一种自供电式灯笼固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节日所挂灯笼的固定装置,具体是指一种自供电式灯笼固定装置。
背景技术
目前在中国的传统节日如春节、国庆等时间段,单位或个人常采用悬挂灯笼以祝庆贺,从而营造出一种欢乐的气氛。目前灯笼上自带的悬挂装置是在灯笼顶座上固定挂钩,利用挂钩对灯笼进行悬挂。该灯笼的结构在使用过程中存在下面两个比较突出的技术问题:一、当遇到大风天气时,灯笼挂钩容易与固定物发生分离,导致灯笼被风刮走,这在春节期间悬挂灯笼时尤为常见;另一方面,即使将挂钩与固定物之间实行紧固,当遭遇恶劣天气时,灯笼在大风的不断冲击下容易造成损坏,如灯笼的覆盖物发生破损、骨架断裂等,造成灯笼使用寿命的缩短。二、由于在悬挂灯笼时多在灯笼内部设置照明装置,在进行供电时需要沿灯笼布置走向相应布线,由此造成一是提高了灯笼布置时的施工量,二是供电线路裸露在外,当线路发生破损时容易发生触电隐患。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术中所存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种自供电式灯笼固定装置。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种自供电式灯笼固定装置,其包括一固定框架,其特征在于:所述的固定框架包括顶板、底板,顶板与底板之间采用导柱连接,在底板的中心设有一旋转轴,所述的旋转轴与底板之间采用轴承固定,旋转轴的底端向下伸出底板,在旋转轴的底端固定一八字形抱卡固定架,在抱卡固定架的两个架臂上分别设有半圆形抱卡,两抱卡相向设置;所述固定框架顶板的表面设有固定挂钩。
进一步的,所述固定挂钩与顶板之间采用万向节连接。
进一步的,所述旋转轴采用中空管状结构,在固定框架的内部设有垂直导管,所述垂直导管的顶端与固定框架的顶板固定,垂直导管的底端由旋转轴底端伸出;还包括灯管,灯管与垂直导管的底端通过螺纹连接;所述固定框架的顶板表面及侧面分别采用太阳能光伏板覆盖,在固定框架的内部设有蓄电池,灯管、蓄电池及太阳能光伏板之间电连接。
进一步的,所述灯管为LED灯管。
进一步的,所述垂直导管为两段式长度可调结构。
采用该自供电式灯笼固定装置在悬挂灯笼时,灯笼在风的冲击下可自由转动,降低了大风对灯笼的直接冲击力,能够有效防止灯笼发生破损。同时采用太阳能光伏板进行供电,节省了灯笼悬挂时的布线步骤,不但节省了人力物力,同时能够有效杜绝发生触电的安全隐患。该自供电式灯笼固定装置具有结构简单、制作简便,具有广泛的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如附图1所示,一种自供电式灯笼固定装置,其包括一固定框架1,该固定框架包括顶板1-1、底板1-2,顶板与底板之间采用导柱1-3连接,在顶板1-1的表面设有固定挂钩2。如附图1所示,在底板1-2的中心设有一旋转轴3,该旋转轴3与底板1-2之间采用轴承4固定,旋转轴3的底端向下伸出底板,在旋转轴的底端固定一八字形抱卡固定架5,在抱卡固定架的两个架臂上分别设有半圆形抱卡6,两抱卡相向设置。
抱卡6的结构见附图2所示,其包括半圆形卡体6-1,卡体6-1的两端分别设有翼板6-2,翼板6-2上设有螺栓孔6-3。如附图2所示,当两抱卡6相向设置后,两抱卡的卡体6-1将灯笼顶座抱住,利用螺栓将两抱卡锁紧,两抱卡可将灯笼进行牢固抱紧。
根据附图1所示可知,当抱卡6将灯笼抱紧后,利用顶板上的挂钩2将该固定装置及灯笼进行悬挂,挂钩2与固定物之间采用紧固固定防止挂钩2与固定物之间发生分离,当遭遇恶劣天气时,灯笼在风的冲击下,抱卡6、旋转轴3及灯笼随风向发生转动,削减了大风对灯笼表面的直接冲击力,能够有效防止灯笼表面的覆盖物发生破损,灯笼的内部骨架也能避免断裂,从而使灯笼的使用寿命得到有效延长。
如附图1所示,为进一步防止大风对固定框架1直接冲击时,挂钩2与固定框架1之间发生断裂,挂钩2与固定框架1的顶板1-1之间采用万向节7进行连接,如此当遭遇大风对固定框架1进行冲击时,固定框架1可自由摆动,防止挂钩2与固定框架1之间发生分离。
进一步的,为减轻在悬挂灯笼时需要进行供电布线的劳动强度,同时也为防止发生触电等不安全事故的发生,在该固定装置中设置供电装置。如附图1所示,在本实施例中,旋转轴3采用中空管状结构,在固定框架的内部设有垂直导管8,该垂直导管8的顶端与固定框架的顶板1-1固定,垂直导管8的底端由旋转轴3底端伸出。还包括灯管9,灯管9与垂直导管8的底端通过螺纹连接。如附图1所示,在固定框架的顶板表面及侧面分别采用太阳能光伏板10覆盖,在固定框架的内部设有蓄电池11,灯管9、蓄电池11及太阳能光伏板10之间电连接。为减少灯管的耗电量,在本实施例中灯管优选为LED灯管。
如附图所示,为适应不同高度灯笼的使用需要,调整灯管9在灯笼内的伸入深度,在本实施例中,垂直导管8采用两段式长度可调结构。

1.一种自供电式灯笼固定装置,其包括一固定框架,其特征在于:所述的固定框架包括顶板、底板,顶板与底板之间采用导柱连接,在底板的中心设有一旋转轴,所述的旋转轴与底板之间采用轴承固定,旋转轴的底端向下伸出底板,在旋转轴的底端固定一八字形抱卡固定架,在抱卡固定架的两个架臂上分别设有半圆形抱卡,两抱卡相向设置;所述固定框架顶板的表面设有固定挂钩;抱卡包括半圆形卡体,卡体的两端分别设有翼板,翼板上设有螺栓孔;固定框架的顶板固定,垂直导管的底端由旋转轴底端伸出;还包括灯管,灯管与垂直导管的底端通过螺纹连接;所述固定框架的顶板表面及固定框架侧面分别采用太阳能光伏板覆盖,在固定框架的内部设有蓄电池,灯管、蓄电池及太阳能光伏板之间电连接;所述灯管为LED灯管;所述垂直导管为两段式长度可调结构。
