Abstract
本发明提出一种室内门安装结构,包括门框与门体,门框固定于墙体上,门体装设于门框中,门框包括外墙板与内墙板,外墙板与内墙板分别固定于墙体内外侧,外墙板的宽度大于内墙板的宽度,外墙板与内墙板边缘由主套板相连,主套板内侧设有转接板,主套板与转接板固定连接,转接板边缘具有定位板,定位板与转接板相互垂直,定位板贴附于内墙板外侧,定位板与内墙板固定连接,内墙板外侧设有副套板,副套板贴附于内墙板外侧,将定位板遮住,副套板边缘具有插条,插条与副套板相互垂直,主套板边缘具有嵌槽,插条伸入嵌槽内,使副套板与主套板固定连接。保证整个门安装紧固,减少故障的发生,并便于安装与维修。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰装修技术,尤其涉及一种室内门安装结构。
背景技术
当前,大部分装饰装修项目按现场已有条件利用小型加工机具进行加工安装,主要依靠体力及手工进行施工,是典型的劳动密集型产业,装饰施工单位及其从业人员社会地位低下,社会认同度较低。装饰施工的手工作坊式作业决定了装饰工程的施工质量大部分取决于工人的手工水平,施工质量难以保证。由于需要考虑到现场的不确定因素,施工单位总是会考虑一定的节余材料,加上各种材料的加工余料,造成装饰材料的大量浪费。现场加工、现场安装的方式使得装饰施工现场管理较为混乱,特别是工期较紧的项目更是如此,现场加工到处是各种加工余料及水泥、砂石等辅助安装材料,造成装饰施工垃圾众多,文明施工及环境保护无法得到充分搞证,而油漆的现场施工对室内空气质量影响较大。装配式全装修工程优先采用装修与结构体分离、干式工法施工,其优点在于工厂化生产、标准化作业、质量保证率高,符合国家节能减排和建筑工业化的发展战略。装配式装修是将装修装饰工程零件进行加工,把装修装饰组件在工厂进行加工和集成,进行建筑装饰装配或组装,然后运输至装修现场进行整体组装安装。装配式装修体现现代工业的思想,可促使装修装饰行业整体水平提高。传统室内门现场安装对门洞尺寸及墙体厚度要求非常高,门锁合页现场开孔,最终导致门缝不均匀,同时,门扇安装不紧固,维修不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种室内门安装结构,以便于安装与维修。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,
一种室内门安装结构,包括门框与门体,门框固定于墙体上,门体装设于门框中,其中:
门框包括外墙板与内墙板,外墙板与内墙板分别固定于墙体内外侧,外墙板的宽度大于内墙板的宽度,外墙板与内墙板边缘由主套板相连,主套板内侧设有转接板,主套板与转接板固定连接,转接板边缘具有定位板,定位板与转接板相互垂直,定位板贴附于内墙板外侧,定位板与内墙板固定连接,内墙板外侧设有副套板,副套板贴附于内墙板外侧,将定位板遮住,副套板边缘具有插条,插条与副套板相互垂直,主套板边缘具有嵌槽,插条伸入嵌槽内,使副套板与主套板固定连接。
主套板内侧设有龙骨,龙骨两边具有卷边,卷边向龙骨内侧卷折,并贴附于墙体外壁,龙骨中设有膨胀螺栓,膨胀螺栓伸入墙体内,使龙骨与墙体固定连接,主套板与门体之间通过合页相连,合页的固定片贴附于主套板上,固定片中设有连接螺钉,连接螺钉穿过固定片及主套板后伸入龙骨内,使固定片与主套板相连,合页的活动片连接于门体边缘,使门体可通过合页在主套板上开合。
门体包括框架与芯板,芯板装设于框架中,框架内侧设有轻钢龙骨,活动片中设有紧定螺钉,紧定螺钉穿过活动片及框架后伸入轻钢龙骨中,使活动片与门体固定连接。
芯板包括阻燃聚苯板,轻钢龙骨位于阻燃聚苯板边缘,阻燃聚苯板两侧分别贴附有木纤维无醛生态板。
