经闭，症瘕，难产，死胎，产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛，痈肿，跌扑损伤。
羌活：散表寒，祛风湿，利关节，治感冒风寒，头痛无汗，风寒湿痹，项强筋急，骨节酸疼，风水浮肿，痈疽疮毒。
威灵仙：具有祛风除湿，通络止痛的功效，用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利，骨哽咽喉。
全虫：具有息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结的功效，用于肝风内动，痉挛抽搐，小儿惊风，中风口，半身不遂，破伤风，风湿顽痹，偏正头痛，疮疡，瘰疬。
地龙：具有清热息风、通经活络、清热利尿的功效。
白花蛇：具有祛风，通络，止痉的功效，用于风湿顽痹，麻木拘挛，中风口歪，半身不遂，抽搐痉挛，破伤风，麻风疥癣，瘰疬恶疮。
综上所述，本发明的有益效果在于：本发明的组合物通过具有清热解毒，活血化瘀，促进经络、消肿、止痛功效的药物进行组合，使得组合物具有祛除体内寒气，止痛镇痛的作用，从而达到治疗寒痧症的目的，本发明的组合物，其治疗效果显著，临床好转率在85％以上，同时避免了采用西医和物理刮痧对患者带来的痛苦，治疗后无副作用，不易复发，且操作简便，同时所选用的中药原料均容易获得，且价格低廉。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明，但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式，任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替，仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活10g、秦艽10g、防风10g、细辛4g、川穹25g、归尾30g、生地20g、熟地30g、赤芍8g、肉桂8g、茯苓10g、续断8g、乳香4g、没药4g、红花4g、桃仁25g、威灵仙15g、川乌8g、白芷10g、全虫10g、地龙4g、蜈蚣2g、鸡血藤10g、羌活15g、白花蛇1g、钩藤15g、炮山甲2g。
将原料洗净后，用酒精度≥50％vol的白酒密封浸泡，在夏季至少浸泡15d，在冬季至少浸泡30d，得泡酒；
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次30～50ml。
实施例2
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活20g、秦艽15g、防风20g、细辛10g、川穹35g、归尾40g、生地30g、熟地40g、赤芍15g、肉桂12g、茯苓20g、续断15g、乳香10g、没药10g、红花10g、桃仁35g、威灵仙25g、川乌12g、白芷20g、全虫20g、地龙10g、蜈蚣4g、鸡血藤15g、羌活25g、白花蛇3g、钩藤25g、炮山甲6g。
将原料洗净后，用酒精度≥50％vol的白酒密封浸泡，在夏季至少浸泡15d，在冬季至少浸泡30d，得泡酒；
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次30～50ml。
实施例3
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活15g、秦艽13g、防风15g、细辛6g、川穹30g、归尾35g、生地25g、熟地35g、赤芍13g、肉桂10g、茯苓15g、续断13g、乳香6g、没药6g、红花6g、桃仁30g、威灵仙20g、川乌10g、白芷15g、全虫15g、地龙6g、蜈蚣3g、鸡血藤13g、羌活20g、白花蛇2g、钩藤20g、炮山甲4g。
将原料洗净后，用酒精度≥50％vol的白酒密封浸泡，在夏季至少浸泡15d，在冬季至少浸泡30d，得泡酒；
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次30～50ml。
实施例4
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活10g、秦艽10g、防风20g、细辛10g、川穹25g、归尾30g、生地30g、熟地40g、赤芍8g、肉桂8g、茯苓20g、续断15g、乳香4g、没药4g、红花10g、桃仁3g、威灵仙15g、川乌8g、白芷20g、全虫20g、地龙4g、蜈蚣2g、鸡血藤1g、羌活25g、白花蛇3g、钩藤25g、炮山甲2g。
将原料称取后，洗净，加水熬煮三次，每次30min，将三次滤液混合，加入混合滤液总质量的5倍量的乙醇，回收乙醇后，加入单糖，调节残余液的含糖量为20～30％，包装得口服液。
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次20～30ml。
实施例5
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活10g、秦艽15g、防风10g、细辛10g、川穹25g、归尾40g、生地20g、熟地40g、赤芍8g、肉桂12g、茯苓10g、续断15g、乳香4g、没药10g、红花4g、桃仁35g、威灵仙15g、川乌12g、白芷10g、全虫2g、地龙4g、蜈蚣4g、鸡血藤10g、羌活25g、白花蛇1g、钩藤2g、炮山甲2g。
将原料称取后，洗净，粉碎，加水煎煮成含水量为12～15％的浸膏，加入浸膏质量的18～25％的可压性淀粉，再用65％乙醇浸润，再加入总量的0.5％的硬脂酸镁混匀，通过压片机压制成片，得片剂400片。
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次1片。
实施例6
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活10g、秦艽10g、防风10g、细辛10g、川穹35g、归尾40g、生地20g、熟地30g、赤芍8g、肉桂12g、茯苓20g、续断15g、乳香4g、没药4g、红花4g、桃仁35g、威灵仙25g、川乌12g、白芷10g、全虫10g、地龙4g、蜈蚣2g、鸡血藤10g、羌活25g、白花蛇3g、钩藤25g、炮山甲4g。
将原料称取，洗净，粉碎，加入总量的18～25％的预胶化淀粉，再用75％的乙醇浸润，通过造粒机造粒，制成颗粒，过筛，得丸剂800粒。
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次2～3粒。
实施例7
一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活20g、秦艽15g、防风20g、细辛4g、川穹25g、归尾30g、生地30g、熟地40g、赤芍15g、肉桂8g、茯苓10g、续断8g、乳香10g、没药10g、红花10g、桃仁25g、威灵仙15g、川乌8g、白芷20g、全虫20g、地龙10g、蜈蚣2g、鸡血藤10g、羌活15g、白花蛇3g、钩藤25g、炮山甲6g。
将原料称取，洗净，粉碎，再用甲基纤维素或海藻酸盐类或聚乙烯醇或变性明胶制备的空胶囊进行包裹，制备成胶囊剂600粒。
服用方法：早中晚分别服用一次，每次1～2粒。
实验例
1、毒性试验：
1.1.1、药物：采用实施例1～7的任一组合物。
1.1.2、试验对象：选取身体状况健康的小白鼠100只，雌雄各半，体重10-15g，在人工照明12h、通风条件良好情况下饲养观察3d，随机分为2组，其中一组为空白对照试组，给药前12h和给药后4小时禁止进食，但不禁水。
1.2、方法：3d过后，除了空白组，对另外一组小白鼠灌服剂量为0.05ml/g、的实施例1～7的任一组合物，观察7d，固体剂型喂服前，先制成水溶液。
1.3、结果：连续观察7d，全部小白鼠均健活且全部小白鼠的精神、食欲、分泌物、呼吸、眼等方面均未观察到异常，将实验小鼠和对照组小鼠经剖解后，各组织器官无明显感官不同，取心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肠作病理切片也无明显不同，增大剂量，同样的方法灌服实施例1～7的任一组合物，全部小鼠仍然健活，且与对照组比较无异常，说明该组合物对小鼠安全无毒。
2、随机选取相同病龄的寒痧病患者若干，随机分为7组，分别采用实施例1～7制备的组合物进行治疗，本申请人跟踪随访，统计患者对药物的吸收情况，结果如表1所示：

