一种组装式旅游驿栈房,底盘用槽钢铆、焊、螺丝做成,在底盘的下面安装支架,上面安装房架,在房架内组装竹墙板,外面拼装重组竹户外板,在底盘上面铺设竹地板,在房架的钢架之间填充矿棉板,在房架的前后开有窗户,在房架左端装有大窗户,在房架的右端装有门和窗户,在正对门的底盘上安装楼梯。房内按三星级设施配置。本发明由于采用竹材,体现低碳环保、防火安全,运输简便,成本低,优质的建筑材料,科学的设计铆、焊、螺丝的结构连接,使该组装房稳定性极佳,特别适用于在工厂内、工业化流水线生产,减少户建筑粉尘,降低雾霾,适用于旅游景区、休闲度假村,生态旅游观光、农、林、养殖基地、海岛旅游开发区的配套设施,能拉动一批新的产业发展。

本发明涉及房屋建筑,特别是一种组装式旅游驿栈房。
背景技术
现有的住房绝大部份都是固定式建筑,混凝土、砖结构,建造房屋费工费力,并且污染环境,不利于旅游业的高速发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组装式旅游驿栈房,该组装房设计好规格后,采用轻型钢材做整体结构,内部材料用全竹墙板组装,中间用矿棉板填充,能达到隔热、保温、防潮、隔音、阻燃,外面用重组竹户外板组装,房内地面用竹地板铺装,由于采用竹材,体现低碳环保、防火安全,运输简便,成本低,优质的建筑材料,科学的设计铆、焊、螺丝的结构连接,使该组装房稳定性极佳,使用年限可达30年。
本发明的构成:一种组装式旅游驿栈房,由底盘、支架、房架、内墙板、外墙板、竹地板、保温隔热层、门、窗户、卫生间和房内设施组成,其特征在于:底盘用槽钢铆、焊、螺丝做成长板形,在底盘的下面铆、焊、螺丝安装支架,在底盘的上面铆、焊、螺丝连接∩形房架,在∩形房架内组装内墙板,在∩形房架外面拼装外墙板,在底盘上面铺设竹地板在房架的钢架之间填充保温隔热层,保温隔热层密封在内墙板和外墙板之间。
在房架的前后开有窗户,在房架的左端装有大窗户,在房架的右端装有门和窗户,在正对门的底盘上安装楼梯。
内墙板是用全竹墙板,外墙板是用重组竹户外板制作,保温隔热层是矿棉板。
所述驿栈房内设施按三星级的标准配置,卫生间、床、床头柜、挂衣架以及竹制家私。
与现有技术相比,本发明组装式旅游驿栈房是以保护生态为主体,设计的绿色环保产品,在生态较好的山间、小桥流水、农业观光区,乡村旅游区不用一砖一瓦,不破坏原有任何生态,现场组装而成,而且可以随季节和经营需要,随时可更换地点。
该组装房设计好后,采用轻型钢材作整体结构,内部材料用全竹墙板组装,中间用矿棉板填充,能达到隔热、保温、防潮、隔音、阻燃,外面用重组竹户外板组装,房内地面用竹地板铺装,由于采用竹材,体现低碳环保、防火安全,运输简便,成本低,优质的建筑材料,科学的设计铆、焊、螺丝的结构连接,使该组装房稳定性极佳,在所在地安装,不产生粉尘,降低雾霾产生。
组装家具、净化水处理、排污排水系统、太阳能热水照明、空调、电视等房内是按三星级的标准配置。

如图1-6所示,一种组装式旅游驿栈房,由底盘、支架、房架、内墙板、外墙板、竹地板、保温隔热层、门、窗户、卫生间和房内设施组成,其特征在于:底盘2用槽钢铆、焊、螺丝做成长板形,在底盘2的下面铆、焊、螺丝安装支架1,在底盘2的上面铆、焊、螺丝连接∩形房架5,在∩形房架5内组装内墙板3,在∩形房架5外面拼装外墙板4,在底盘2上面铺设竹地板15,在房架5的钢架之间填充保温隔热层9,保温隔热层9密封在内墙板3和外墙板4之间。
在房架5的前后开有窗户8,在房架5的左端装有大窗户14,在房架5的右端装有门7和窗户8,在正对门7的底盘2上安装楼梯6。
内墙板3是用全竹墙板,外墙板4是用重组竹户外板制作,保温隔热层9是矿棉板。
所述驿栈房内设施按三星级的标准配置,卫生间10、床11、床头柜12、挂衣架13以及竹制家私。

1.一种组装式旅游驿栈房,由底盘、支架、房架、内墙板、外墙板、竹地板、保温隔热层、门、窗户、卫生间和房内设施组成,其特征在于:底盘(2)用槽钢铆、焊、螺丝做成长板形,在底盘(2)的下面铆、焊、螺丝安装支架(1),在底盘(2)的上面铆、焊、螺丝连接∩形房架(5),在∩形房架(5)内组装内墙板(3),在∩形房架(5)外面拼装外墙板(4),在底盘(2)上面铺设竹地板(15),在房架(5)的钢架之间填充保温隔热层(9),保温隔热层(9)密封在内墙板(3)和外墙板(4)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装式旅游驿栈房,其特征在于:在房架(5)的前后开有窗户(8),在房架(5)的左端装有大窗户(14),在房架(5)的右端装有门(7)和窗户(8),在正对门(7)的底盘(2)上安装楼梯(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组装式旅游驿栈房,其特征在于:内墙板(3)是用全竹墙板,外墙板(4)是用重组竹户外板制作,保温隔热层(9)是矿棉板。