本发明的优点在于,该室内门安装结构的主套板内侧设有转接板,主套板与转接板固定连接,转接板边缘具有定位板,定位板与转接板相互垂直,定位板贴附于内墙板外侧,定位板与内墙板固定连接,使主套板固定于墙体上,门体的框架内侧设有轻钢龙骨,活动片中设有紧定螺钉,紧定螺钉穿过活动片及框架后伸入轻钢龙骨中,使活动片与门体紧固连接,保证整个门安装紧固,减少故障的发生,并便于安装与维修。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合图示与具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明提出的室内门安装结构包括门框与门体,门框固定于墙体上,门体装设于门框中,门框包括外墙板1与内墙板2,外墙板与内墙板分别固定于墙体内外侧,外墙板的宽度大于内墙板的宽度,外墙板与内墙板边缘由主套板3相连,主套板内侧设有转接板4,主套板与转接板固定连接,转接板边缘具有定位板5,定位板与转接板相互垂直,定位板贴附于内墙板外侧,定位板与内墙板固定连接,内墙板外侧设有副套板6,副套板贴附于内墙板外侧,将定位板遮住,副套板边缘具有插条7,插条与副套板相互垂直,主套板边缘具有嵌槽,插条伸入嵌槽内,使副套板与主套板固定连接。主套板内侧设有龙骨8,龙骨两边具有卷边,卷边向龙骨内侧卷折,并贴附于墙体外壁,龙骨中设有膨胀螺栓9,膨胀螺栓伸入墙体内,使龙骨与墙体固定连接,主套板与门体之间通过合页10相连,合页的固定片11贴附于主套板上,固定片中设有连接螺钉12,连接螺钉穿过固定片及主套板后伸入龙骨内,使固定片与主套板相连,合页的活动片13连接于门体边缘,使门体可通过合页在主套板上开合。门体包括框架与芯板,芯板装设于框架中,框架内侧设有轻钢龙骨14,活动片中设有紧定螺钉15,紧定螺钉穿过活动片及框架后伸入轻钢龙骨中,使活动片与门体固定连接。芯板包括阻燃聚苯板16,轻钢龙骨位于阻燃聚苯板边缘,阻燃聚苯板两侧分别贴附有木纤维无醛生态板17。该室内门安装结构的主套板内侧设有转接板,主套板与转接板固定连接,转接板边缘具有定位板,定位板与转接板相互垂直,定位板贴附于内墙板外侧,定位板与内墙板固定连接,使主套板固定于墙体上,门体的框架内侧设有轻钢龙骨,活动片中设有紧定螺钉,紧定螺钉穿过活动片及框架后伸入轻钢龙骨中,使活动片与门体紧固连接,保证整个门安装紧固,减少故障的发生,并便于安装与维修。

1.一种室内门安装结构,包括门框与门体,门框固定于墙体上,门体装设于门框中,其特征在于:
门框包括外墙板与内墙板,外墙板与内墙板分别固定于墙体内外侧,外墙板的宽度大于内墙板的宽度,外墙板与内墙板边缘由主套板相连,主套板内侧设有转接板,主套板与转接板固定连接,转接板边缘具有定位板,定位板与转接板相互垂直,定位板贴附于内墙板外侧,定位板与内墙板固定连接,内墙板外侧设有副套板,副套板贴附于内墙板外侧,将定位板遮住,副套板边缘具有插条,插条与副套板相互垂直,主套板边缘具有嵌槽,插条伸入嵌槽内,使副套板与主套板固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内门安装结构,其特征在于,主套板内侧设有龙骨,龙骨两边具有卷边,卷边向龙骨内侧卷折,并贴附于墙体外壁,龙骨中设有膨胀螺栓,膨胀螺栓伸入墙体内,使龙骨与墙体固定连接,主套板与门体之间通过合页相连,合页的固定片贴附于主套板上,固定片中设有连接螺钉,连接螺钉穿过固定片及主套板后伸入龙骨内,使固定片与主套板相连,合页的活动片连接于门体边缘,使门体可通过合页在主套板上开合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种室内门安装结构,其特征在于,门体包括框架与芯板,芯板装设于框架中,框架内侧设有轻钢龙骨,活动片中设有紧定螺钉,紧定螺钉穿过活动片及框架后伸入轻钢龙骨中,使活动片与门体固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种室内门安装结构,其特征在于,芯板包括阻燃聚苯板,轻钢龙骨位于阻燃聚苯板边缘,阻燃聚苯板两侧分别贴附有木纤维无醛生态板。