说明：本发明为口服制剂，优选为泡酒、口服液、片剂、丸剂或胶囊剂，通过表1对一年龄患病者以及两年龄患病者的吸收情况来看，泡酒的效果明显优于其他剂型。
2、功效试验例：本发明服用安全，操作简便，疗效显著，有效率高，并为临床资料所证明，本发明有关临床资料如下：
1、李某某：39岁，男，于2016年2月背部大面积潮红，指尖冰凉，全身怕冷，持续了一年，期间反复发作，服用上方1个疗程后，背部潮红症状减轻，继续服用两个疗程后背部潮红症状消失，没有出现喜热怕冷的现象，每个疗程1个月。
2、刘某某：42岁，男，2014年1月某日出现头晕，胸闷，眼睛也模糊看不清，而且右边太阳穴阵痛，经中医诊断寒痧症，服用几个疗程中药，期间反复发作，服用上方2个疗程后，症状减轻，继续服用三个疗程后症状消失，每个疗程1个月。
3、钱某某：40岁，女，于2014年10月份因疑似感冒住院，服用一些止痛降温的药物后出院，期间畏冷、疼痛感反复发作，经中医诊断为寒痧症，于2015年6月份开始服用上方2个疗程后，觉得疼痛、畏冷症状减轻，继续服用2个疗程后症状消失，每个疗程1个月。
本发明人随访至今，患者身体一直健康，发病率持续降低。每次发病的症状逐次减轻，其中，好转率在85％以上。

Claims (9)

1.一种治疗寒痧症病的组合物，其特征在于，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活10～20、秦艽10～15、防风10～20、细辛4～10、川穹25～35、归尾30～40、生地20～30、熟地30～40、赤芍8～15、肉桂8～12、茯苓10～20、续断8～15、乳香4～10、没药4～10、红花4～10、桃仁25～35、威灵仙15～25、川乌8～12、白芷10～20、全虫10～20、地龙4～10、蜈蚣2～4、鸡血藤10～15、羌活15～25、白花蛇1～3、钩藤15～25、炮山甲2～6。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗寒痧症病的组合物，其特征在于，包括以下按重量份计的原料：独活15、秦艽13、防风15、细辛6、川穹30、归尾35、生地25、熟地35、赤芍13、肉桂10、茯苓15、续断13、乳香6、没药6、红花6、桃仁30、威灵仙20、川乌10、白芷15、全虫15、地龙6、蜈蚣3、鸡血藤13、羌活20、白花蛇2、钩藤20、炮山甲4。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗寒痧症病的组合物，其特征在于，所述的组合物，为口服制剂，优选为泡酒、口服液、片剂、丸剂或胶囊剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗寒痧症病组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的泡酒，是将原料洗净后，用白酒密封浸泡，在夏季至少浸泡15d，在冬季至少浸泡30d。
5.如权利要求4所述的治疗寒痧症病组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的白酒，是用单一粮食酿制的白酒，其酒精度≥50％vol。
6.如权利要求3所述的治疗寒痧症病组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的口服液，是将原料称取后，洗净，加水熬煮三次，每次30min，将三次滤液混合，加入混合滤液总质量的5倍量的乙醇，回收乙醇后，加入单糖，调节残余液的含糖量为20～30％，包装即可。
7.如权利要求3所述的治疗寒痧症病组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的片剂，是将原料称取后，洗净，粉碎，加水煎煮成含水量为12～15％的浸膏，加入浸膏质量的18～25％的可压性淀粉，再用65％乙醇浸润，再加入总量的0.5％的硬脂酸镁混匀，通过压片机压制成片，得片剂。
8.如权利要求3所述的治疗寒痧症病组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的丸剂，是将原料称取，洗净，粉碎，加入总量的18～25％的预胶化淀粉，再用75％的乙醇浸润，通过造粒机造粒，制成颗粒，过筛，得丸剂。
9.如权利要求3所述的治疗寒痧症病组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的胶囊剂，是将原料称取，洗净，粉碎，再用甲基纤维素或海藻酸盐类或聚乙烯醇或变性明胶制备的空胶囊进行包裹，制备成胶囊剂。
